Rebranding of a selected sports company.

Title: Rebranding of a selected sports company Objectives: The work's objective is to develop a partial rebranding of Flyboard.cz company. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used in this thesis. More precisely, in-depth interviews with the owner of the company, Mr. Filip Mentzl and the managing director of the company, Mr. Štefun Hornik were utilized. Furthermore, an analysis of internal documents, existing elements of Flyboard.cz and all communication channels of the company and its main competitors on the water sports market was conducted. Results: The result of this thesis is a partial rebranding of Flyboard.cz and its main communication channels. These include the website and social networks Facebook and Instagram. Marketing communication of a specific sport brand

Title: Marketing communication of a selected sport brand Objectives: The objective of this work is based on the analysis to put together suitable and feasible proposals for improving the marketing communication of Asics running sport brand on the Czech market. Methods: The work uses methods of qualitative semi-structured interviews with the marketing manager of Asics for the Czech Republic, the manager of the Sales department for the Czech Republic and the head of the closely cooperating reseller. The interviews granted me the look into the functioning and issues of marketing communication of the brand and the possibility of comparison with the results. Other methods used include observation in retail stores, observation of marketing activities and analysis of internal documents. Results: Based on interviews, observations and the analysis of documents, the marketing communication of Asics in the Czech Republic was evaluated. In addition, proposals have been made to improve communication, which will be submitted to the management of Asics. Key words: Marketing, running, running brand, advertisement, communication mix

Tram transport in Prague

The thesis deals with the Prague's tram transport. The introductory part explains the main characteristics of the city transport and gives the brief description of the Prague's public transport system. The main part of the thesis focuses on the tram transportation system in Prague and its planned development. The projects for the future tram network expansion are analysed and evaluated according to their benefits for the passengers. The final part reviews the achieved results.
