Suggestions for Improvement of Duties of Retail Mobile Operator Manager

This thesis is focused on the analysis of job duties leading mobile operator selected stores. Based on the analysis are proposed changes to those obligations in order to unify the concept of performance management stores and eliminate the difference in the performance of individual managers. In the thesis was to create a solution to increase the effectiveness of store Manager and improve performance stores including calculations of incurred costs and revenues.
Distribution system support by power management of battery systems in charging mode and charging systems for electric vehicles

The thesis focuses on the power management support of battery systems in charging mode and charging systems for electric vehicles in the LV network. The thesis includes an overview of the distribution network of the Czech Republic, means of voltage regulation and the existing legislative framework for the connection of charging systems. The thesis describes the methods of active and reactive power control depending on the voltage and frequency. The practical part focuses on the simulation of grid support at different penetration levels of BESS and EVC in MATLAB Simulink and the verification of the support function on a laboratory system. In the last part, the methods of implementing the control system for BESS and EVC operating in the LV grid are specified.

Master’s thesis deals with cogeneration unit and its control. Cogeneration unit used to energy production and heat production. Power of cogeneration unit is controlled by current consumption of the building, so that the absorbed power from the public network to a minimum. The control unit is composed of two individual part, which is communicated together along single phase of the ~230V. One part measure absorbed power of the network and the second control a cogeneration unit.
System for control of high-frequency power source with reflected power measurement

This thesis briefly describes the function of the selected high-frequency technology and its use. Furthermore, the thesis contains a discussion of the method of designing a system for control of high-frequency power source with reflected power measurement, after which the selection of suitable components is carried out based on pre-selected parameters. Subsequently, the method of powering and cooling the system is proposed. This is followed by the actual assembly of the system and testing of its functionality and measurement of system parameters. In the last part, selected parts of the printed circuit board of this system are described and justified.

6 Abstract This thesis aims to offer a comprehensive view of corporate communication while emphasizing its importance for everyday life of corporations and achievement of their strategic targets. The thesis introduces potential interpretations of corporate communication with the main focus on key moments of corporate communication as well as on consequences non-effective communication has on employee satisfaction and their life in the corporation. In the thesis I opted for the method of compilation and comparison of professional literature along with expert interviews which reveal the quality of internal communication in two selected corporations and prove one-sided view of communication inside corporations. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed look at characteristics of individual communication forms, knowledge of these characteristics being the cornerstone of further research in corporate communication. Besides, this part also describes the principles of active listening, a skill which is frequently omitted from the communication skill list. Performance system of employees in a financial institution

This master thesis discusses employees appraisal in a selected organization. The theoretical part is devoted to expressions from the area of staff appraisal. Topics such as performance management, performance appraisal and work performance are clarified. Further the common process of employees appraisal is described, including its meaning and functionality. appraisal criteria are specified and selected appraisal metods are described. A specific chapter is devoted to forced distribution method. In the end of this part characteristics of high quality and effective employees appraisal are listed. In the empirical part a specific organization is presented, including description and analysis of used employees appraisal system. The goal of the research is through the analysis of the employees appraisal system and with the help of interviews with its employees determine the characteristics of a quality employees appraisal system. Based on the results of the conducted research recommendations leading to higher efectivity of employees appraisal are formed. The proposal of the evaluation and the remuneration system

This thesis deals with system of employees evaluation and rewards in the given company. Based on the information gathered from the literature it summarizes basic concepts of employee's performance management, evaluation and rewards. The analysis was performed based on the existing situation of employees evaluation and rewards in companies, as well as based on qualitative research of employees satisfaction and motivation. As the outcome of this analysis and research, the new system of employees evaluation and rewards was drafted.
