THE POSSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYING OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN PISEK.
NECHVÁTALOVÁ, Daniela
The employment is for all the people certain degree of integration into society. It is existential security, certain degree of independence, personal development, social contact and responsibility for them. Therefore even for one with disability it is important to have a possibility to integrate into the working process and to find the job at labour market. Whereas the last explorations show that the Czech Republic has more than one million people with disability, it is needed to deal with issue of their job. The target of the task was to find out which possibilities the people with disability have at labour market in Písek town and to find the answer for research question if they have the interest for this job. The research specimen was formed from five people with mental disability and five people with disability who already have the experience on labour market. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of some key concepts in this sphere and closer acquaintance with the issue of disabled people employing including legislative of the Czech Republic. It also closer the organisations which deal with employing of disabled people in Písek town. For the investigation it was used qualitative research strategy, method of interrogation data acquisition with the interview technique according to my instruction. The data was processed through interview content analysis. The results showed the disabled people have interest to work. The different reasons head them for this. The reasons are finance, contact with the people and to short long time. The preferences of these reasons are different for the people with mental disable and for the people with disability. As a reason of job hunting for the people with mental disable who are not loaded existential concern is mostly to short long time. On the contrary the most common reason which was stated is finance for the people with disability. The result of the survey is finding that the people with mental disability have mostly only one chance to find the job on protected labour market, whilst the use probability on free and protected labour market is balanced for disabled people. The research results confirmed that the education is one of important assumption to get the job. The people with mental disability are disadvantaged beside disabled people in this regard. Their given layout mostly disallows them to enhance skills and their chance to get the job is lower. During the job finding the disabled people encounter on various complications. The complications relate to kind of their disability, education, insufficient know-how from disabled people and from potential employer and also from still persistent prejudices in relation to disabled people. There are still bigger the possibilities to get the job for disabled people. Due to these persistent circumstances of Labour office and non-profit organisations there are the possibilities to get the job for disabled people constantly higher. The conclusion of the task stated that it is not possible to regard the disabled people as a one homogeneous group. It is necessary to differentiate kind and deep of disability and also individual ability of each person. The problem during the getting work for the disabled people is insufficient know-how about their rights and also low employment awareness about the advantage and disadvantage of disabled people employing.

Motivating potential of the sojourn services of the social prevention for accommodation of "rough sleepers" in the Czech Republic
Frydrych, Jan ; Čabanová, Bohumila (advisor) ; Orságová, Petra (referee)
My Master thesis called Motivating potential of the sojourn services of the social prevention for accommodation of "rough sleepers" in the Czech Republic is concerned with the opportunities to increase the attractiveness of already mentioned services for the target group via the change of accommodation conditions or via the creation of new services to lower the number of homeless people. The basic research problem of my thesis consists in hypothesis verification of need for "low-liminal" sojourn service stimulating the willingness for social integration of dependent members of the target group in particular. The starting point for my work is the right to help in accommodation and motivation for social integration by means of life quality enhancement, namely by providing the concern in helpful social sojourn services. In the theoretical part, the analysis of strategy and basic legal regulation reducing the issue of homelessness is worked out, chosen services of social prevention, apt for inclusion of the target group in our country and in Great Britain and their motivating potential, are reviewed; furthermore the special Danish and Slovak innovative solutions are mentioned. Practical part represents three tapered established variants of the possible innovative solutions of the problem - "shelter...

Diagnosis and endovascular therapy of cerebral aneurysm
SVAČINA, Igor
Summary Diagnosis and endovascular therapy of cerebral aneurysm The first part of this bachelor work is aimed at the key examination methods such as CT, MR, DSA etc., leading to the determination of diagnosis of subarachnoidal haemorrhage caused by brain aneurysms. It describes both etiology, pathogenesis, incidence of brain aneurysms and also anatomy and physiology of wessel wall and brain wessel supply {--} circle of Willisi. It explicates parametres of adjusting examination modalities for each individual procedure. Next part deals with the endovascular therapy of cerebral aneurysms. It is engaged in the embolization by coils. Detailed information was acquired from special medical literature and also by the observation of routine working procedures in radiology departments and interventional radiology departments in hospitals during scholarships. The target of the bachelors work is also to assess the role of radiographers in the process of determination of subarachnoidal haemorrhage (SAH), which is caused by brain aneurysms, and also during the endovascular therapy of brain aneurysms. The assumption, that radiographers are really necessary and important during examination and that they are useful members of operating team, came true. The further part is focused on the detection and comparison of levels of the patient{\crq}s radiation stress during the endovascular therapy of brain aneurysms. It compares total skiascopy times of these interventions and searches for differences in the amount of applied iodine contrastive solutions. The compared data come from two angio units, Siemens Multistar (2000) and new Siemens Axiom Artis (2006), that are used in the department of interventional radiology in Homolka hospital. The data of 26 patients necessary for calculation of the effective dose were obtained from the operating diaries of both angio units. Effective and organ doses were subsequently calculated by the software programme called Effdose. It was found that effective doses from both angio units are relatively low. The entrance surface doses and organ doses (thyroid, eye lens etc.) cannot cause any skin injuries and any deterministic effects. Radiation stress in Siemens Axiom Artis is almost half lower than in Siemens Multistar. The hypothesis that effective doses in the new angio unit Axiom will be lower proved true. Differences between total skiascopy times and amounts of applied contrastive solutions were slight. The hypothesis that total skiascopy times and amounts of applied iodine contrastive solutions in the new angio unit Axiom will be lower did not prove true.

