The main theme of this diploma thesis is "Lease financing". The introduction is focused on some characteristic of the lease, the division and advantages, disadvantages and risks of lease. The diploma thesis deals with the legislative and taxation regulation of lease. So the other chapter concerns with the development of lease market in the Czech Republic. The last chapter includes the comparison between lease and loan calculated by net leasing advantage and discounted cost of lease and loan. The diploma thesis is supplemented with examples and charts.

State Social Politics in the Context of the Social Politics of the Roman Catholic Church

Social politics - strong-willed state's, municipalites' and another subjects' activity which goal is improving the living conditions of people, implementation of human rights and development of each person. Social state - which is responsible for social and economic processes. Regarding strict liberal conception, those processes should be kept solely in competency of civil society and its market mechanism. This conception guarantees some social security for each member of the society, the active role of the state in providing social rights. Social security - the Czech legal order contains: health insurance, pension security, pension insurance, social care. State's welfare - represents a system of social benefits, where the state shares the costs of sustenance and the other basic children's and family's exigencies, this system is addressed, which means that some benefits depend on the income of the family. Encyclical - pope circular note addressed usually to the bishops, which contains consequential questions of faith and morality. It defines the social politics of the Church as well.

Chalet

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.

Apartment house, Třebíč

Goal of this diploma thesis is drawing and elaboráte project documentation of apartment house, Třebíč. This subject is on planar terrain on building estate number 1037/9 in township Třebíč, cadastral area of Třebíč [769738], cadastral area of Třebíč. Apartment house has approximately rectangular shape with extent of 29,5 x 14,5 m. Project documentation solves five storey cellarless building with double skin roof. In first floor is placed vestibule, garages for cars, utility room and store rooms. In second and third residential floor are two flats 4+kitchenette and three flats 1+kitchenette. In fourth residential floor are two flats 4+kitchenette, one flat 2+kitchenette and one flat 1+kitchenette. In fifth residential floor are two flats 6+kitchenette and one spacious terrace. Vertical and horizontal construction are formed as reinforced concrete wall and ceiling panels.

Footbridge in Blansko

The subject of the thesis is design and check of steel load-bearing structure of a footbridge. The footbridge spans the river Svitava in the town Blansko. The span length is 24 metres. The structural design is spatial bar structure with two main trusses. The upper and lower chords are curved in the shape of circular arch and they are connected by diagonal bars. In the level of the upper and lower chords the beams are connected by floor beam. Horizontal rigidity of the upper and lower construction area is secured by bracings. The bridge deck is laid on the lower floor beam. The solution is the result of the comparison and evaluation of two variants.

Observation Tower

The contents of this graduation thesis is design and assessment of the load-bearing structure of the observation tower situated between the village of Horni Lhota and Provodov. The construction was designed as a steel structure in two variants. Type A is cuboid shape with a side lenght ground plan 6,8 m and height of 37,7 m. Type B is an hourglass shape with a height of 39 m. Ground plan is a regular octagon shape with variable diameter. Detailed static calculation and drawing documentation was processed only for option B.

Rating Model for the Internal Assessment of the Creditworthiness of Customers

The object of the following Diploma thesis was to design and test a simple and well-arranged credit tool – a Rating Model (further Model) which could be used as a preventative measure in credit policy. This rating model was designed in order to make the work of the Credit Risk Management sub-department and Rating Committee of KORADO more effective and at the same time to make more effective use of currently available internal and external data. Should the Company decide to use this Rating Model, a minimum of additional expenses would be incurred. The reader of this work will gain theoretical knowledge regarding financial analysis, credit management and fuzzy logic which is used in the calculation of a Total Rating. He/she will become acquainted with the major external agencies providing rating evaluations. As well, the reader may apprise the theoretical Rating model, including its practical use on four domestic and four overseas customers of KORADO. In conclusion there is an implementation of the Model, including a time schedule, an implementation team proposal as well as a budget of implementation and utilization costs.

Logistics management of inventory

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of a logistic stock management in the company STOLFIG s.r.o. (Ltd.) that focuses mainly on the construction and production of metal products. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology such as logistics, its management and targets. Nevertheless, most of the theoretical part is focused on the stock, specifically on its characteristics, structuring, management and also risks and costs connected with it.
At the beginning of the practical part, the company is introduced with the focus on the stock characteristics and its management system. The next part analyses the present stock management, particularly the analysis of costs, turnover and liquidity, and an ABC analysis. Attention is also paid to the signal level of the stock, the process of selecting suppliers, an unnecessary stock and a warehousing system. Every part is not only analysed but it is also evaluated whether the present situation is satisfactory or not.
The third part is based on the given analysis and it contains specific recommendations for improvement, namely in the field of the minimum stock determination, evaluation criteria for supplier selection, management with material with no turnover, and also recommendation for changes within the warehouse. The final part is a clear summary of the whole thesis.

Potential of Technical Monuments of South Bohemia in Tourism

This thesis is focused on tourism and especially on technical monuments and their possible use in tourism. In the thesis there are mentioned some definition of tourism from different world's writers. Following part is focused on typology of tourism. Potential of turism with factors is described in next chapter. Following chapter is about monuments and care of the monuments. Next chapter is about technical monuments and about form of their possible use in tourism.
The opening chapter of the second part of the thesis introduces the most important places with regard to tourism in the Czech republic and Southern Bohemia in the last few years. Another part deals with significant monuments of technical history in Southern Bohemia. The last few chapters are dedicated to technical monuments that can be visited during two suggested three-day trips in Southern Bohemia. Both trips are described in details including the cost calculation.

Economic analysis of selected village or town

This thesis is about economic analysis of the villiges Pelhrimov and Nova Cerekev, the main goal of this work is compare the economic situation of both villages. The first part concerns the theoretical background of the issue, ie. general problems of the autonomous unit and the structure of the budget, namely the procedures for drawing up the budget and the definition budget item. Second part is practical part, which analyzes economic of Pelhrimov and Nova Cerekev for each year over the period 2011-2015, while the analysis is carried out on the principle of annual capture changes in revenues and costs. Subsequently, both villages are compared to the comparable base, that base is recalculation on 1 inhabitant for accurate capture of development. The analysis is followed by questioning in both villages, which aims to find out how residents perceive the issue of management of the village where they live. Finally is summarizing the outcome of secondary and primary research than make an objective assessment of both villages and suggest a possible improvement in the framework of their activities to the future.
