System of employee appraisal in selected company

Diploma work is elaborated on the subject of evaluation system of employees in the company STROS - Sedlčanské strojírny, a.s. The objective is to evaluate the current system of evaluation and, if identified deficiencies suggest suitable solutions. The work consists of two parts, which are called theoretical basis and application part. The theoretical basis are processed at the basis of these secondary sources. This section describes the issue of performance management and evaluation system of employees. The application part is focused on the evaluation system in a selected company, named STROS - Sedlčanské strojírny, a.s. At the beginning is company presented and described the actually situation evaluation system, which was detected in the studied internal documents of the company. To obtain the data was used the quantitative research through a questionnaire survey. In conclusion of the diploma work specified evaluation and recommended solutions to improve the current rating level.
Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Selected Company

The thesis relates with searching and selection of employees in a selected company in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The main aim of the thesis is on the basis of analysis to evaluate the system of searching and selection of employees in conditions of a concrete company and in the case of finding defects to suggest appropriate measures. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. In the first part, there si prepared a theoretical base on the basis of secondary sources analysis. Theoretical part of the work focuses on the basic definition of human resource management and recruitment and selection of employees. It describes the ways and methods of searching and selection of employees. On the basis of the results of a qualitative survey (the techniques of collecting data includes the analysis of documents, half-structured interview with a human resources worker and a observations) the summary is evaluated with the attention on found defects such as a absence of References and the recommendations aiming to improve present condition and rising effectivity of recruitment process are defined.
Possibilities of Using the Six Sigma Method in a Company

The work is focused on the possibilities of using Six Sigma methods in the company DHL International GmbH. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current progress of Six Sigma method in DHL International GmbH and in case of the detection of deficiencies propose appropriate recommendations. For this purpose the semistructured interview with an employee of the company was conducted and also the analysis of a particular Six Sigma project was accomplished. The theoretical part characterizes a basic concepts related to the Six Sigma method, the major steps, key tools and there are also mentioned other methods that are used in DHL company. In the empirical part is the Six Sigma method applied to a specific project. The recommendations have been proposed based on consultation with DHL employees and with the experts in the field of process improvement. The recommendations are presented in the conclusion of the work.
Possibilities of Using the Six Sigma Method in a Company

Nowadays, business philosophy or methodology called Six Sigma is considered to be one of the leading tools of quality management. This bachelor thesis is focused on the description and practical demonstration of this methodology. Theoretical part of this thesis describes three different approaches to this methodology which can be understood as a tool of defects measurement, management system or methodology of continual improvement. The essential factor of Six Sigma philosophy is teamwork. This bachelor thesis concisely describes the main roles of the team members and their responsibilities. The key element of this thesis is the description of DMAIC model and its phases, outputs and tools used. Besides this, basic information about DMADV model which is used to design new processes can be found here. The practical part of this thesis describes the implementation of e-shop conversion rate increase project in the company Delmas s.r.o. The data on which the project is based are collected through quantitative and qualitative analysis, interview and company documentation analysis. Using the model DMAIC the data are transformed into the solution which is tested and implemented afterwards. The final part of this thesis summarizes the results of this project, its economical impact and future recommendations.

This diploma thesis deals managed system of adaptation in the field of human resources. The main goal is, regarding the results of an empiric survey, to evaluate the established adaptation process of new employees at AMI Communications, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The literature review discusses the importance of personal work, emphasis is placed on staff recruitment and subsequent adaptation. The practical part contains characteristics of the company and the current description of the adaptation process. Following the evaluation of the adaptation process. To gain the necessary data a survey was conducted between employees that was focused on their satisfaction with the current process of adaptation and a series of interviews and analysis of internal documents. The results were used in a series of proposals to streamline adaptation in company. These measures will lead to faster and better adaptation of new employees in the work environment of the company.

