Android Application for Traffic Data Visualization from Car2X Systems
Chlápek, Tomáš ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This thesis brings application for mobile devices placed in cars. It is used for drivers for enhancing orientation and driving clarity. It is based on communication between roadside units and devices in vehicle. Application offers graphical visualization of intersection states and traffic lights.   Created solution provides graphical visualization of traffic data designated for system Android.   Main benefit is for C2X developers who test correctness of information, which were inserted to physical devices near supported intersections.
A Software Model of an Intersections' Network with the Traffic Lights
Lankaš, Ondřej ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of traffic control using traffic lights. The aim of this work is to find the most effective method of traffic management using traffic lights in a particular road section using appropriate software tools. This includes creating a microscopic transport model and performing simulations to obtain and analyze relevant data.
Plasmachemical processing of fibrous reinforcements for polymer composites
Knob, Antonín ; Lapčík, Ĺubomír (referee) ; Čech, Vladimír (advisor)
The diploma thesis is aimed at coating of glass fibers using tetravinylsilane as a monomer by Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD). The surface modified fibers were used as reinforcements for unsaturated polyester resin to form composites of controlled interphase. Chemical and mechanical properties of thin films were controled by the effective power. Determination of fiber-matrix adhesion and an influence of polymer-interface on mechanical properties of composites were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and microindentation technique using Interfacial Testing System (ITS) enabling to measure the interfacial shear strength.
Emulation of infrastructure unit for inteligent transport system
Giertl, Juraj ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the study of communication models for cooperative intelligent transport systems and the development of the application used for testing. The ETSI ITS-G5 and IEEE 1609.x DSRC/WAVE comunication stacks were compared to standartizes layered ISO/OSI reference model. The basic principes of comunication in inteligent transport systems are described for each model. Besides that the common messages structures for defining alert messages, the intersection geometry and trafic lights signals are described in further detail. Based on these structures and other requirements, an application is created that allows easy definition of alert messages, intersection geometry and its traffic light states.
Wireless Sensor System for Transportation Applications
Homzová, Michaela ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is concept of system for wireless pressure measurement. Pressure is measured in the tires. In this thesis is realized wireless communication between two radio modules FRM22b, digital pressure measurement by sensor SP100-12A, and development board FRDM-KL46. Final solution was tested during the experimental measurement.
Simulation of asphalt mixture ageing in laboratory
Staňková, Michaela ; Hýzl, Petr (referee) ; Dašek, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ageing of asphalt binder and asphalt mixture. Asphalt mixtures of asphalt concrete type containing 50/70 paving bitumen were collected for the purposes of this thesis. Test specimens were prepared from the mixtures according to ČSN EN 12697-30+A1 standard. The test specimens were aged in a laboratory oven. Changes in properties caused by ageing were compared using particle loss of porous asphalt specimen according to ČSN EN 12697-17+A1 and the indirect tensile strength of bituminous specimens according to ČSN EN 12697-23 standard.
Model of Intelligent Traffic Control
Lankaš, Ondřej ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement traffic model with use of appropriate software tools. Part of the thesis is also design of three types of traffic control that are used the most. Designed model is basis for determining the most optimum type of traffic control with use of simulations.
Assembly, successional development and functioning of microbial communities in deadwood
Bernardová, Natálie ; Brabcová, Vendula (advisor) ; Kopecký, Jan (referee)
Dead wood is one of the most important reservoirs associated with forest ecosystems. In natural forests, its volume is counted in hundreds of m3 ha-1 , whereas it reaches only tens of m3 ha-1 in productive commercial forests. In contrast to soil and plant litter, deadwood is unevenly distributed on the forest floor. The specific physicochemical properties such as high content of recalcitrant polymers, low nitrogen level and impermeability negatively affect the rate of decomposition especially in the initial stages of wood deconstruction. The deadwood decomposition is very slow in comparisons with other substrates, it accumulates and thus it represents the important reservoir of nutrients. This thesis is focused on the structure, development and function of microbial (fungal) community in decomposing deadwood in unmanaged forest. Functional screening of fungi isolated from fruit bodies collected from coarse deadwood was set aside. Physico-chemical properties of deadwood including pH, carbon and nitrogen content and microbial biomass were estimated for four wood decomposition stages and three different tree species. New generation sequencing (Illumina MiSeq platform) was applied for fungal community structure analysis based on ITS2 fragment. Fungal functional screening was based on physico-chemical...
Optimalizace molekulárně-biologických metod pro detekci kontaminant v koření
Došková, Markéta
Contaminants are described in food generally, with narrower aim to spices in literary part of thesis. Bigger attention is dedicated to mycotoxins: secundary products of molds, basic survey, ways of assessment and legislation connected with their monito-ring. The main part of literary searches is focused on methods for microbial quality as-sessment of foods, then on description of classic and modern methods. Whereas samples of dried capsicum and pepper powders served as a samples for practical part, the end of theoretical part is devoted to individual steps for optimalization of new moleculary-biological method. The outputs of each steps are then parts of results and discussion, as well as other prospects and possible ways to future.
Molekulární fylogeneze a genetická diverzita krytosemenných rostlin
Sobotková, Julie
The thesis deals with molecular analysis of nuclear region ITS and chloroplast regions matK and rbcL in study of particular group of plants. Reprezentatives of the Microteaceae were included in the experiment. This family was set up separately in 2016 and belongs to the order Caryophyllales. DNA was isolated from the herbarium items and the regions were amplified by PCR. The resulting sequenes were obtained by automatic sequencing and then was edited and statistically evaluated. Of the values obtained the most variable region of ITS was determined. The last step was the construction of phylogenetic trees using sequences of all regions. It was found that genus Microtea is mohophyletic and consists of two evolutionary lines (clades).
