Analasis of implementation of Customer-Self Repair project in Hewlett-Packard

The aim of this diploma paper is to analyze the Customer Self-Repair project in Hewlett-Packard especially from costs and savings point of view that can be expected after the implementation of procedural changes that had to be made in the course of the project, while also indicate where mistakes were made from the perspective of project management and make suggestions on possible improvements in the future. The theoretical and methodological part is summed up a general theory concerning the problems of project management. The third chapter focuses on the practices of project management in the company, the definition stage the project should undergo and the criteria that should meet in order to pass the approval process. In the analysis of the project itself is captured the service model for the repairs of personal computers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Than identification of error and procedural complications that occurred during the project. . At the end of this chapter is an analysis of actual savings and costs that can be realistically expected in the closing phase of the project. The last chapter contains a summary and suggestions for management of future projects in the company.

General Meeting of the joint-stock copany The aim and purpose of this thesis is a comprehensive summary and description dealing with the problem of the General Meeting of the joint stock company. At the same time, this work attempts to draw attention to the basic practical problems that are related to the General Meeting of the company. This paper therefore attempts to characterise the fundamental issues with the assistance of the court findings and legal sciences. At the same time this work is trying to highlight the latest changes that have occurred in connection with transposition of the Directive Nr. 2007/36/EC of 11 July 2007 "on the exercise of certain rights of shareholders in listed companies" in our legal system. The structure of this work is conceived from the perspective of the course of the General Meeting, where individual chapters are arranged chronologically. The only exceptions are the last two chapters dealing with the rights of shareholders in General Meeting and the decision of the sole shareholder in the scope of the General Meeting. Accounting of Foundations and Endowment Funds

The bachelor thesis deals with accounting in terms of foundations and endowment funds in the Czech Republic both from the accounting and legal point of view. The thesis then provides a look at the course of accounting as it focuses on the accounting cases in foundations and endowment funds. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to define foundations and examine their purpose. Subsequent chapters will then handle accounting of non-profit organizations, their tax liability and corporate tax optimization. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to specific examples of accounting and accounting managment of a fictional foundation. In the fictional foundation will be performed a calculation of corporate tax with corporate tax optimization. The goal of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive summary of accounting and tax regulations of foundations and endowment funds with demonstrative examples.

Analysis of supplementary pension insurance between the years 1994 and 2015

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of supplementary pension insurance market. Primary goal of the thesis is to offer a complex analysis of the development of supplementary pension insurance between the years 1994 and 2015. Thesis offers a preview and summary of theoretical approaches towards pension security along with a link to progression of those approaches in Czech republic. Supplementary pension insurance is analyzed from a standpoint of conditions of the product, its gradual development, macroeconomic context and general overview of its positives and negatives. Thesis thereafter concentrates on comparative analysis of companies operating on the market, description of current changes and outlines possible future development and possible future challenges for additional pension savings.

History, development, presence and future of cooperative banking in the Czech Republic and former Czechoslovakia

89 SUMMARY The introductory chapter of this honours thesis concerns the financial institution of a credit union as such. The term credit union is explained, attention is also paid to the substance, significance, and purpose of credit unions, and the basic principles of their functioning are analysed. The next chapter explores the history and tradition of cooperative banking in the lands today known as the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. It describes the beginnings of cooperative banking in the 19th century, analyses in detail the development of cooperative banking in the second half of the 19th century and early 20th century, and attention is also paid to the time after the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic in 1918, the era between the Wars, and the time from the end of the Second World War to 1989. The next, third, chapter, analyses the development of the Czechoslovak and Czech legal regulation of cooperative banking in our territory until 1989, and attention is paid to each major legal norm regulating the field. Analysis of energy saving in Czech republic with respect to EU/2012/27 regulation

This thesis discusses the implementation of EU Energy efficiency directive into national legislatures and the fulfilment of its goals. It expands on the past reports, correct for their mistakes and provide a new unique approach to track the current progress. The thesis analyzes all member states national action plans for energy efficiency (NAPEE) and compares them in between each other. The quality of NAPEEs is critically evaluated and described. In first section it explains and narrows the most crucial definitions. In second section it gives the basic summary of the regulation to interested readers. Followed by in depth analysis and evaluation of all EU member states national action plans for energy efficiency. The following chapter then deals with solely with Czech NAPEE. The last section provides the hard data and exclusively developed indices that tracks the progress toward EU 2020 goals.

Shootings in Uherský Brod and its news coverage in the broadcast of CT24

The thesis deals with the phenomenon called breaking news in a continuous broadcast of news stations. It consists of theoretical and practical part. The main aim of the theoretical part is to describe the specifics of television news and their transformation caused by the introduction of continuous broadcast. In this context, the technical means used in Czech TV that allow the audience to watch the news live will be described in detail. The main aim of the practical part is to describe the mentioned phenomenon in connection with a specific event - the shootings in Uhersky Brod in February 2015. The main attention of the quantitative research will be focused on the continuous broadcast of CT24 on 24th February 2015 in order to obtain relevant results, which will illustrate the proportion of the information related to the shooting in the CT24 broadcast. Financing of the real property in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare the possibilities of financing the acquisition of the real estate in The Czech Republic. The work is concentrated in mortgages and building savings loans, including bridging loans. Other possibilities of financing are also mentioned. The main aim of this thesis is the analysis and comparation of the advantageousness of these two products. The theoretical part is attended to the characteristics of mentioned forms of financing, especially the characteristics of building savings and mortgage loans, its legislative form, building saving stages and a disposal of the mortgage loan. In the practical part of this work are described possibilities of financing the housing by building savings and mortgages loans, which are offered by slected institutions in our country. The offers of these products are applied in a model comparsion. The advantages and disadvantages of these products are also compared in the last part of the work.

Tax Concessions for Children

This Bachelor`s Analysis is not restricted to current forms of tax concessions for children only, one section of the theoretical part describes the development of earlier exercisable non-taxable basis of the tax, namely from the moment of beginning the Czech Republic in 1993 to the end of 2004, later the substantial part of the tax support was transformed to the tax reduction. It focusses also at social rank of families with childern in the Czech Republic and in the context of these concerns is further resolved the natural person incom tax and possibilities of its optimisation in frame use by applicable tax support. Practical part is focussed mainly on calculation of amplitudes of taxation incidence by using specific forms of tax support for the selected household with children, including primary non-taxable parts of tax basis. The goal of the analysis is so not only the identification of specific forms of tax concessions for children, but especially their practical application and evaluation, which one assist mostly or even assisted of stated social group.
