První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům, z kterých ve druhé části vycházím při návrhu a aplikaci ve vybrané společnosti In this master`s thesis I describe principles of knowledge management. First part of the thesis presents theoretical base for the second part where I design own solution of aplication principles of knowledge management in selected company.
