V první části jsou zachyceny vybrané mikrobiologické ukazatele, tak jak je popisuje literatura, včetně platných norem a vyhlášek. Druhá část popisuje průběh provádění vlastní analýzy, z poskytnutých materiálů akreditovanou laboratoří společnosti AGRO-LA, spol. s r. o., až po vyhodnocení získaných výsledků.

Memes and the Theory of Universal Darwinism

The article deals with the philosophical presuppositions and groundwork of the memetics. The central question is an analysis of Universal Darwinism as a common and universal evolutional principle or pattern that always springs in every environment when there're fulfilled required conditions. An evolutional process could be possibly described like an algorithmic process that faces to the rise of organized orderliness. Darwinism in this generally universal sense points to a distinctness survival of any kind self replicated code of information that has some influence over its probability of replication. The article stresses methodological importance of memetics as it makes possible to introspect variety of cultural development from a simple unification perspective.

Trasfer Heat Analysis in Steam Generators in blocks of VVER 440

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the heat transfer in steam generator of blocks in the nuclear power plant VVER 440. The steam generator represents the border between the primary and the secondary circuit. The heat is carried from a warm water from reactor to a cold water. The steam arises after the heat transfer and drives the steam turbine. An important quantity which represents the heat transfer is a heat transfer factor. This thesis is divided into theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is mentioned a principle of the steam generator and the theoretical calculation of the heat transfer factor, which comes first of all from the character of the streaming in the steam generator. The practical part brings a comparison of the heat transfer factor calculated from data measured after the start of the third block of EDU in 1986, with the heat transfer factor which comes from the measurement after the power-increase for 105 % of nominal power of the same block in 2009. Further is shown the prediction of the heat transfer factor for next power-increase and the following service is shown too.

Problems of water quality and ecological potential of Lipno Reservoir in the period 1991-2012

The research report describes the analysis of trends in water quality, external and internal nutrient loading, and apportionment of nutrient sources in the Lipno reservoir on the River Vltava, Czech Republic, during the period 1991-2012, together with a prognosis of future trends of eutrophication and possible management mitigation measures for improvement of the reservoir´s ecological potential to achieve compliance with the EU Water Framework Directive.

The Controlling Study

The main goal of this Diploma´s Thesis is to make a model for calculation of water and sewer rates for the company Vodovody a kanalizace Náchod, a.s. when sticking to the set criteria both from the side of VaK Náchod, a.s. and law regulations. Based on the theoretical part an analysis of customer sensitivity to the price changes using the data for last 20 years follows. Findings from the first two parts are used in risk analysis in next part. The created model calculates the water and sewer rates based on the information from the company accounting system in the way to generate sufficient financial resources to fulfill the renovation plan of infrastructural property plant and equipment and to transfer given amount to the company funds. In addition, the model monitors whether the legal condition of maximal allowable increase of profit per m3 is met. In the customer sensitivity to the price changes part the price elasticity of demand for water and sewer rates is calculated based on the data from 1995 to 2015. The assumption of inelastic demand is confirmed. Risk analysis part is deals with potential risk regarding the demand and prices. Potential impacts for the most significant risk are quantified. The analysis uses knowledge gained in the first two parts. It was confirmed that potential risks are exiting but do not have any significant impact on the going concern of VaK Náchod, a.s. The created model has been already used for the calculation of prices for the year 2017. Customer sensitivity analysis to the price changes and link to the potential risks is an additional information for VaK Náchod, a.s. which validates that nowadays, there are no significant threats which could affect the demand and water and sewer rates significantly.

Design and comparison of a space heating systems with different heat sources in family house

Diploma thesis deals with design and comparison of heating systems. In diploma thesis is designed system with gas condensing boiler, system with heat pump and system with gas condensing boiler for heating and solar collectors for heating of hot water. Content of this thesis is calculation of house heat loss, design of radiators, design of heat systems including a check of protective components, regulation with the help of thermostatic radiator valve, calculation of economical evaluation and creation of design documentation. Design is made for systems with unified temperature fall 55/45. For the variation with heat pump is computed a possibility of using the heat pump as an univalent or bivalent heat source. In the analysis of costs is considered a usage of natural gas for heating and warming of hot water with a condensing boiler, annual consumption of electric energy for operation of electrical appliances in household, consumption of electric energy for operation of heat pump for heating and warming of hot water and consumption of electric energy for warming of hot water in case of system with solar collectors. In the final evaluation a pay-off period is determined.

Filip Spannbrucker Filip Spannbrucker, česká barokní architektura, hrabě František Josef Schlik, Jean Baptiste Mathey, Jičínsko The main aim of this thesis is to present the life and work of Filip Spannbrucker (approximately 1672?1729), Prague architect and builder, in the context of contemporary artistic and social course of events. In the first part of this work there will be outlined Spannbrucker's life and professional career based on elaborate archival research. Special attention will be devoted to proprietors and a patronage of building projects wherein Spannbrucker participated or whereof was an author. In the connection, his work will be brought in contiguity of contemporaneous cultural, socioeconomical and aesthetical notions and relations. In the second part of this thesis there will be pointed out a characteristic and spring of inspiration of Spannbrucker's architecture by means of an accurate formal analysis. This diploma thesis deals with the unconventional technology of cutting water jet. The aim of this thesis is analysis of technological possibilities of water jet, possible operating modes (techniques) and entering technological data and influence of technical parameters on quality and accuracy of cutting. The thesis contains several experiment at which was examined achieved quality and accuracy of cuts, and simultaneously there is solved technoeconomic evaluation of this technology.

A manuscript of Italian monody from the Lobkowicz library

Mgr. Helena Kadeřábková Tašnerová A manuscript of italian monody from the Lobkowicz library Edition of compositions included in the manuscript collection of Italian monody in the Roudnice Lobkowicz Library in Nelahozeves under signature II La 2 is the main subject of the thesis. Internal and external description of the manuscript is provided as well as analysis of its music and lyrics contents, information about the composition authors and about possible ways of this source to the Czech collection funds. Considerable attention is also paid to Bologna manuscript Q 49 closely relating to this Lobkowicz one. Their main conformities and contradictions are defined. Comparison of the two manuscripts succeeded in determining authorship of some anonymous compositions, and on the contrary, authorship of other ones was doubted. On the basis of some common filigrees that were found, it was verified that the manuscripts are of the same provenience. Clearly arranged tables comparing the two manuscripts follow, along with the redrawn filigrees, editions of all manuscript compositions and separate edition of all composition lyrics. This is the first so coherent treatment of this resource.

Contributions to Volatile Compound Generation of Arsenic, Silver and

(EN) The presented dissertation thesis summarizes the results contained in five original research papers that were published in prestigious international scientific journals in the field of analytical chemistry and atomic spectrometry. It is devoted to the method of generation of volatile compounds using a tetrahydroborate reaction and detection in a quartz multiatomizer by atomic absorption spectrometry. The thesis can be divided into two thematic parts - speciation analysis of arsenic based on hydride generation technique with collection and separation in a cryogenic trap and generation of volatile species of transition metals. In the first thematic part pre-reduction of pentavalent inorganic and methylated arsenicals has been studied. A simple setup for on-line pre-reduction employing thioglycolic acid as a fast pre-reductant has been developed, connected with a current hydride generator and applied/verified to oxidation state specific arsenic speciation analysis of human urine samples. In the same method the possibility of drying the gaseous phase from water vapor has been investigated to avoid incidental blocking the cryogenic trap by frozen water and to decrease fluctuations of signal baseline.
