Spontaneous motor activity in the kindergarten

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the spontaneous motion activity of children from cities and countryside. The thesis also surveys how teachers in kinder-gardens influence spontaneous motion activities. It also investigates the spatial and material conditions in observed kinder-gardens and if they influence spontaneous motion activity of pre-school children as well. Part of the thesis is an experiment with aim to influence the spontaneous motion activity with a change of surroundings and offering the tool. First chapter deals with the motion activity of pre-school kids. It mentions types of motion activities and describes motion development of pre-school kid. Second chapter describes the spontaneous motion activity of pre-school kids and presents the possible influence of conditions for spontaneous motion activity. The conditions can be the location of kinder- garden, inner and outer space of kinder-garden, tools for spontaneous motion and work of a teacher. Third chapter of theoretic part deals with motion in a daily regime of kinder-garden. Practical part deals with observing the spontaneous motion activity of pre-school kids in the city and countryside. The thesis describes the evolution of development co-operation in CR and Portugal, compares impacts of the membership in the EU on the development co-operation systems, answers the question if there is any convergence between development policies and territorial priorities. Further analyses position of NGOs in two countries and their possibility to influence development policy of the government.

Domestic Violance and NGOs Dealing With This Problem

This master's thesis is concerned with domestic violence against women. After an introduction to the concept of domestic violence and its forms, the thesis presents the approach of the Police of the Czech Republic to this issue and its practical involvement. At the same time it gives an overview of domestic violence oriented NGOs and analyses their activities according to the specific criteria designed for this purpose by the author of the thesis. Finally, it evaluates the present situation in the fight against domestic violence in the Czech Republic.

Three year old children in schools working according to the principles of Marie Montessori

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to ascertain what conditions and environments are the most favourable for children who begin to attend preschool establishments before reaching the third year of age or even at two years of age, which has currently been a growing trend that requires looking for appropriate methods allowing their optimal development. The thesis also surveys the approach to the children of the above stated age bracket, and monitors the educational conditions and readiness of the environment in Montessori establishments. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the development specifics of the late toddler age and the early preschool age, and the conditions of education. The conclusion of the theoretical part explains basic principles of Marie Montessori's method. The practical part describes the research methods used in the thesis, namely observation in Montessori establishments, interviews with teachers, and a survey.

The Psychological Aspects of creation Working Environment

The Graduation Theses is aimed at the working environemt. The main goil is to analyse sections of working environment in detail and establish how the work capacity is influence. In the theoretic part there are established fundamental term and these terms are used to analyse and find out some deficiences. Proposal arangements to avoid absences are in conclusion.

The moderation and regulation of discussion forums on the Czech news websites

With the so called Second internet era and the creation of Web 2.0, the amount of the internet users, who participate in creating its contect, has rapidly expanded. Open communication between the recipients and the producers of the media messages, and the wider possibilities to give a feedback as an online media reader are typical for this ongoing period. One of the ways, how to give a feedback, are the discussion forums below the articles. These discussion forums has changed in recent years and most of the Czech online media have started to moderate them or control them. The discussion forums are also not any longer anonymous. In this thesis, I am describing the discussion forums of the three most read Czech news websites - Novinky.cz, iDNES.cz and Aktuálně.cz. On the base of the analysis of the rules of a discussion and the interviews with the discussion administrators, I am describing, how many people in these media organizations work as the discussion administrators and how they moderate and control the posts. I am also dealing with the rules for the people, who want to také part in the discussion forums, whether they can be anonymous and if there are any specified rules, how to behave.

EU legislation about working conditions of drivers operating in international haulage

The aim of the work is a detailed analysis of EU legislation (e. g. orders and regulation, direction and their transposition to the czech law) concerned with working conditions of drivers, enterpreneurs and all other persons operating in international road transport. A special emphasise is placed on the latest regulation form in this sphere (EU order number 561/2006), which brought the current changes. The work provides a comprehensive overview of the current legislative and shows the impacts of the new changes in practice. Beyond, it demonstrates and explains some concrete situations and problems from the working routine, that are dealed daily by the drivers, forwarding agents, transporters and the proprietors of transport companies as well.

Evaluation of Legislative Regulations for Special Road Transport Between the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, the Benelux States and Great Britain

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of legislation for special transport between the Czech Republic and some member states of the European Union. The term special transport comprises the transport of very heavy and oversize loads which exceed limits allowed by the legislation of member states and the European Union itself. The diploma thesis is preferentially concentrated on regulations providing limit dimensions, transport conditions and elements that ensure safe transport of loads to the target destinations – Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom. The final document is going to become the overview of information for freighters who can apply it in the process of preparation and the following ensuring of oversize loads to the countries, see above. The results of the diploma thesis can be applied by the institutions in the branch of international freight, the police or the institutions of the public administration.

Implementation and Absorption Capacity of EU funds in Tourism

The thesis aims to analyze European funds promoting tourism in the Czech Republic, and to assess the extent to which the Czech Republic was able to take advantage of this support. The intention is to introduce current possibilities of using EU funds and analyze how effective implementation was. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to regional policy and the instruments through which it is implemented. The second chapter deals with the Implementation process of EU funds at European and national level. The last chapter analyzes data focused on financial support to the tourism development in the period of 2007-2013, and 2014-2020.

Problémy důchodového systému v České republice

Práce se věnuje problémům důchodového systému v České republice a zkoumá možnosti jeho reformy. Hlavním problémem průběžně financovaných systémů se stává demografický vývoj, kdy dochází k výraznému stárnutí populace. Protože do budoucna hrozí jejich finanční neudržitelnost, je potřeba zreformovat důchodové systémy tak, aby byly schopny lépe reagovat na měnící se ekonomické i demografické podmínky. Také Česká republika bude muset v dohledné době uskutečnit penzijní reformu. V návrzích se objevuje transformace současného systému PYAG na NDC i rovný důchod nebo možnost částečného převedení příspěvků do fondového pilíře. Tato práce proto analyzuje možná rizika i výhody jednotlivých variant a snaží se najít vhodnou podobu důchodového systému.
