In the last chapter, the thesis presents a deeper analysis of different aspects of the rebellion by the means of the analysis of structure, origin and members; the analysis of ideology, demands and aims and finally the analysis of means of struggle where the role of media is highlighted above all. The final evaluation of the achievements is devided into Mexican, global and theoretical level.

Microstructure and Properties of Nanocrystalline Hard Coatings and Thin Film Nanocomposites
Dopita, Milan ; Rafaja, David (advisor) ; Richter, Frank (referee) ; Šutta, Pavol (referee)
In this work, microstructure and properties of M-Al-(Si-)N nanocrystalline hard coatings and thin film nanocomposites deposited by cathodic arc evaporation (CAE) process at different positions of substrates in the deposition apparatus were investigated using the combination of electron probe microanalysis, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy with high resolution and hardness measurement. Six series of specimens that differed in the transition metal type (Cr, Ti and Zr) and in the amount of Si and Al were deposited using the CAE process in the deposition apparatus π-80 produced by Platit AG. The essential microstructural parameters; the chemical and phase composition, the residual stress, preferred orientation of crystallites, crystallite size and mutual disorientation of crystallites were determined in all coatings under study. The derived microstructural parameters were correlated with the hardness of coatings. Finally, the microstructural model of the nanocrystalline hard coatings and thin film nanocomposites formation was developed. Depending on the sample chemical composition, three regions with different phase compositions exist in the coatings. In the transition metal richest samples, a single fcc M1-x- yAlxSiyN phase exists in the coating. With increasing Al content,...

Actual problems of identification and description of web information resources
Synková, Veronika ; Bratková, Eva (advisor) ; Vlasák, Rudolf (referee)
This thesis deals about problems of identification and description of electronic information resources on the Internet. It is mainly focused on web resources. It outlines some specific features of electronic resources and reasons why conventional cataloging methods are not proper for description of these resources. The main goal of this work is to make reader acquainted with selected descriptive metadata formats and illustrate their usage in practice. -- Problems of determination of bibliographic unit are mentioned briefly. There is short chapter on IFLA study Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR, http://www.ifla.org/VII/s13/wgfrbr/index.htm). Bibliographic entities and their relations are presented. -- Some technical standards for metadata communication are remembered - mark-up languages, Resource Description Framework (RDF, http://www.w3.org/RDF/) and a standard for encoding descriptive, administrative, and structural metadata METS (Metadata Encoding and Transmission Standard, http://www.loc.gov/standards/mets/). -- Next chapters turned to selected descriptive metadata formats and following systems and projects. Each format, system or project is briefly described - bibliographic unit, format structure, eventually differences from original format. The chosen metadata formats are mostly...

Effect of high temperature and water shortage stresses duration during anthesis on the selected winter wheat yield formation components
Hlaváčová, Marcela ; Rapantová, Barbora ; Surá, Kateřina ; Klem, Karel ; Hlavinka, Petr ; Trnka, Miroslav
The aim of this study was to assess the effect of drought and high temperatures on Tobak winter wheat variety during one of the most sensitive developmental stage (anthesis) from the viewpoint of harvest index (HI) and spike productivity (SP). The 5 growth chambers (where the plants were exposed to these stress factors) were used for these purposes. The various protocols consisting in photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) course, relative air humidity (RH) and daily temperature courses were run. The plants were divided into 2 groups within each growth chambers: (1) Drough-stressed (Dry) and (2) well-watered (Wet). Two lengths of stresses duration were tested: 3 and 7 days. The plants were exposed to ambient weather conditions up to the full maturity after stresses exposition within the growth chambers. Subsequently, the plants were harvested manually and HI and SP were evaluated. The statistical analyses showed that the effect of each stress factor separately was statistically significant both for HI and SP14, nevertheless, these two factors interaction was statistically significant only in the case of HI.

Clean Code in C#
Holota, Lukáš ; Buchalcevová, Alena (advisor) ; Vít, Jan (referee)
This thesis focuses on code cleanliness in the language C# on the Microsoft .NET platform and its goal is to create a manual for developers showing that it how and why they should measure, maintain and improve code cleanliness. It defines basic rules for the appearance of clean code beginning with the simplest ones such as code formatting, naming the language elements, modelling classes and methods and general recommendations for writing comments in code and how to handle exceptions using the tools available in the C# language. The second part focuses on the process of refactoring, it defines a list of code smells which can be used as indicators of poor quality code. The third part is focused on the challenges brought by the development of software in a team. I have also conducted a research to determine the state of knowledge of clean code among software developers. As an evidence of importance of maintaining code cleanliness I have included the economic impact on the cost of a software project.
