Nanofiber membranes as carriers of drugs 3. Polyurethane, polyvinylalcohol, polycaprolactone, polyacrylonitrile.
Krejčová, Markéta ; Doležal, Pavel (advisor) ; Berka, Pavel (referee)
Diplomová práce Markéta Krejčová ABSTRACT Nanofibre membranes as carrier of drugs 3. Polyurethane, polyvinylalcohol, polycaprolaktone, polyacrylonitrile The theoretical part deals with practical use of non-woven fabric and technology of their production by electrospinning method, it also contains basic information about tested polymers mentioned bellow. The experimental part brings results of the physical characteristics of the nanofiber membranes produced by electrospinning from polyvinylalcohol, polyurethane, polyacrylonitrile and polycaprolactone. The evaluation of contact angles of water on the membranes did not show significantly different results, although the best wettability was observed on the membrane made from polyurethane. The soak test possesses surprising results in the term of inability of polymers to absorb water. The testing of tensile strength of membranes was investigated to show a possible influence of the radiation sterilization. The only membrane that displayed increased tensile strength after the radiation sterilization was made from polyurethane. The rest of membranes did not demonstrate any changes. For the measurement of tensile direction membrane made from polyurethane was also changed. Tensile was higher in the cross direction than in the longitudinal direction. Methylparaben in...
Catholic Reformation in Kozmografie česká by Zikmund of Púchov
Krejčová, Markéta ; Petráček, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kubín, Petr (referee)
Catholic reform in the Kosmografia česká of Zikmund of Púchov The Kosmografia česká appeared in Prague in 1554 as Czech version of Cosmographia universalis by Sebestian Münster. It was on king Ferdinand I.'s recomendation in the connection with the talks on solution of religious situation in Czech Lands and in particular on problems of proper education tendencies effective to impede further propagation of heresy. The publishing costs bore the administrator of Prague archbishopric Jan of Púchov, while his nephew Zikmund of Púchov translated and laid out the book. This work describes publishing Cosmography in hictorical and literary context, tries to cover circumstances of its origin and their impact on the book conception too. It pays special attention to commentaries of Zikmund of Púchov in which he favoured a reform of the Christian society, dirupted by demoralization, religious disunion and threatened by Turkish expansion. Making much account of the Habsburg House's special role an the world rectification, he stressed their importance and function at the Church reformation as well as protection of Christendom against Turkish menace. He defened Ferdinand I.'s policy of strengthening the catholicism connected with centralizing and absolutist tendencies of his rule. Keywords: early modern, Czech...
Determination of butylhydroxyanisole using electrodes modified by carbon nanotubes
Krejčová, Markéta ; Dejmková, Hana (advisor) ; Vyskočil, Vlastimil (referee)
This work was focused on study of a behaviour of the food additivum butylated hydroxyanisole on modified carbon electrodes by the voltammetric techniques - cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. Glassy carbon and carbon paste electrode were used. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) in combination with three different binders (acetonitrile, nafione or chitosane) were employed for the electrode modification. Carbon paste electrode was unable to modificate with film containing carbon nanotubes and acetonitrile, its active surface was treated only with nafione and chitosane film. All three mentioned modifications were applied in case of glassy carbon electrode. Butylated hydroxyanisole provided a significantly higher signal using electrodes modified with carbon nanotubes with all three binders in contrast to electrodes without any surface modification. The glassy carbon electrode with carbon nanotube / acetonitrile film on its surface appeared to be the most effective for analytical purposes. Voltammetric determination of butylated hydroxyanisole using this electrode provided a better defined and higher analytical signal and lower relative standard deviations in comparison with other ways of modification. The limit of detection of butylated hydroxyanisole obtained by cyclic voltammetry on glassy...
Apology of religious reforms of Josephinism after the accession of Leopold II.
Krejčová, Markéta ; Opatrný, Aleš (advisor) ; Kotas, Jan (referee)
Apologia of religious reforms of Josephinism after the accession of Leopold II. This thesis is based upon an apologetical work "Kontrast zwischen den Grundsätzen des Prälatenstandes in Böhmen und jenen der auf Veranlassung Kaisers Leopold II. als Großherzog von Toskana im Jahre 1786 gehaltenen Diözesansynode zu Pistoja". This file was issued in 1791 and was addressed to the Bohemian clergymen as a reply to their demands that were presented by the clergy at the Bohemian Diet after Emperor Joseph II. had died. It resumes both the significance and circumstances of the mentioned clergymen's presention and its results. It also focuses on several controversial topics, such as conflicts of demands on chande of religious life held by representants of the Church against entlightened State representatives. Not only it tries to document the reforms that had been executed by Emperor Joseph II and his brother Leopold, it also considers the most important ideological movements that form that creation of the relationship between the State and the Church within the Early Modern Period.
Optimization of electrochemical determination of aminoderovatives of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons using chemometric methods
Krejčová, Markéta ; Dejmková, Hana (advisor) ; Schwarzová, Karolina (referee)
In this work, separation conditions of aminoderivatives of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (APAH) mixture were optimized by high performance liquid chromatography with amperometric detection. For the purpose of comparison, the spectrophotometric detector was connected in series with the electrochemical detector. Three-electrode system in the wall-jet arrangement with carbon paste working electrode was chosen for amperometric determination. For the purpose of the optimization, design of experiment was employed, specifically Box-Behnken Design which uses three levels of values of each parameter. Studied parameters were pH of acetate-phosphate buffer, initial percentage of the methanol in mobile phase and its gradient. Derringer's desirability function was applied to evaluate the compromise between the analysis time and the resolution of neighbouring peaks. Using the amperometric detection, ten times lower limits of detection were achieved in comparison with spectrophotometric detection. After preconcentration of the mixture of analytes in the river water by the solid phase extraction, the lowest limit of detection was gained for 2-aminobiphenyl (2·10−10 g ml−1 ) and the highest for 2-aminofluorene (1·10−9 g ml−1 ).

Global Talent Management Programs
Krejčová, Markéta ; Dvořáková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Němec, Otakar (referee) ; Formánková, Dana (referee)
An important trend in HRM is the focus on talent management programs which is becoming a competitive advantage for companies operating in today's globalized world. The thesis introduces the processes and specific instruments of the talent management programs. The main purpose of this thesis was to create a model of talent management and, based on further analysis, test it in practice. The talent management model is derived from the theoretical knowledge and best practices of companies which have implemented talent management systems within the last years. The model introduces talent management as an ongoing process of planning for, attracting, selecting, developing, managing, and evaluating talented employees. The thesis is divided into two main parts: the first covers the definition of the terms, conception, and methodology of talent management; the second (empirical-methodological) is devoted to the main purpose -- talent model creation and testing through qualitative research.
