V první části své bakalářské práce jsem si stanovila cíle územní studie a metodiku. V druhé části jsem si stanovila zadání územní studie, kde jsem si přiblížila její cíle a účel. Dále území, ve kterém bude řešena územní studie a v neposlední řadě požadavky na obsah územní studie, kde bude přiblíženo funkční a prostorové využití včetně dopravního řešení v území. Třetí část se věnuje literární rešerši, která přiblížila pojmy týkající se mého návrhu. Dále jsem si pomocí literární rešerše definovala základní požadavky pro docílení kvalitního bydlení a krajiny. Dalším krokem byla analytická část, kde jsem pomocí analýz a průzkumů prověřila řešenou lokalitou pro budoucí návrh. V poslední řadě jsem se zabývala samotným návrhem, kde jsem navrhla obytnou zástavbu, která bude vhodná pro budoucí obyvatele a bude v souznění s okolní krajinou. In my bachelor thesis, I first determined the goals of the planning study and its methodology. In the second part, I defined the intention of the planning study where I specified its goal and purpose. Next, I determined a territory, which the planning study will concern, and requirements for the content of the study with specification of the functional and territorial utilization and traffic concept of the area. The third part is concerned with literary research, which defines the terms of my proposal. Then, with application of literary research, I specified basic requirements for achieving high-quality housing and landscape. In the next step, I used an analysis and research to verify the researched location for the future proposal. Finally, I dealt with the actual design where I proposed a housing area suitable for the future residents and in harmony with the surrounding landscape
