Bakalářská práce se zabývá důchodovými systémy, dále charakterizuje české penzijní připojištění a slovenské doplňkové důchodové spoření. V práci je popsán vývoj těchto dvou spoření, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Poté následuje porovnání a vzájemné zhodnocení obou systémů. This bachelor thesis describes pensionable system, Czech additional pension insurance and Slovak additional retirement saving. There is represented a specific development of these two savings, their advantages and disadvantages. Than a comparison follows and also mutually target of these two systems. At the end is a summary and comparasion of both systems.
