1 Abstract Representation This master's thesis deals with the issues of representation, both legal and contractual, in the area of substantive civil law. The aim of this thesis is to provide acomprehensive overview of the legal regulation of representation in the Czech legal system and to partially compare the Czech regulation of representation with foreign jurisdiction. The representation is regulated mainly by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. However, the regulation of partial aspects of representation is fragmented into many other legal regulations. The introduction of the master's thesis, as far as possible, briefly discusses the concept of representation, its types and general conditions of representation. Furthermore, the issue of powers of attorney is relatively detailed. I considered very important to deal with this issue in more detail, because the granting of powers of attorney is a legal action that each of us has encountered many times in our lives and can often have a very significant impact on our lives. Within the framework of contractual representation, the corporate representation is also further elaborated in the master's thesis. Reasons for homelessness among young people

Bachelor thesis on "Reasons for homelessness among young people" is about young people without their home. It deals with the definition of homelessness, explanation of who is person with no home, history and specifics of homelessness. This theme also deals with the specific reasons why young people get on the street. It also includes the risks associated with homelessness, services and organizations for people without their home and projects supporting the homeless. The aim of my research is to determine the reasons and causes why young people get on the streets. As a method I chose discussion and interview held with young homeless people. Porcelain disease in crayfish: biology, impacts and distribution

The porcelain disease is a disease affecting crayfish caused by the microsporidium Thelohania contejeani. This intracellular parasite attacks muscle cells of the host and fills them with spores. This leads to white or opaque colouration of the abdominal muscle of crayfish, which is characteristic for this disease. The parasite gradually attacks more muscle fibers which probably leads to decrease of locomotor activity of affected crayfish and finally may result in their death. T. contejeani at low prevalences does not represent a real danger to crayfish populations and thus it is not as serious threat as crayfish plague. However, it has been associated with several cases of mass mortalities too. This thesis summarizes essential findings about infection by this parasite, analyzes its impacts to the host and factors that can influence transmission and progress of this disease. It also describes a life cycle of T. contejeani, summarizes records of the occurrence of this parasite and evaluates risks which it poses to crayfish populations. The Selective Concepts of Alternative Pre-primary Education

The diploma thesis "The Selective Concepts of Alternative Pre-primary Education" focuses on three pedagogical concepts of preschool education in the Czech Republic. First part describes development of nursery schools both in the Czech Republic and abroad, their transformation and the current form. Next chapters deal with the issue of child and preschool pedagogue personalities. The object of my diploma thesis is to describe the three most prevalent concepts of alternative kindergartens, analyze their ideological basis and demonstrate their advantages and problems.

Knowledge and attitudes to HPV immunisation IV Author: Tereza Jelínková Thesis supervisor: PharmDr. Eva Zimčíková, Ph.D. Introduction HPV infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases causing, apart from genital warts, other malignancies, most often cervical cancer. The most effective way of prevention is vaccination. So far, there have been 3 types of vaccines, most recent one being the nonavalent vaccine providing up to 90 % protection against cervical cancer- causing HPV, in contrast to the previously available 70 % protection from bivalent or quadrivalent vaccines. Aims The main aim of this thesis was to investigate the knowledge and attitudes towards vaccination against HPV, and knowledge about HPV in general, among secondary school students. Furthermore, to determine their vaccination status and compare the findings with data from previous theses, including a comparison of their knowledge about HPV and relevant prevention. Methodology The data was obtained by means of a questionnaire survey, which took place at three secondary schools. In December 2017 at Gymnázium in Mladá Boleslav, then during June 2018 at Gymnázium in Brandýs nad Labem, and finally in September 2018 at Gymnázium Chotěboř. Homelessness consequence to poverty

1 Abstact In the text of my diploma thesis on the topic "Homelessness as a consequence of poverty" I deal with three fundamental topics.The first topic is homelessness.Here I deal with the definitiv of homelessness, how homelessness is divided.There as on why people find themselves on the streets are living in institutional settings such as children's homesor in prisons. The first charter describes the history of social work and social work with homeless people at present. In the second chapter I deal with poverty. The beginning of the charter explains the types of poverty we may encounter. It describes poverty in the world and in the Czech Republic and the trade in poverty, which is a very current topic.The last topic is public guardianship. Here I focus on explaining the fiction of guardianship, its rights and obligations to its clients.In the case study of my work, I focused on identifying possible causes for people in the public guardianship system.
