Residentail developable areas in municipalities with low levels of development activity in the district of municipality with extended competence Sokolov

The aim of this work is to examine the quality of buildable delimitation of areas for housing development in the context of population and the subsequent unfolding of the territorial community development. The monitored area is located in Karlovy Vary Region in the administrative territory of the municipality with extended powers Sokolov. Data were used from the Czech Statistical Office, from territorial analytical data and data from local plans. From these sources were identified buildable areas in this area and. It has been identified villages Nová Ves, Josefov, Šabina, Rovná, Krajková, Habartov. These municipalities are further characterized and quantified by total volume buildable areas and their long term usage. Throughout the administrative territory it was carried out a survey in which respondents were included as representatives and officials of municipalities with valid land use plan. Based on the results of the survey are defined problems and negative effects associated with long-unused locations buildable areas. The basic principles of solution to the formulation of recommendations for the representatives of municipalities and planners in defining buildable areas in the planning documentation. They consist mainly in the processing of the detailed design territory. As a possible solution is provided through a legislative process, which is for representatives of municipalities a way out of this negative state.
Study - Regulatory Plan Strakonice - Podskalí

The thesis deals with territorial development management using valid territorial planning tools. The goal is to ensure an adequate form of sustainable development for the town of Strakonice. For this purpose a territorial study of the Podskali location in the town of Strakonice was completed. Searches are compiled in the first part of the bachelor thesis on the topic of territorial studies and legislative regulation plans. The next part is focused on thorough studies of valid territorial planning documentations, territorial planning foundations and documentsstrategies concerning Strakonice. Moreover, a personal research of a worked upon territorial study was done. The next step processes three possible scenarios for the development of the town. Furthermore, criteria for work proposal evaluations were stated. These criteria were selected by past studies of current tools of territorial and strategic plans for the town of Strakonice. Based on the evaluations of work proposals a final proposal of territorial study, for the developmental area Strakonice in the location of Podskali, is created. This proposal serves, furthermore, as a foundation for further creation of regulatives in this developmental area, in detail, corresponding to the appendix no. 11 of bill no. 500/2006 of the collection in its current version.
Master plan of the chosen locality in Brada-Rybnicek

The main theme of the Bachelor thesis is a study of the territory with the object in the middle of the historic value of the solution to the territory and neighboring object traditional village buildings. The territory falls under the administration of the protected landscape area of the Bohemian Paradise. It follows from this administration efforts to maintain traditional rural buildings in the area, taking into account the construction has already been exposed, and in particular on the building with historical value. Among the terms of the territory will be the maintenance of the landscape in the area. Will be taken into account on the appearance and arrangement of the neighbouring municipalities. The aim will be to create a functional in this territory of public space to replace the traditional village square. At the same time work will aim to eliminate the consequences of the suburbanizace with the rapid increase in population due to the total population density of the municipality.
Regulation plan of Jesenice town´s centre

These bachelor work Regulation plan of Jesenice town centre in theoretical part preoccupied with revitalizing the small city centre. As a part of my work, there is also a definition and explanation of the purchasing and an approve of a regulation plan with individual regulations. In the practical part, first of all there is the solution that deals with the relationship between neighbouring towns and after that, there is a definition of the process of the growth and the development of the town in a historical analysis. On these results reacts spatial analysis and drawing of values and problems, where are described individual key buildings and places. Final outputs are in a form of a textual and a graphical part of the regulation plan. This is based on catalog of evaluating sheet of the individual blocks and requirements for the solution of the area based on the current master plan of Jesenice near Prague. The whole work may serve as a guide for city urban planners, politicians and civil servants at the question of how each built-up area addressed and evaluated relative to the size of the area that there was positive and functional assessment of the territory.
The use of public areas by children in the Děčín city and its hinterland

The target of my bachelor thesis is to find out, how children spend their leisure time in Děčín, what places they use, and also in which places the children feel well and which ones are dangerous for them. The review part of the thesis, which is compiled on the basis of literature, is divided into three parts. The first section briefly describes the public space, its criteria for ownership, development of public spaces and the current status. The second part then explains the concept of leisure time, how the children spend it,what impact parents may have on leisure activities for their children, and how important is time that children spend in public space. The last part of the research, a brief description of Decin, its demographic and administrative breakdown. The analytical part describes the creation of questionnaires, which were then used for the survey in selected primary schools and their evaluation. Furthermore, a brief description of the identified locations where children spend their spare time and use the premises for their activities, and in which they do not feel good. These locations are shown schematically on the map. Consequently, these places that children described as unpleasant and dangerous are compared to classified sites in the planning documents.
Urban Study for Housing in the Landscape - Hrádek nad Nisou, CZ

In my bachelor thesis, I first determined the goals of the planning study and its methodology. In the second part, I defined the intention of the planning study where I specified its goal and purpose. Next, I determined a territory, which the planning study will concern, and requirements for the content of the study with specification of the functional and territorial utilization and traffic concept of the area. The third part is concerned with literary research, which defines the terms of my proposal. Then, with application of literary research, I specified basic requirements for achieving high-quality housing and landscape. In the next step, I used an analysis and research to verify the researched location for the future proposal. Finally, I dealt with the actual design where I proposed a housing area suitable for the future residents and in harmony with the surrounding landscape
Study of the former barracks area in Pilsen-Slovany.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is a territorial study for a brownfields area of the barracks in Pilsen. The theoretical part deals with general questions of the brownfields koncept, case studies in abroad. On the base of the theoretical considerations, the teritorial study is suggested, which follows the Pilsen municipal plan.
