Evaluation of the upper grades pupils in the primary school and his influence to motivation to learn

This paper titled "Evaluation of the lower secondary education students and its influence on learning motivation" is focused on the most frequently used methods of evaluation at today's schools. It considers not only evaluation methods complying with students but also relation between evaluation and learning motivation. It includes an analysis of current situation of students' self-evaluation. The whole paper is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part portrays the core essence and the importance of the evaluation, its principles and qualities. It describes some important concepts, such as a pedagogical evaluation and its legal framework. It identifies function and techniques of the evaluation from the school legislation point of view and at the same time it illustrates the current tendencies in its development. It maps some types, forms and evaluation function. It explains in more details motivational function of evaluation as well as self-evaluation. The empirical part deals with a detailed research which is dedicated to exploration of the most frequently used pedagogical evaluation methods at the chosen schools. The role of school in the prevention of bullying at second stage of primary school

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of bullying at the second stage of primary schools. It deals with the theory of bullying; it gives a summary of the developmental stages of bullying and the way of recognizing and solving the problem. The thesis also provides the characteristics of the aggressor's and victim's personalities. It covers the topics of prevention of the bullying and the role of the coordinator of the educational-preventative programmes. The thesis also includes the results of questionnaire research related to the presence of bullying at the second stage of the chosen primary schools - in the country and in the town.
Application of operative controlling in a company

The aim of the thesis is to discuss the theoretical role of controlling in a company, to compare it with the real controlling in a specific company and consequently to deduce some recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part deals with the issues of controlling, namely the main subsystems of controlling which include planning, control and reporting. In the practical part the author analyses the application of individual controlling functions in the specific company, suggests recommendations for improvement and makes assessments of possible economic impacts resulting from those recommendations.
Trading on Commodity Markets

The bachelor thesis refers to trading on a commodity exchange and its possibilities. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical section relates to ways of trading, principles, rules, legislation, exchange types. The practical section is based on the graphic analysis of a few trade transactions showing their strategies and explaining individual indicators of technical analyses needed for their realization. The closing part of this thesis is concerned with the qualities, skills, know-how which can be useful to trading on commodity markets.
