Business Plan Proposal for Fitness Centre M-Gym, Ltd.

The master thesis focuses on the creation of the business plan proposal. Via implemented analysis (SLEPT, SWOT and Porter’s model) and questionnaire research were identified conditions for successful establishment and running of fitness centre M-Gym, s.r.o. in Brno. It involves the choice of tools and strategies, which allows the company to succeed on the market and become competitive.

The main goal of this thesis is to design marketing strategy for a Tennis hall ROCI. Theoretical part focuses on the issues of marketing, marketing strategy and marketing mix. There is also included a creation of the analysis evaluating external and internal company environment. The current situation is described in the analytical part. The appropriate recommendations, and suitable marketing strategies, are defined and based on a marketing research done trough questionnaires.

Life Satisfaction and Personality Traits of Roman Catholic Priests in the Czech Republic

The rigorosum thesis examines the life satisfaction and personality traits of Roman Catholic priests in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, we discuss personality and personality traits; we focus on the themes of life satisfaction and a description of Roman Catholic priests in the Czech Republic; we also provide an overview of relevant studies on the subject matter. The empirical part of our work consists of two research projects. The 2017 quantitative study used a sample of 34 individuals. The Life Satisfaction Questionnaire and the NEO Five- Factor Inventory were chosen as research methods. The cohort of priests scored (in comparison to the population norm) significantly higher on the Agreeableness scale. A negative correlation between Life Satisfaction and degree of Neuroticism was confirmed in the aforementioned cohort as well as a positive correlation between Life Satisfaction and degree of Extraversion. In 2020 mixed research was then undertaken. For the quantitative part of this, the Life Satisfaction Questionnaire was used as a method, and 49 respondents took part. The sample of priests demonstrated a higher degree of satisfaction on the Job and Profession, Finances and Home scales whilst showing a lower degree of satisfaction on the Self scale. Optimalizace webových stránek

This thesis is focussed on detailed processing of the optimization of web pages for web search engines (SEO). It describes the functionality of full text search engines considering the order of search results. The thesis also presents the most often myths and problems from the field of optimization which are supplemented by the right procedures according to the currently used methods and processes. Further on, the thesis is supplemented by the general outline of the process of optimization which is furthermore used and explained in detail in a practical case study. There is also mentioned the point on the issue of scoring the rate of return in optimiza-tion.
