Library and Tools for Server-Side DNSSEC Implementation

This thesis deals with currently available open-source solutions for securing DNS zones using the DNSSEC mechanism. Based on the findings, a new DNSSEC library for an authoritative name server is designed and implemented. The aim of the library is to keep the benefits of existing solutions and to eliminate their drawbacks. Also a set of utilities to manage keys and signing policy is proposed. The functionality of the library is demonstrated by it's use in the Knot DNS server.

Security in multicast communication

This work deals with the issue of multicast communication, specifically it focuses on group key management. It discusses group key management protocols as well as existing algorithms and algorithm designs for efficient key management and distribution. Based on the knowledge, two solutions were developed. The application for comparing the efficiency of algorithms was created as well. Both existing and proposed schemes were compared using two scenarios. Based on the resulting graphs, the suitability of individual algorithms was evaluated.

This thesis deals with issues of secure authentication and key management in the Internet of Things. It describes basic protocols used in IoT, cryptographic primitives, communication technologies in IoT and end elements. It also includes a measuring the performance of cryptographic primitives on Raspberry Pi and selecting the appropriate LPWAN simulation technology. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the simulation of a LoRaWAN network

Vzdělávání a rozvoj managementu v České spořitelně

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rozvoje a vzdělávání managementu České spořitelny, a.s. Cílem této práce je vhodně rozebrat situaci vzdělávání v daném podniku a popřípadě navrhnout různá opatření či zlepšení pro tuto problematiku. Dalším cílem a hlavní problematikou při vzdělávání a rozvoji managementu je role, kterou bude zaměstnanec na takovém postu zastávat, zdali půjde o manažera či o leadera. Součástí práce je metodologický aparát, který vymezuje určité pojmy, který vytváří podklad pro praktickou část. V praktické části si dále zanalyzujeme samotný systém vzdělávání v České spořitelně, a.s. a zároveň prozkoumám otázku zmiňovaného leadershipu. Na závěr shrnu, jak je systém v České spořitelně, a.s. propracovaný anebo zda má nějaké nedokonalosti.