The main aim of the master's thesis is to evaluate the staff adaptation management system in the company Personal Partner s. r. o. Various techniques for data collection have been used in the preparation of the thesis. The theoretical part of the work represents a review, based on topic-specific and professional literature, which covers the necessary terminology and the specifics of human resources management and employee adaptation. The analytical part of the thesis makes use of descriptive analysis for the purposes of company characterisation. It further focuses on staff fluctuation in the company in the years 2012 - 2015. The analytical part aims at evaluating the current state of the staff adaptation management system and has been carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey and an interview with a human resources employee. The questionnaire survey presented the opportunity to assess the situation from the staff's viewpoint, while the interview with the human resources specialist helped describe the system's operation from the employer's perspective. The final chapter of the thesis consists of recommendations for improvement of the stability of the company's human resources.

The thesis Staff adaptation in selected company focuses on personnel actions of new employee adaptation. It is very important to employ in a company skilled, motivated and loyal employers therefore it is necessary to have a sophisticated and effective system of adaptation that helps. Adaptatiton facilitates it. The main aim of this is to analyze and evaluate the process of adaptation of new employees of XYZ, s.r.o.. This is fictious name of company, which engage in the manufacture, distribution and own development of detergents. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focuses the literature review discusses the importance of personal work in the company, human resource management and adaptation process of new employees. The practical part contains history and characteristics of XYZ, s.r.o. and the current description of the process of adaptation in the company. This is followed by an assessment of the adaptation process, which is based on a survey with the employees. In the end, there were recommended improvements in the adaptation process in the company.

The diploma thesis is focused on the employee adaptation process in selected company, Plzeňský Prazdroj Inc. The theoretical section of the diploma thesis provides the knowledge gained from the study of professional literature. The theoretical part particularly reflects the insights concerning HR work, HR management and employee adaptation. The practical part describes the adaptation process of new employees in the Prazdroj brewery. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the adaptation process of new employees in Prazdroj brewery on the basis of empirical research. The data needed to meet the objectives were gained from internal documents of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s., through interviews with an employee of the HR department and through implementation of the questionnaire survey. In the final part of the diploma thesis the results of this survey were used to set up a proposal that aims at improving the effectiveness and the current state of the adaptation process in the Prazdroj brewery.

The thesis is focused on problematic of risk management process. This topic is frequently ignored in number of firms in Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of risk management based on analyzing in a company of AWIGO s.r.o. and in case of deficiencies propose own solution. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the processing of literature research from the technical literature, summarizes the basic concepts and then explains the process of analysis and risk management in companies and other organizations. The practical part analyzes the specific company. In the company ran an interview with three respondents. The interview outlined the current status of the company's risk management. For the evaluation of the real state of risk management was used an internal documents dealing with risk management. After analyzing the status of the proposed solution containing the identification of the fundamental risks for the areas in which the company is engaged. Individual identified risks are assessed according to established criteria set out on my own experiences and observations from the position of temporary worker and consultations with experts in the area of company business. In conclusion of this thesis are given evaluations and recommendations based on previous analysis of risk management in the company. The main proposal is to start using risk management and appropriately adjust the responsibilities and duties within the company.
Crisis management

The thesis is focused on crisis management, which should follow any company that wants to keep its place in the market. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the level of crisis management in the enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining and describing the basic concepts related to crisis management. Using literature, thesis also explains methods which are applied in crisis management. The practical part was processed using a personal consultation with the director of the company and access to the internal network. Its main objective is to describe and evaluate the process of crisis management in selected company. Crisis management was analyzed at SVUM - CZ, s. r. o. In the thesis is the company introduced first, including the economic side of the matter. Next, the level of crisis management is evaluated and identification of potential risks is processed because potential risks could have a negative effect on the company. The analysis of identified risks is processed using a risk matrix and to the most likely risks is processed crisis scenario and crisis plan. Finally, in the thesis are processed an appropriate recommendations to the company. SVUM - CZ, s. r. o., is a small company dealing with anti-corrosion and surface treatments of metals.
