(česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi facilitace posttraumatického růstu v kontextu individuální psychoterapie. Literárně-přehledová část shrnuje stav současného poznání problematiky posttraumatického růstu. Za účelem komplexnějšího pohledu, je posttraumatický růst zasazen do širšího rámce procesu terapie traumatu. Teoretická část je zakončena představením možností facilitace posttraumatického růstu. Empirická část se zabývá zkušeností praktikujících psychoterapeutů s posttraumatickým růstem v rámci jejich individuální praxe. Kvalitativní šetření se zaměřuje na to, co terapeuti považují za cíle terapie traumatu, jakým způsobem terapeuti posttraumatický růst konceptualizují, v jakých oblastech a podobách u svých klientů potkávají a jakým způsobem se domnívají, že jej mohou ovlivnit. Data jsou získána pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru vedeného s devíti psychoterapeuty a dále jsou analyzována metodou tematické analýzy. Analýza dat vedla k objevení šestnácti hlavních témat, která se týkají způsobu uvažování a zacházení terapeuta s posttraumatickým růstem v průběhu psychoterapeutických sezení. (in English): This thesis explores the possibilities of facilitating post-traumatic growth in the context of individual psychotherapy. The theoretical part summarizes the state of current knowledge on post-traumatic growth. In order to take a more comprehensive view, post-traumatic growth is situated within the broader framework of the trauma therapy process. The theoretical part is concluded with an introduction to the possibilities of facilitating post-traumatic growth. The empirical part deals with the experiences of practicing psychotherapists with post- traumatic growth within their individual practice. The qualitative research focuses on what therapists consider to be the goals of trauma therapy, how therapists conceptualize post- traumatic growth, in what areas and forms they encounter it in their clients, and how they believe they can influence it. Data are collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with nine psychotherapists and further analyzed using a thematic analysis method. Data analysis led to the discovery of sixteen major themes that relate to the therapist's way of thinking about and dealing with post-traumatic growth during psychotherapy sessions.
