Diplomová práce se zabývá partnerstvím a klientským p ístupem ve spolupráci rodiny a školy. Teoretická část se zam uje na rodinu a školu jako instituci, jejich definici, funkci a kurikulární dokumenty. Dále se zabývá vztahy mezi rodinou a školou, vývojem názor , které se týkají vzájemné spolupráce, vzájemného očekávání výsledné spolupráce, výchovným a sociálním partnerstvím, vlivem rodič na vzd lávání d tí, formami vzájemné spolupráce, ale také limity a riziky, které mohou p i komunikaci a spolupráci nastat. Charakterizuje a srovnává kritéria efektivní spolupráce rodiny a školy dvou r zných autor . Práce dále mapuje kritéria efektivní spolupráce a formy spolupráce v programu Začít spolu. Empirická část prezentuje pozorování, akční výzkum a rozhovory, které zjiš ují spolupráci školy a rodiny ve t íd pracující podle programu Začít spolu. Mezi výzkumné metody pat í pozorování, které je zam ené na konzultace typu učitel-rodič-žák, dále akční výzkum, který probíhal b hem tvo ivých dílen určené i pro rodiče a rozhovory, realizovány jak s rodiči, tak i s učitelem a s d tmi, pro které autorka diplomové práce zvolila rozhovor skupinový. The theoretical part focuces on family and school as an institucion, thein definition, fiction and curricular documents. Further it deals with relations between a family and school, evolution of views on cooperation, mutal expectations of resulting cooperation, educational and social partenrship, the parents influence on the education of children, forms of cooperation, as well as with the limitations and risks that can be involved in the communication and collaboration. Criteria of effective cooperation between s family and school given by two different authors are characterized and compared. The work also maps the criteria of effective cooperation and forms of collaboration within in programme Step by Step. The empirical part presents observations, action research and interviews, to detect cooperation between school and families in a class following the programme Step by Step. The research methods include observations focused on consultations of a teacher - parents - children, an action research, which took place during creative workshops designed for parents, as well as group interview, carried out with the parents, the teacher and the children.
