Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh projektu zavedení metody 5S do výrobního systému společnosti LAUFEN CZ, s.r.o., ve městě Znojmě. Návrh reaguje na současnou ekonomickou situaci a také na stav společnosti. Jedná se o druhou fázi projektu se zaměřením na výrobu a kompletaci koupelnového nábytku. V práci jsou vyhodnoceny postupy a metody pro úspěšnou realizaci projektu. The master thesis is focused on a proposal of project implementation of 5S method for production system of LAUFEN CZ, s.r.o. in Znojmo. The proposal reacts to current economic situation and also to the status of company. This is the second phase of project with focusing on the production and completion of bathroom furniture. In master thesis are evaluated correct process and methods for successful implementation of project.
