The possibilities of facilitating posttraumatic growth in therapy
Zůnová, Anna ; Loneková, Katarína (advisor) ; Kuchař, Jakub (referee)
(in English): This thesis explores the possibilities of facilitating post-traumatic growth in the context of individual psychotherapy. The theoretical part summarizes the state of current knowledge on post-traumatic growth. In order to take a more comprehensive view, post-traumatic growth is situated within the broader framework of the trauma therapy process. The theoretical part is concluded with an introduction to the possibilities of facilitating post-traumatic growth. The empirical part deals with the experiences of practicing psychotherapists with post- traumatic growth within their individual practice. The qualitative research focuses on what therapists consider to be the goals of trauma therapy, how therapists conceptualize post- traumatic growth, in what areas and forms they encounter it in their clients, and how they believe they can influence it. Data are collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with nine psychotherapists and further analyzed using a thematic analysis method. Data analysis led to the discovery of sixteen major themes that relate to the therapist's way of thinking about and dealing with post-traumatic growth during psychotherapy sessions.

Global warming, or global climate change, respectively, is a term used for increase in global air and the Earth's surface temperatures observed since the mid-20th century. This serious topic is often discussed by many experts in different specialities, media, and the general public. Media is concentrated not only on the impacts of this climate change, but also on the opinions exchange, debates and discussions, particularly on discussions between experts. One of many roles of media is to be a platform for plenty of ideas. The majority of experts accept the hypothesis about ecological consequences of human activities since the industrial revolution (anthropogenic global climate change hypothesis). This idea is taken as the basis for global and local climatological, political, economic, ecological, and other efforts to adapt or restrict the human activities that has an undesirable climatic impacts or severe side effects in nature. Media image of Notre Dame Cathedral fire in the Czech press
Stuchlík, Jan ; Osvaldová, Barbora (advisor) ; Zunová, Anna (referee)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the media image of the fire of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, which broke out on Monday, April 15, 2019 and lasted until the morning of the next day. The cause of the fire of the building, which celebrated 850 years since its creation and which was made famous by a novel by the French writer Victor Hugo, is still debated. The most probable cause is a short circuit in the circuit of the electrified bell located in the sanctuary tower, from which the fire spread to the rest of the roof. The final form of the future reconstructed cathedral is still not agreed, but French President Macron promised a final repair within 5 years. The aforementioned Paris fire brought with it a wave of media interest among the world and Czech media. This topic was relevant both to print and online media, as well as to television broadcasting and social networks. Most information about the fire of Notre Dame Cathedral resonated with social networks, while the smallest number of mentions was in television news. I came to my findings on the basis of a quantitative content analysis of selected media in my chosen period from April 15 to May 31, 2019, for which I used the Maximus application. I processed my findings into graphs, in which the data are clearer.
