Title: Changes of the catecholamins, serotonine and lactate levels during sport climbing on a climbing wall depending on the leader climber's style of belaying. Goals: The Goal of this thesis is to build on the bachelor thesis and develop its goals. The research is focused on a detection of blood hormonal changes before performance, right after it and after a 15- minute pacification depending on a style of a personal profile and style of belaying of the climbers. Hormonal changes have been compared during the performance on two climbing routes of the same difficulty and different styles of belaying. Methods: The randomized research sample consisted of 10 women, climbers, who climbed two routes using the OS (on sight) style on the level of maximum effort. One of the routes was climbed with clipping in protection points against the second route, which was climbed without protection points. The research was performed using a blood collection from v. brachialis and spinning off the blood plasma of the collected blood. Lactate was determined on Siemens Adria 1800 in a routine laboratory, serotonine was determined using LS-MS/MS with a gradient elution. Catecholamines were determined using LS-MS/MS with an isocratic elution. The survey composed of three psychological questionnaires (DMV, RCAI, Eysenck's...
Competency profil of a Street Dance coach
Kárníková, Kateřina ; Janák, Vladimír (advisor) ; Štědroň, Bohumír (referee)
Title: Competency profile of a Street Dance coach Objectives: The aim of this work is to find the key competencies and needs for the profile of a Street dance coach. The competencies are discovered through questions given to dance students and trainers. The benefit of this work should be seen during the selection of the dance trainers. Methods: The research is made from quantitative methods and interviews. The interviews of the dance students and trainers were made through an electronic questionnaire. The respondents were addressed on the social media. The theoretical part of the thesis comes from the studied professional literature, internet sites and personal experience. Results: We found out which are the key competencies that a trainer should have. Based on the results of the research we choose the 12 most important competencies of a street dance trainer, which were valorised thanks to the weighted average and split by importance. Keywords: Dance, Street Dance, Coach, Competence
Integral equations and applications to population models
Kárníková, Kateřina ; Bárta, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kaplický, Petr (referee)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to inform the readers about an integral and integrodifferential equations theory and the relation between them. It formulates also theorems about a kernel and a resolvent, the terms closely related to these types of equations. The Laplace transform and a convolution are a calculating device which plays the important role. The next main topic is population models and models based on the integrodifferential equations and subsequently we try to use gained knowledge to solve the concrete given model.
