The bachelor is focuses on the analysis of marketing and especially on the marketing mix. It means it is focused on the well-known definition of marketing, marketing environment and marketing mix analysis, where all its parts (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Physical evidence, People, Processes) are mapped. The practical part is developed from theoretical knowledge found in the literature. The marketing mix of “Restaurace Na chalupě“ and the comparison of the two new operators replaced there are described there. The new ways to engage their customers and retain them are designed for new operators.
Factors influencing pupils' attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle

The diploma thesis deals with attitudes of 2nd grade primary school pupils to a healthy lifestyle. Trying to answer the question Which of the factors offered are the most interesting for this target group and therefore the most motivating? Work and unveiling personal and social lives and their views on human health today. The research tool is a questionnaire on two different and independent schools. It goes through a deeper probe in to the viewer level and at the same time reveals their everyday leisure habits. At the end of the thesis, an alternative offer of educational activities is proposed, which can complement the upcoming offer that is currently being implemented in schools. The Rights and The Needs of Older Pupilage Children

The main topic of this diploma thesis is to describe the rights and needs of children, focused on children rights in the hospitals as embedded in the ethical codex of the Charter of the Rights of Children in Hospital. The theoretical part summarizes the rights of hospitalized children, basic human needs and developmental specifics of a schoolchild or adolescent. It is concerned with negative consequences of not satisfying the children's needs and describes the symptoms. The main part of this thesis is a descriptive treatise with the aim to map the knowledgeability of the Charter of the Rights of Children in Hospital among the child patients, hospitalized at three Prague teaching facilities providing medically preventive pediatric care. Part of this thesis is also an evaluation of the fulfillment of the individual rights in the Chart in praxis. A small clinical treatise was carried out for this purpose. The data was collected with a voluntary and anonymous questionnaire. 53 respondents in the age of 6 to 18 years comprised the studied data set. The results provided the most important deficit in the child patient's knowledgeability of the Chart. Not even 1/3 of the respondents was aware of its existence. Provisions - comparison of IFRS for SMEs and Czech accounting standards

The Bachelor thesis is focused on provisions in accounting from the point of view of Czech accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-Size Entities. The main purpose is to define the basic differences between the two accounting systems in the area of provisions in accounting. Then it briefly describes the IFRS for SMEs and small and medium-sized enterprises in Czech Republic. The main differences between the accounting systems are identified on the basis of theoretical and practical comparison, in the area of provisions in accounting and also in general.
Setting Up a Fictitious Company – In Comparison with the Real Setting Up of a Company

This work processes and systematically describes the latest knowledge in the field of setting up fictitious companies in the Czech Republic, characterizes their current status and future trends. The main objective of this work is the analysis of the current level and the comparison between setting up fictitious and real company in terms of general business and legal requirements, simplicity and delays and in terms of comparison of individual legal forms and types of business representation. The theoretical part of the work deals with the procedure of starting a real company in time-sequential steps. In the practical part of the work, except for explaining the procedure setting up a fictitious company, is the attention focused on the comparison of the two procedures. There are described the individual differences in detail, which in many respects results from formal dissimilarities of the participated subjects. For this purpose was done a survey conducted among teachers of the school subject the Fictitious Company. The main aim of this work is to provide teachers, teaching the subject, with a didactical and teaching aid that, apart from the information on setting up fictitious companies, provides a comparison with the setting up of a real company. Defining the differences between setting up fictitious and real companies is an important tool for understanding the nature and the meaning of fictitious companies and help to improve the quality of teaching.
