Coronary artery bypass grafting (RIA, RMS, RD and RIVP) was performed in 59 years old man. Duration of cardiopulmonary bypass/cross clamp was 55 min/40 min resp. There were no complications during the operation. The main topic of the work is to describe and evaluate nursing care process. There are several pillars of modern and effective nursing care starting with M. Gordon s rules and WHO statements on the other hand. The nursing care of our patient had several stages - preoperative, early postoperative, early rehabilitation and full rehabilitation with the end of hospitál stay. On the preoperative day the patient was fully educated about process of operation and postoperative care. Early postoperative care was slightly complicated with bleeding, anyway the problem was solved without surgical intervention. Further nursing care (pain control, pulmonary rehabilitation etc.) was without complications. Just before leaving home after succesfull operation the patient was educated in secondary prevention of ischemic heart disease.

Furthermore, there are discussed conditions which must be satisfied that the hipporehabilitation could carry out in practice. The fundamental part of the work lies in the practical part. There is presented hipporehabilitative Czech company which is in a dominant position and sees to the maintenance and implementation of the method. The following is a summary of hipporehabilitative facilities in the Czech Republic. Attention is paid to 3 organizations where I underwent my scholarship - mental home Bohnice, Activity and Gym unity Orion. I describe services they offer. The greatest attention is paid to the methodology for the most common diagnosis - mental disability, Rett syndrome, autism, hearing disability, cerebrospinal multiple sclerosis, motion apparatus and addiction. The target group and methodology are defined in each chapter . As the empirical method I chose casuistries in which I describe the course and rationale of the therapy.

The Valley of the Bees. Analysis of a historical film. The historical film and the making of historical cognizance. Historical film in teaching history
Balík, Ondřej ; Klimeš, Ivan (referee) ; Beneš, Zdeněk (advisor)
I have always considered the enormously powerful and influencial film art to be an interesting topic for various reflections. The obvious difference between written literature, which works with the imagination of a reader, and the illusion-based film, makes us ask what information a viewer gets from a film, and what implications it bears. In order to get an answer to this question, I decided to choose a film and to analyse it. The historical feature film Údolí včel (The Valley oj the Bees) is an outstanding work of art of the famous Czech film director František Vláčil and the screen writer Vladimír K6mer, who made this film in 1967. The story is set in an the thirteenth century. A young son of a Czech thane Ondřej is sent to a monastic knight order. He meets a friend there - Armin von Heide - a hard and a somewhat fanatic knight. Ondřej runs away from the monastery, chased by Armin. At home, he takes care of Vlkov, an estate he inherited from his father. He falls in love with his stepmother and they decide to get married. But on the day oftheir wedding, Armin, who finally found Ondřej, decides to kill Ondřej 's young wife. In his despair, Ondřej lets his dog s kill Armin and then leaves home to retum to the monastery.

The birth of the far eastern great power. The foreign policy of Japan, 1894-1905
Kočvar, Jan ; Kovář, Martin (referee) ; Skřivan, Aleš (advisor)
ln the first half of the seventeenth century, Japan, hitherto a powerful and absolutely not a backward nation, had been forced by sh6gun's regulations into unnecessary isolation, which let her rnilitary power dirninish and her people imprisoned in narrow area of its home islands. AU opportunities for foreign expansion were rnissed; main reasons were ridicuolous fear of the Tokugawa bakufu from Christianity, which were curiously not settled by extinction of main Christian bases in the Far East, and its selfish resolution not to aUow changes in the balance of power among the bakufu and powerful daimj6 t6zama from remote southwest regions of Japan. At the beginning of the second half of the XIX. century, Japan was a poor and underdeveloped country, almost entirely secluded from the outside world. Once great empire was an easy victim of "foreign barbarians", who handily forced signing of unequal treaties. His Imperial Majesty thus reassumed a reign over a weak country which may be justly described as a serni-colony of foreign intruders. However, wise and resolute leadership of the Meiji government allowed Japan to become a "rich country with strong army" , fuHy capable of revision not only of unequal treaties, but also of her entire international position. Old and deep desire of J apanese society for active...

