The name of this thesis is " System of Employees Evaluation in the Chosen Company". The main aim of the work is to evaluate how the staff evaluation system works of the organization, namely Jihočeská univerzita v Českých Budějovicích. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the basic terms e.g. Human Resource Management, work performance, employee ratings and it provides essential information concerning employee evaluation system. The practical part of the thesis involves basic description of the selected organization. The following parts are dedicated to employee evaluation system in the chosen organization. Based on the results of the practical part, the deficiencies are identified and the measures proposed to remedy those shortcomings. The aforemetioned data were obtained from publicly available sources which was supplemented by information obtained from the organization surveyed. The information needed for the partial goal of the thesis was identified through a questionnaire.

Arthropods as a Cause of Human Parasitosis

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of arthropods as ectoparasites of man. Its aim is to create a list of selected arthropod species that may be pathogenic to humans. The overview concerns primarily species living in the Czech Republic. Furthermore the thesis will include information about their characteristics, morphology, development and symptoms of infected hosts

Partnership and client access in coperation between family and school

The theses deals with partnership and client-based approach to family and schooll collaboration. The theoretical part focuces on family and school as an institucion, thein definition, fiction and curricular documents. Further it deals with relations between a family and school, evolution of views on cooperation, mutal expectations of resulting cooperation, educational and social partenrship, the parents influence on the education of children, forms of cooperation, as well as with the limitations and risks that can be involved in the communication and collaboration. Criteria of effective cooperation between s family and school given by two different authors are characterized and compared. The work also maps the criteria of effective cooperation and forms of collaboration within in programme Step by Step. The empirical part presents observations, action research and interviews, to detect cooperation between school and families in a class following the programme Step by Step. The research methods include observations focused on consultations of a teacher - parents - children, an action research, which took place during creative workshops designed for parents, as well as group interview, carried out with the parents, the teacher and the children. Evaluation of the Benefits of LAG for Regional Development

The name of this bachelor thesis is "Evaluation of the Activities Effects of the Regional Groups Supporting Regional Development". The main aim is to evaluate how the activities of the particular regional action groups, namely "MAS Sdružení růže, MAS Rozkvět and MAS Vodňanská ryba", contributed to the regional development. The analysis of the LAG's activities is mainly focused on areas related to the LAG's staffing, LAG promotion levels and LAG superstructure activities. The partial aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the level of awareness of the population of activities of the LAG. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the basic terms e.g. region, regional policy, LEADER method and it provides essential information concerning local action groups. The practical part of the thesis involves basic description of the selected LAG. The following parts are dedicated to activities of all LAGs for each programming period. The next part is dedicated to the detailled description of the LAG staffing, LAG promotion and LAG superstructure activities. The aforemetioned data were obtained from publicly available sources which was supplemented by information obtained from the LAGs surveyed. The information needed for the partial goal of the thesis was identified through a questionnaire. The activity of these LAGs differs in each program period in the number of projects implemented and the amount of allocated funds. From this perspective, the most active was "MAS Sdružení Růže" and the least was "MAS Vodňanská ryba". The reason was unsupported strategy of "MAS Vodňanská ryba" in the past.

The development of moral awareness among students of secondary and secondary vocational schools

Abstract
Bachelor thesis entitled "Development of moral awareness among pupils of secondary schools and secondary vocational schools" is aimed at identifying and comparing the level of moral consciousness of students in the fields of education ended with graduation exam and the indenture.
The work includes two parts, theoretical and practical.
In the theoretical part research and study of the academic literature is used to process stages of moral development according to the most famous authors.
The practical part contains a description of a device, in the form of a questionnaire to collect data.
It was subsequently analysed and evaluated by comparative graphs.
Analysis of individual graphs and survey results proved that moral development study group is not significantly affected by factors that seemed to be important during development of the pupil.
