Impact of tax policy on the economy

The topic of my thesis is the impact of tax policy on the economy. My aim is to show the influence of different tax policies on the macroeconomic indicators. The 1st part of the thesis describes 2 different tax systems currently used in Europe. Second part deals with tax competition and harmonization, the topic is looked at from both practical and theoretical points of view. There is a description of the established laws, those aiming at tax harmonization. The theoretical part deals with positive and negative approaches to these particular points at issue. The current tax situation in Europe is depicted in this part showing tax laws both those already coordinated and those that are in the process of stagnation. The third part is analysis of tax policy impact on the economic growth, economic standard and employment figures. Taken into account are various approaches to taxation and their impact on macroeconomics indicators.

Current streams in marriage and parenthood education

This thesis is concemed with current streams in marriage and parenthood education within the framework of curricula existing in the Czech Republic and the nowadays shifts in public attitudes towards marriage and parenthood. The thesis outlives legal consequences of marriage, conditions essential for entering and dissolving marriage - concluded either at the registry or at church. The thesis reflects also up on the recently adopted law on gay marriage as another acknowledged form of cohabitation. Data confirmed by statistics provide a picture of the first marriage and birth rates. Outlines are given of a specific project designed for education aiming at mature marriage decision making and healthy and responsible parenthood. The concluding part contains samples of current literature on the given topic plus their assessment.

Integrated information system of administrative activities

Tématem práce je charakteristika správních evidencí vedených v informačních systémech Ministerstva vnitra a dalších správních činností na úseku matriky a přestupků. Správní činnosti budou analyzovány z hlediska příslušné legislativy, která bude následně zhodnocena a bude navržena nová právní úprava. Cílem práce je ucelená informace o správních činnostech, analýza správních evidencí, ostatních správních činností a podání informace o poskytovaných údajích z informačního systému těchto evidencí. Práce se bude dále věnovat informacím o cestovních dokladech s biometrickými prvky a přípravě projektu. Na základě provedeného výzkumu bude podána prezentace výsledků analýzy získávání informací o správních evidencích a ostatních právních činnostech. V této části se práce bude dále věnovat stupni znalostí správních evidencí a ostatních správních činnosti, zdrojům informací o správních činnostech, hodnocení poskytovaných informačních služeb, frekvenci využívání informačních služeb, obecné informovanosti o zákonech a vyhláškách správních činností a znalosti zákona o svobodném přístupu k informacím a to z pohledu občana. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky vlastní analýzy a jejich zhodnocení.

Professional users demands on legal information systems: comparison of systems relevant for Czech juridical environment

Tématem práce JSOU systémy právních informací relevantní pro české právní prostředí. Cílem práce je formulace požadavků odborných uživatelú na takové systémy, zpracování nutných teoretických východisek a následná analýza jednotlivých systémú a jejich srovnání. Práce se věnuje jak teoretickým základúm informačního chování, tak otázkám tvorby práva, formám jeho vyjádření a interpretace. Popisuje rúzné typy právních dokumentú a jejich typické vlastnosti. Dále se zabývá specifiky právního jazyka a problematikou vyhledávání v automatizovaných systémech právních informací. Popisuje, analyzuje a srovnává vybrané systémy právních informací, hlavně systémy ASPI, LexGalaxy a EUR-Lex, včetně jejich hodnocení.

Good morals and public order as the limits of the autonomy of will in civil law

1 Abstract This thesis deals with the principles of good morals and public order focusing on their role function as limits restricting the autonomy of the will. Although both principles are vague legal concepts, this thesis doesn't seek to define exactly not even cover all the practical possibilities of their application. The aim of the thesis was to bring the possible content of these principles and to highlight their importance in assessing the validity of legal actions or to specify further consequences of legal conduct, which would be contrary to these principles. The view on this topic is primarily from the Czech law perspective. On exemplary and a limited number of legal institutes, this thesis tries to capture the possibilities of using good manners and public order as correctives of autonomy of will. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The theme of the first chapter is the principle of autonomy of the will and its position in the Czech legal order. Such introduction was begun for the purpose primarily for understanding the whole thesis and to highlight the importance of this principle for the functioning of a democratic society. Employee Liability for damage

This bachelor thesis adresses the liability of an employee for damage and is primarily focused on liability for the deficit on fiduciary values that the employee is obliged to bill. The thesis comprises of 5 chapters. The first chapter introduces the general term of responsibility and legal liability. Second chapter focuses on liability in labor law and third chapter is already adressing liability for damage. Liability of the employee will be discussed in fourth chapter with a focus on the deficit on fiduciary values that the employee is required to bill. Based on the jurisprudence and professional articles, I will will study to which extent is right to require a liability after an employee and how and under which circumstances can be an employee released from it. In order to fulfill my aims I also analysed the chosen court judgment of the High Court of the Czech republic.

The debate on illegal migration legislation in the Czech Republic and Federal Republic of Germany

Tématem práce je fenomén nelegální migrace, a to v Česku a Německu, dvou sousedních zemích a členských státech Evropské unie. Konkrétně práce zpracovává debatu o právní úpravě fenoménu nelegální migrace, tedy návrhy a postoje jednotlivých aktérů zapojených do diskuze o stávajících i chybějících právních normách upravujících oblast nelegální migrace v Česku a Německu. Práce si neklade za cíl vyčerpávající zmapování diskuze k tématu v uvedených zemích, ale soustředí se na nalezení příspěvků pro debatu podstatných. Podstatné jsou příspěvky, které jsou charakteristické pro jednotlivé účastníky debaty a mají schopnost ilustrovat postoje a motivy, s nimiž tito aktéři do debaty vstupují.

Transfer of the company's seat in EU

Tématem této diplomové práce je přesun sídla právnických osob v rámci Společenství. Cílem bylo zmapovat současnou komunitární úpravu společností a zjistit do jaké míry je v současné době možné, aby společnosti mohly přemístit své zapsané sídlo z jednoho členského státu do jiného bez nutnosti svého předchozího zrušení a likvidace. Stejně tak se věnuje dosavadní judikatuře ESD ohledně svobody usazování, která právní úpravu společností významným způsobem dotváří.

The theme of this thesis is occupational safety and health. The thesis contains legislation of occupational health and safety, basic concepts related to this topic, occupational health and safety management, risk analysis methods. The second part is focused on occupational safety and health at manufacturing company. In this section, the functioning of OSH in the company through internal documents and questionnaires is analyzed. Also in the conclusion are suggested possible improvements of occupational health and safety.
