Prevention in the Civil Code The topic of my thesis is prevention in the Civil Code. This thesis examines the definition of the concept of prevention within the Civil Code as a key aspect in the provision of general rules of mutual coexistence in our main legal code. Prevention is not only understood here as an effort to prevent illegal actions, but is extended to a broader concept of preventing damage or injury to the health and life of individuals in society, when its essence goes beyond the concept of law. The work reflects the development of the concept of prevention and its anchoring in the Civil Code, with an emphasis on various historical concepts and the development of legal regulations. The first chapter of the thesis analyzes various concepts of prevention mainly in a general sense, focusing on its importance in various fields, including medicine, social sciences and criminology. The content of other types of prevention such as primary and secondary or general and specific is also defined here. The second chapter is devoted to a brief summary of the development of the Civil Code as a legal code, with an emphasis on its development in Roman society, the Middle Ages and modern times. Utilization of TV Touch Screen (plasma) in CT24 News

In this thesis, the author deals with a topic focusing on use of plasma screens and plasma technologies in contemporary news channel CT24 broadcasting. The thesis is contained of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the author summarizes existing findings of the television news field. The theoretical part includes a basic definition of television news and its subsequent changes, primarily because of digitalization process. In the connection with digitalization, the author also deals with new formats of television news, such as TV graphics. In the second half of theoretical part, the author focuses on characteristics of Czech Television and CT24 news channel. It contains of brief description of programs and studies, from which CT24 broadcasts, and which are closely related to use of plasma technologies. In the practical part, the author then focuses on the specific use of plasma technologies in the broadcast of CT24 channel. First, the author offers a basic division of what these elements are used for in broadcasting. Based on his own experience and interviews with Czech Television staff, he then describes the use of plasma technologies in individual programs and studios and offers their comparison.

Practical use of ONO test

Goals: The goal of this bachelor's dissertation is to explore the usefulness of the ONO test in relation to patients after cerebrovascular accident with aphasia at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. The dissertation is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part discusses the occupational therapy in rehabilitation of the CVA patients and the ways of examination of the cognitive functions by an occupational therapist. Further it introduces the ONO test, its main characteristics and subtests of this battery of tests. Methods: case study of two patients after cerebrovascular accident with aphasia at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Practical section contains case studies, data forms of the entry and final examination, the therapy proposal, its course and evaluation.
