Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování územní studie pro brownfields kasáren v Plzni. Teoretická část se zabývá především problematikou brownfields, případovými v zahraničí. Na základě vypracovaní teoretické části a analýz řešené lokality je navržena územní studie, která vychází z Územního plánu města Plzně. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is a territorial study for a brownfields area of the barracks in Pilsen. The theoretical part deals with general questions of the brownfields koncept, case studies in abroad. On the base of the theoretical considerations, the teritorial study is suggested, which follows the Pilsen municipal plan.
