Preparation of 19th century poetry for publishing (case study)

This thesis deals with 19th century Czech poetry editing. It outlines, among other things, the historical and social conditions of literature edition of this era and strives to point out all that could have affected the situation of the time and that could have subsequently been the cause of certain editing alterations. The author also tries to think of what a 19th century editor needed to know and consider; what mistakes could have been caused by human factor and/or the author's or external influences. On an example of a short poem from the first half of the 19th century, the thesis attempts to point out the proper and improper alterations together with their necessity or voluntariness.

Anna Novotná Epoch of so-called Smuta in 1605-1613 in the mirror of Russian historiography (from Karamzin to Klyuchevsky) Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with reflection of Times of Troubles events in Russia at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries in modern Russian historiography of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. The attention is paid to view development of selected historians (N. M. Karamzin; N. G. Ustryalov; S. M. Solovyov; N. I. Kostomarov; D. I. Ilovaysky; V. O. Klyuchevsky) on three phenomenons: the role of the monarch, the role of the church and relation to aliens. The historians can be classified in three groups. The generation of historians (Karamzin, Ilovaysky and Ustryalov) represents the transition from Enlightenment historiography to historiography of the period of National Revival (Kostomarov). Historian Solovyov represents turning point to scientific historiography. Culmination of modern attitude to material of the discussed period is the work of Klyuchevsky. Following changes of attitude of individual authors to these phenomenons reflects changes of Russian thinking in the course of the 19th century. Theoretical part of dissertation includes observations about areas of organisation of work and basic terminology of project teaching in a primary school. This Bachelor essay deals with correct communication of social workers with disabled people. In the first part it describes the rights of disabled people, the principles of current human communication as well as the principles of alternative and augmentative communication. By reading the rest of the essay, we can obtain the information on concrete rules and fundamentals, that should be followed by a social worker while he communicates with people with disabilities of eyesight, hearing, with acquired disability, with infantile cerebral palsy and with mentally disabled people - people with Down syndrome.
European Voluntary Service in the context of the YOUTH program

In thesis European Voluntary Service in the context of the YOUTH program I tent to deal with the EU program for non A formal education and training YOUTH 2000 A 2006, with special focus on the Event No. 2 of this program, the European Voluntary Service. I seek to define the objectives of the program and Action No. 2 and analyze the final reports to determine whether these objectives have been met. In the practical part I want to examine the experience of participants in the European Voluntary Service on questionnaire survey. The aim of the questionnaire was to map the process of each project, motivation and expectations of volunteers and their fulfilling. Analysis of market insurance products through multi-criteria decision making methods

The aim of my thesis is using a questionnaire to find out level of insurance, habits and preferences of respondents in selected areas of insurance. These results will also be used as input data for the analysis of the insurance products of selected insurance companies. Offers of insurance company will be assessed by several criteria. The formed options will be evaluate by multi-criteria methods for evaluation of alternatives. Insurance offer will be assessed on the basis of model examples using the above mentioned methods. There will be analyzed the products of the compulsory insurance, travel insurance and property insurance. The output of my thesis will be identification of the best deals in each type of insurance and also in general. In addition, there will be created a sequence of other insurance companies with their percentage ranking. It will also be evaluated the insurance company, which respondents considered as the best and also those for which they usually have their insurance contracts. Analyzed insurance companies will be selected on the basis of survey results.
Holistic approach in nephrology out-patient care

This Bachelor´s work deals with the holistic approach to clients of nefrological departments.It would confront the approach of nurses with patients´ expectations. Nefrological patients are people of any age with acute or chronic renal dysfunction which needs special care of medical staff. A nefrological care is a process of planning, evaluating and special care and treatment of nefrological patients. People are cultural and spiritual beings who acquire a mind-body-spirit healing care. A holistic approach helps us get more information of clients and with it meet their mind-bodyspirit needs. The aim of this survey has been to gain information about the care and medical staff approach to patients in nefrological departments, if nurses can see mind-bodyspirit aspects in their patients. The hypotheses and research questions were set like this: Clients are not given a holistic care. The attention is not paid to mind-body-spirit needs of clients. Can nurses see clients of nefrological departments holisticly? The hypotheses assumed at the beginning were not proved. The patients of the nefrological department where I did the survey are treated holisticly and a special attention is paid to meeting mind-body-spirit requirements of the clients. The nurses of these departments can see their patients holisticly. The results of this work are really valuable and beneficial because nefrological departments are basic and important parts in the complex preparation of patients to further therapeutic methods.
Technical professions and their employability. (Expectations of students and graduates associated with the future work praction).

This study discusses the lack of technical professions at the labour market which is experienced by employers in industry areas. It describes the economic situation in the Czech Republic and characterises the labour market, its structure and labour force requirements. It mainly focuses on the analysis of tertiary education. The study also points out possible future development in these industries, for comparison is the analyse in other EU countries enclosed. The research, which is one of the main parts of this work is focused on the university students and graduates with technical specialization. The aim of this study is to suggest possible measures and recommendations in the area of personal strategy and scarce workers approach in the market.
The analysis of the personnel work (personnel practices)

The objective of the Bachelor's thesis is to explore and assess the personnel work, the key personnel practices and refer to the relationship between the position of the personnel department in the organizational structure of the company and it's decision-making powers and try to define the possibilities and the limits of impact the personnel department on the events in the company. The analysis is made on comparation of established facts in the analyzed company and the theoretical knowledge of the personnel work. The analysis is supplemented by the some proposals to improve the current situation in the company.
