An Analysis of Social- educational Activities in the Educational Care Centre at Klíčov- Pontis

My work deals with the activity of Educational Care Centre Klíčov - PONTIS, which is residential section of preventive education for children and youth with behavioural disorders. It is the section 1 work as an educational worker assistant with specialization in sporting activities. The first part of my work, consisting of 3 chapters contains some basic facts and concepts connecting with social, psychological and behavioural disorders of our clients, with social-educational activity in general and also with the position of Educational Care Centers in the social support, care and education system. In the second part, consisting of 7 chapters I deal with the factual aims and with the educational system of our Centre. I also deal with the problems and questions the persons (workers and clients) in our Centre are confronted most often with.

Private tutoring as a specific form of support and social integration of Gipsy children.

The thesis is elaborated on topic Private tutoring as a specific form of support and social integration of Gipsy children. The aim was to propose efficient methodical procedures for tutorage of Roma children in Maják Contact Centre belonging to Salesian Youth Centre ? the Children and Youth Centre in České Budějovice, respecting the specific target group. The procedures are based on the nature of informal educational activities using alternative teaching methods. The thesis comprises a methodical basis for tutoring of particular subject matter of Czech language for third classes. Based on the study of specialized literature, the terminology of basically used terms has been defined. In the second part psychological and social specifics of Roma and of Roma families were characterized. Their family differs in certain social characteristics and perceived values from the majoritarian family. The next part concerns the efforts of government on education of Roma. Much of the thesis is devoted to alternative forms and methods of teaching of Roma. Next chapters focus on the problems of socially excluded block of flats called Máj, where Roma children attend individual tutoring in Maják Contact Centre. I deal in detail with the current system of tutoring including innovative procedures. Based on the found information and on proposed innovative procedures and examples, the conclusion of the thesis explains the created educative project with regard to real possibilities of Maják Contact Centre.

State Social Politics in the Context of the Social Politics of the Roman Catholic Church

Social politics - strong-willed state's, municipalites' and another subjects' activity which goal is improving the living conditions of people, implementation of human rights and development of each person. Social state - which is responsible for social and economic processes. Regarding strict liberal conception, those processes should be kept solely in competency of civil society and its market mechanism. This conception guarantees some social security for each member of the society, the active role of the state in providing social rights. Social security - the Czech legal order contains: health insurance, pension security, pension insurance, social care. State's welfare - represents a system of social benefits, where the state shares the costs of sustenance and the other basic children's and family's exigencies, this system is addressed, which means that some benefits depend on the income of the family. Encyclical - pope circular note addressed usually to the bishops, which contains consequential questions of faith and morality. It defines the social politics of the Church as well.

Family policy in France

The graduation thesis concerns the system of family support in France whose position among other national family policies is exceptional, as are the positive natality results. Historical development of French family policy has got considerably deep roots and its functioning has practically not changed since the World War Two. French system relies on a few specific features of which can be mentioned the family allowances awarded to families with two children in minimum independently of family earnings, preference of three-children family model, important role of tax-based instruments and organised representation of family interests. Also specialized help destined to incomplete families and populous families can not be forgotten. Because of the existence of the other ways of support the total financial expenditures in favour of families can not be reduced only to direct support represented by family grants which is often represented in international statistics. Another related problem is the living conditions of families with children, which is in general lower. In France thanks to all the assistance the living conditions get more favorable whereas the families with three and more children being the most advantaged. The system of French family policy can be compared with the Czech system. Situation in the Czech Republic is different especially as regards the magnitude of direct aid which was the main method of family support and targeted the poorest families. But by means of reforms and recently proposed measures the situation has been changing and the possible access to certain attributes of French system can be observed.

My graduation theses refers to the utilization of the grant-in-aid from the Europen Social Fund in order to create „the protected workroom“ to help and support the employment of the handicapped people. According to the entrepreneurial activity and analyses of employment of handicapped people macroeconomical factors present the situation on the labour market as well as the perspective profitability through some specific solutions.

Institutions for Leisure Time Spending of the Youth up to the Age 18

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the analysis of institution, which provides activities for children and the youth. The subject of this work is TJ Sokol Příbram. Theoretical part is focused on leisure time and its definition of terms. The main focus is on the finances from public funds and legislation, which influences function and economy of this institution. Its main objective is to analyse the function of the institution and to find out if it fulfils its public mission owing to the recources, which are available. Another aim is to evaluate the function of individual parts of the institution, according to the analysis of Bronislaw Malinowski and offer the solution that would have a benefical effect on the city and region of Příbram. The research part is focused on the financial part of Sokol Příbram, where the assets, liabilities, profit and loss are analysed. This research it has proved the quality and importance of the institution. The conclusion of this thesis presents recommendations and suggestions, which are based on the facts obtained from the research

In this thesis we will deal with the use of this method for education of adults with regard to its specifics. After the idea specification of "the didactic game" we classify the games and promote their education profitability, The most extensive part of this thesis pays attention to specific games. I have analyzed: already created games, or on the basis of my own experience. I offer my own games based on various modifications of already created games. After evaluation of surveys as well as analysis of textbooks files, I have reached the conclusion that playing games is a convenient method even in tuition of adult students. Furthermore I found out the fact that the frequency of playing games is not limited by the students' age. Of course the type of game is in dependence on the level of the students. This bachelor thesis deals with problems of quality and competitive strength. Here is enlarged the way how to ensure the quality and to satisfy the customer by implementig, following and checking of ISO standards. Satisfaction of the customer brings the potentiality into the company. The only way is to bring up our children for the lifelong learning. Education in languages should be on very high level and languages should be taught even in kindergartens. Crossconnection of the government´s policies in infrastructures and education will have positive influence on our future life, factories will not move to East, they will stay here and employ our people. To be open to innovation and not hesitate to lay resources into it. This is the only way to obtain more effective production. We shouldn´t forget the safety of work and follow the severe laws and standards.The heritage for following generations will depend on our attitude to quality problems and to competitive strength.We cannot think only of short-term profit, but also of the future.The society will be permanently created and developed.The society will be permanently created and developed. We cannot stay on one place in this created system.It is necessary to follow the progress in the world and give priority to new technologies and ensure the prosperity for our descendants.

Business plan of the Mothers center Chomutov

The main aim of my diploma paper is elaboration of strategic concept for needs of the new rising mother 's center. The mother's center Chomutov start up in March 2006 as a non profit organization. In first part of my diploma paper I target the family and its function in community. Most of my attention belongs to children. In next part of my DP I describe development of non profit sector in the Czech Republic and its actual problems and needs. Next part of my DP is the chapter about strategic planning in non profit sector. The fundamental part of my DP creates the strategic analysis of the mother's center Chomutov, which I classify into the analysis of the surroundings, the analysis of the competition and the analysis of the inward sources of the organization. The practical part of my DP creates business plan of the mother's center Chomutov, which consists of these parts: purpose and description of the organization, marketing plan, management plan, operating plan, financial plan and legal plan.