Family policy in France
Jindrová, Eliška ; Krebs, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Stočková, Olga (referee)
The graduation thesis concerns the system of family support in France whose position among other national family policies is exceptional, as are the positive natality results. Historical development of French family policy has got considerably deep roots and its functioning has practically not changed since the World War Two. French system relies on a few specific features of which can be mentioned the family allowances awarded to families with two children in minimum independently of family earnings, preference of three-children family model, important role of tax-based instruments and organised representation of family interests. Also specialized help destined to incomplete families and populous families can not be forgotten. Because of the existence of the other ways of support the total financial expenditures in favour of families can not be reduced only to direct support represented by family grants which is often represented in international statistics. Another related problem is the living conditions of families with children, which is in general lower. In France thanks to all the assistance the living conditions get more favorable whereas the families with three and more children being the most advantaged. The system of French family policy can be compared with the Czech system. Situation in the Czech Republic is different especially as regards the magnitude of direct aid which was the main method of family support and targeted the poorest families. But by means of reforms and recently proposed measures the situation has been changing and the possible access to certain attributes of French system can be observed.

We can design instruction to help modernize existing schools.

Contemporary German integration policy and consequences of illegal migration
Kučerová, Julie ; Šiklová, Jiřina (advisor) ; Moravcová, Dagmar (referee)
According to the approximate estimation of the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees the number of residing immigrants has reached almost 7 million with a considerable fraction of people with a residence history being longer than 20 years. Despite the ongoing debates on the immigrant integration and integration policy since the seventies, the official German integration policy has been established no sooner than in 2005 within the context of the Immigration Act (das Zuwanderungsgesetz). Firstly, the proposed bachelor thesis deals with the development of the immigration, covering the period from the post-war era till today. The focus is in particular targeted to the immigration into western parts of Germany due to the more complex and wider structure of immigration compared to the eastern areas. That is also why the first attempts at an official integration policy originated from Western Germany. Secondly, the thesis handles the integration development after the year 2005 and simultaneously follows this development also from the immigrants' perspective. The immigrants' position on the employment market as well as the scholarship status are being subjected to analysis. Third, the number of information resources concerning illegal migration is lower and what is more, the whole field might appear...

Biological properties of titanium alloy coated with hydroxyapatite in relation to immediate implant loading
Seydlová, Michaela ; Dostálová, Taťjána (advisor) ; Racek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jelínková, Helena (referee)
Coating dental implants with hydroxyapatite may give certain advantages such as active encouragement to new bone growth, a lower rejection rate and an improved long-term prosthesis fixation. The biological properties of dental implants coated by the sandwich technique with a thin layer of hydroxyapatite and an interlayer of zirconia were evaluated. The implant samples were covered by pulsed laser deposition. The aim of this study is to evaluate the cytotoxicity and the surface characteristics of the titanium targets modified with zirconia and hydroxyapatite. We used a direct test of cytotoxicity, tests of fibroblasts adhesion and proliferation using counting of harvested cells and providing a MTT assay. No changes in the morphology or the proliferation rate of the cells used were found in the presence of the modified titanium targets. The results show adhesion and cell proliferation, which in turn implies that the studied material is not cytotoxic and is suitable for cell colonization. Titanium modified with zirconia and crystalline hydroxyapatite can improve the biological properties and so can be benefitially employed in oral bone surgery. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Quality of Service Provision in Wireless Networks
Hnilička, Miroslav ; Janeček, Jan (advisor) ; Peterka, Jiří (referee)
This thesis aims at quality of service provisioning mechanisms in wireless packet networks. The main target of the work is multiple hops wireless networks area in which the problem is more general than in access networks. Theoretical part of the thesis analyses the problem and shows detailed insight of possible solutions. Practical part of the thesis focuses on more specific problem. Impacts of using different particular mechanisms on link and network layers are studied here, considering wireless mesh networks based on IEEE 802.11b technology (WiFi). Simulation model MeshQoS is designed on the basis of discrete simulation system OMNeT++. Inside this model, there are implemented two routing protocols - AODV defined by IETF and newly proposed hybrid opportunistic protocol OMR (OpportunisticMesh Routing). Results of experiments with this model helps to get the notion of the level of quality of services achievable in particular mesh networks configurations. They also show the positive effects of using opportunistic routing principle. In most scenarios OMR provide much lower latency, higher delivery probability and higher throughput.

Zelený, Martin ; Angelovská, Olga (advisor) ; Trlifajová, Lucie (referee)
This thesis is mapping current situation in the area of consumer lending, shows main reasons and impacts of overindebtedness and also its connetion to consumer lending. The target is to suggest appropriate regulation to lower the rate of overindebtedness, that exists in this area due to the absence of regulation in the area of consumer lending in Czech republic. Suggested regulation insures higher consumer protection and compact rules for all the partcipants on the consumer lending market. It also collects complex information about clients and their debt ratio. It has advantages for all participants.

Is it myself in the mirror?
Radová, Vlasta ; Levínská, Markéta (advisor) ; Doubek, David (referee)
in English A beautiful and healthy body now indicates a happy and contented life, and that is why our society is so obsessed by it. It was transformed into a commercial object, and the borders to which we can manipulate with it are pushed even further. At the same time, many people realize the necessity of cooperation with the body in order to reach a physical and mental health. Voices are heard calling for prevention of exploitation of human bodies and against the lowering of human dignity. We can see showing up different kinds of oriental philosophy, psychosomatic medicine or psychoterapeutic approaches targeted at the body, which are trying to outweigh the trends treating the body as a mere commodity. In spite of those efforts, the number of people with impaired perception and experiencing of their own body is still growing. The most frequent and most discussed are the eating disorders, which endanger seriously all aspects of a person's life. Most of the disorders will develop during adolescence, and that is why in my research I focused on the mapping of corporal experience of young people. In my work I employed the grounded theory method, or a qualitative research. The main research method used is semi-structured interview. The theoretical part consists of a philosophical historical and social...
