Kombinatorika matematických struktur
Paták, Pavel
The combinatorics of a first order mathematical structure is the class of all formulas valid in all in it definable structures. This notion was first introduced by Krajíček in [6]. In the present work we try to characterize and compare the combinatorics of several different prominent structures (reals, complex number, dense linear order, . . . ). We also study the question of algorithmical complexity, i.e. the question how hard it is to check whether a given formula lies in the combinatorics of a given structure. We prove that this question is corecursively enumeratively complete and therefore algorithmicaly undecidable in the case of models of complete theories without strict order property (SOP) and in the case of pseudofinite structures.

The Term Romanticism in Literary History
HRDINA, Martin
Subject of the dissertation thesis research is the term Romanticism, in entirety of its existence in thinking about the history of specific Central European literary works. At first the author of the thesis discusses constitution of the term, its revision and basic scope of the revised term use. Introduction of the constitutionalized term as an intersection of judgments, allows us to understand the reasons for its inconsistency and ambiguity in the meaning which were the most significant incentives for the revision of the term. The constitution as well as the concept revision is monitored in terms of interpretation of its meaning, the differentiation of the meaning and its collocability with other terms of the same genus proximum. Use of the revised concept is examined in terms of accentuating the homogeneity and heterogeneity of its meaning. After the establishing the general historical overview of the Romanticism term use, the author of the thesis focuses on its use in the relation with the Czech national literature as a specific, relatively fixed set of material. Author focuses on the application of the term in critical-historical thinking about the modern Czech literature, in the positivist and mindscientific works, and also devotes attention to the interference of Marxist thinking to the structuralistic concept of Czech literature history in relation to the Romanticism and to the current possibilities of the term use. Based on the introduced glimpses into the history of the use of the term Romanticism the author comes to several recommendations for current and future conceptualization of Romanticism, whose validity may also be related to other historical literature terms.

The concept and types of bills of exchange and promissory notes
Konečná, Veronika ; Zahradníčková, Marie (advisor) ; Čech, Petr (referee)
The topic of my diploma thesis is "The Concept and Types of Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes". The reason, why I chose this theme, is my interest in business law and in particular in the securities law. However, the main motivation which led me to analyze this legal sphere, were anteriorly my previous work experiences. From the plenty of cases I have had the opportunity to see, emerged for me a surprising conclusion, namely that the participants of the bill relationships are often not in a significant amount familiar with the essential content requirements of a bill of exchange as a security, which in the case concerned led to serious and thoroughly negative consequences. It is obvious that a bill of exchange represents for a general public not easily understandable problematic which requires precision and excellent knowledge of law. For this reason I have paid attention to the issue of essential appurtenances of a bill of exchange whose presence is demanded by law and without their remark a bill of exchange is fundamentally not valid document. The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze and characterize a bill of exchange as a legal instrument and to define its basic attributes in a view of the fact that in the Bill of Exchange and Cheque Act, not even in other legal rules including...

Work onward validates importance of selected criteria in specified range of self-evaluation utilizing research survey method and monitors evaluation tools and information sources for school curriculum quality determination. Travel insurance from the view of assistance company
Skočdopolová, Petra ; Ducháčková, Eva (advisor) ; Řehák, Martin (referee)
This bachelor's thesis describes and explains service of assistance companies in the range of assistance in travel insurance. It defines the concept of travel insurance, the scope and territorial validity of individual types of policies, and its many options. This work also seeks to provide information on products of selected insurance companies, compares them, and mentions interesting facts related to provided assistance and its terms and conditions. From the perspective of the assistance company, it describes the process of assistance services from deciding on the payment of the costs incurred, related powers and responsibilities that assistance company takes for the relevant insurance, to the legal definitions of this cooperation. In the conclusion, the thesis sheds light on trends and the importance of travel insurance.

Is the concept of human rights fictitious? Jürgen Habermas' postmetaphysical conception of human rights.
Lysoňková, Michala ; Znoj, Milan (advisor) ; Barša, Pavel (referee)
Human rights are the pervasive practical and political concept, discussed in various branches: political and legal philosophy, political science or jurisprudence. In the diploma thesis, this concept is discussed in the framework of political philosophy. An author's basic question: Is the concept of human rights plausible (rationally valid) in the postmetaphysical situation as well, and if so, which rights are possible to specify as "human"? This question is asked in view of contemporary (content, spatial and symbolical) expansion of human rights and solved in light of Jürgen Habermas' conception of human rights. Habermas' conception of human rights represents probably the most significant rational attempt to reformulate this concept in the postmetaphysical situation. His foundation is apparently free from the burden of all anthropological presuppositions, connected with a pristine articulation of the rights of man. As we know, these presuppositions also resound in the legal concept of human dignity. After the problem definition, a historical excursus on the field of rational natural law and basic characterization of the postmetaphysical situation, an analysis and evaluation of presuppositions intrinsic to Habermas' "linguistificated" conception of human rights follow - i.e. universal pragmatics,...

The termination of the employment relationship
Hušek, ; ; Bělina, Miroslav (advisor) ; Pichrt, Jan (referee)
In my rigorous work I deal with questions of an employment discharge. It is a conventional labour -law institute that is a very important way of employment termination. In my rigorous work I try to span the given questions on a large scale. At the beginning, I engage in historical rootage of the given institute and point out its development. I state particular legal regulations which had in general the importance to development of labour law, however, especially for the field of employment termination. In this part I also deal with the legal regulations of an employment discharge, just as it was contained in the labour code from 1965. In the successive chapter I already devote to the employment discharge in terms of the valid legal regulations. I cl arify here the term of discharge, its essentials, form, content, delivering, appeal, cancellation time, periods for claiming the discharge. I also deal here with subjects of the discharge and their competence to perform legal acts. I also describe here the discharge given by the employee and the discharge given by the employer in detail. In other two parts I point out the cases of discharge prohibition and I discourse briefly about the institute of collective redundancies of employees. Consequently, I solv e the questions connected with the employment...