The problems of nursing care in children with stomia of small and large intestines
BARTYZALOVÁ, Martina
The bachelor thesis is aimed at the problematics of the children patiens with stomia. Stomia is the taking out of the small or large intestine out of the body. The most often indications with insomia is to remove the large intestine, inborn development defect and the necrotising enterocolitidis (NEC). The most often reasons for the by-passing with the colostomy are also the development defects and the Hirschsprung desease. Children with the stomia are few in the Czech Republic. They are mainly newly-borns or suckling infants, with whom stomia is tempoval. Children with this desease are usually taken care of by the parents in the home invironment. The parents are dependant on the assistance of a stomia nurse, which educates them and informs about everything connected with the illness. The goal of the bathelor thesis is to map the needs of the children with stomia of the small and large intestine and specify the needs of the nursing care. The work was also aimed at the task of the stomia nurses caring for the children with stomia. A qualitative research with the method of questioning was applied together with the discussion method with the parents of the sick children and the stomia nurses, who have already had experience with caring for the children with the stomia disease. All in all ten parents have been contacted, six of which have participated in the interview. Fourteen stomia nurses have been contacted, but due to little experience with treating the stomia children just three of them have been interviewed. The respondents came from various parts of the Czech Republic. As for the specifics of the nursing care we were interested in three aspects of the nursing care. The first sphere was skin care, where it was found out that the parents of the children with ileostomy should pay special care to the skin in the place around stomia. It is caused by the fact that ileostomy takes out watery and agressive substance, which causes skin damage in the place of stomia. Another important fact was that the patents use common children cosmetics, which is considered to be absolutely unsuitable for the children with stomia. It is also important to mention that due to a wide choise of stomia amendments the nursing care is on a much higher level than before. As for catering it was found out that newly-borns and suckling infants should be breast feaded and with the ileostomics the stool should be was thickened by adding rice puding without milk. The third sphere was evacuation. Childer with stomia evacuate in a specific way with the help of bags and systems. It was found out that the most suitable system for children with stomia was the simple one. The other goal was to map the needs of stomia children. From the research it was found out that stomia has a negative effect on the quality of life of both the children and their parents. Stomia affects the life socially but mainly mentally. As for the mental aspects it was found out that the services of psychiatrists are not used. It is also supported by the fact that just one parent out of six uses consultations with the stomia nurse regularly, who should be their main support. It was also found out that every child cried while stomia was treated. From the social side it was found out that children with stomia can be isolated from other children at kindergartens and schools. Stomia also restricts children when doing sport and other activities. As for the fysiological needs, they have already been mentioned in the specifics of the nursing care. The last goal was to find out what role in treating children stomia the stomia nurse plays. It was found out that the education of the stomia nurse is very important for the parents of the children with stomia but their opinions do not coincide. Some nurses say that they educate the parents before and after the operation, but we have found out that it was not true. Very few parents were educated before and after the operation.

Čermák, Radim ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Strossa, Petr (referee) ; Hřebíček, Jiří (referee) ; Dědič, Filip (referee)
Internet and websites are today one of the most important communication channels of almost all companies. They offer a simple, fast and effective way of communication, which is also available worldwide in a few seconds. With the globalization of market, more and more companies try to expand their business beyond the territory of the home state. In the current time of start-ups is the Internet also often a medium that allows formation of new spheres of business for which the website is absolutely essential channel. This type of business is internet based and has very often international ambitions from the very beginning. Given that each country (or region) can be seen as distinctive culture, it is advisable to locate websites for the needs of the foreign country. This is exactly the theme of this thesis. The concrete objective of this thesis is to offer a methodology for website localization in terms of webdesign. The basic building block is the delimitation of a multidisciplinary theoretical framework that examines the concept of culture and extensive literature review allowing current insight into the linking of website and culture, i.e. cultural website localization. Suitable method for gripping such a complex concept as a culture emerge from a theoretical framework as well. As the most appropriate method were determined Hofstedes cultural dimensions, which are then used for the analysis of cultural determination of web elements. Data collection for the purpose of analysis of web elements cultural determination is performed using a content analysis of websites from nine different countries. The results of the analysis are compared and synthesized with the findings stemming from a literature review. The final artifact of this thesis, a methodology for website localization from the perspective of web design, is based on this ground. Validation of the proposed methodology is done on the basis of assessment of the methodology for a domain of web design. This assessment is based on interviews with experts from different countries as well as presentation of concrete example of methodology use within a midsize website.
