Emotion as a Part of the Aesthetic Experience

The bachelor thesis aims to explore possible answers to questions concerning the issue of emotions in the art. A part of the thesis is an elaboration on the fundamental definition features of the terms aesthetic emotion and psychical (or aesthetics) distance. The issue is seen in terms of both philosophical and aesthetics theories of the twentieth century, and in light of human experience. Moreover, as a part of the thesis, there is a sample of authentic confessions about emotional stability or instability within and as a result of the experience with works of art.

Technical professions and their employability. (Expectations of students and graduates associated with the future work praction).

This study discusses the lack of technical professions at the labour market which is experienced by employers in industry areas. It describes the economic situation in the Czech Republic and characterises the labour market, its structure and labour force requirements. It mainly focuses on the analysis of tertiary education. The study also points out possible future development in these industries, for comparison is the analyse in other EU countries enclosed. The research, which is one of the main parts of this work is focused on the university students and graduates with technical specialization. The aim of this study is to suggest possible measures and recommendations in the area of personal strategy and scarce workers approach in the market.

Comparison of legal regulation of basic institutions of a residential cooperative in Poland and the Czech Republic

THE COLLATION A REGULATION OF FUNDAMENTAL INSTITUTES OF HOUSING COOPERATIVES IN POLAND AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC This work aims to capture qualities and shortcomings of the legislation in one of the important sectors of housing, the cooperative sector, in the context of a comparison of the two national legislations - in the Czech Republic and Poland. In both compared legislations, cooperative has its special character and long-standing tradition, which was introduced immediately in the introductory sections. The cooperative sector is the merit of this work. The issue of housing is always up to date, moreover, in practice we many time encounter with the uncertainties associated with the housing issue. Cooperative law in the area of housing is interesting in particular, with regard to incompleteness, and, in some cases, to insufficiency of Czech legislation, distinguish it from, more or less, consistent realization of housing cooperatives in Poland. Although both legislations have similar sources and traditions, and their characteristic developments, in the field of the law the willingness of legislators to adapt an important part of ensuring significantly differs from the housing requirements of the population. The situation of disabled persons in the labour market in the main City of Prague in 2014 and 2015

The topic of this thesis are disabled people. The main goal of this thesis is describe the situation th these people in the labor market of Prague. This description is based on the founded data and the specialized literature. There will be explained the concepts of labour market, unemployment, aktive employment policy first in the theoretical part. There are for the next time explained the concepts of disabled people, thein characteristics, different type of these disabilities, legislativ of the employnment of these people, rehabilitation programmes and the enterprises with more 50 % share of employed disabled people. The practical part is based on the analysis of the selected dates of Český statistický úřad and Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. There is included my own anonymus questionnaire research of selected eemployers. The goal of this research is to show, how is the situation of the employers and the diabled people in Prague. It was found by using this research, that the situation in our main city is very positive. Employers offer many employments to disabled people, althoug they don't have to do that and they don't have any statutory obligation.

Risk group of persons with disabilities on the labour market in Prague from 2005 to 2015

The theoretical part of the Bachelor Thesis comprehensively illustrates the status and representation of persons with disabilities (PWD) on the current labour market in the Czech Republic. In a general manner, the Thesis looks at the employment policy as well; especially its legislative basis in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Furthermore, the legal obligations of employers of PWD and the possibilities of fulfilling the mandatory share of PWD employment are stated. Findings of two qualitative employment studies are presented showing that PWD enter the labour market equipped with specialized competencies, which they are willing to complete by retraining programmes in case of need. The employers perceive the employment of PWD mainly as a financial profit, granted to them by the state; and the legislative conditions are a sufficient incentive for them. The questionnaire survey pointed out that the weakness in the employment of PWD is the lack of part-time jobs, which are highly demanded among them. Therefore the Thesis presents a solution, which could be the creation of shared work positions.

The Master of the Hradec Králové Altarpiece

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: In a war of Hussites the Prague art activity was going to her disappearace or was pushed away to the countryside where succumbed in a certain way become popular. Desk painting in the Czech territory was after the Hussites was adjusted almost to its disappearence. Contrary of the south part of Czech Kingdom, which were as regards Hussites not jotted and the production of painting could continue in her making and already in the third decade of fiftenth century got quality late gothic style in the Master of Rajhrad altar with its Austrian signs. In fourth decade happened sudden step back to the past to "krásný sloh" to reiteration its marks, renewal devotio and Marian painting diferent ikonography types. The same was as in the middle Bohemia, the territory in the east of Bohemia was signed with Hussites war too. Chrudim in that time became late-gothic-style centre and with its production of paintings could compete with Prague. Unlike the memories for examples Kutná Hora, Chrudim was characterized by unity of style, which was determinated by activity of this manufactory and it can be derive from extanded quantity of pieces. Proposal of Versions Management for Database Process

This master's thesis deals with the design and implementation of a database versions management process for software development team. The main task of this thesis is to set up tools and processes, used to help the team to manage their versions of database changes. In the first part, you may find theoretical foundations and comparison of the Liquibase and Flayway tools. In the second part, the design and solution implementation is proposed, using Jenkins, Liquibase and specially crafted Java tools.

Nursing care for patients with biliary tract malignancy.

This thesis deals with nursing care for patients with biliary tract cancer. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of biliary tract cancer, the needs of patients in the preterminal stage of the disease with introduced percutaneous transhepatic drainage and the role of nurses during their meeting. Biliary tract tumours cause gradual blockage of the biliary tract, thus preventing the flow of bile; there is also the progression of icterus and pain. The patient develops sepsis. In many cases the disease proceeds rapidly and death is inevitable. One of the possible methods of bile removal from the blocked biliary tract in patients with inoperable tumours is percutaneous transhepatic drainage. The operation will not prolong the patient?s life, but it will improve the quality of life, i.e. it has only a palliative effect. One objective a three research questions were set for this thesis; the questions were focused on specific aspects of nursing care for patients with biliary tract cancer. Objective: 1. To find out specifics aspects of nursing care for patients with biliary tract cancer. Research questions: 1. What are the specific needs of patients with biliary tract cancer? 2. To what extent are patients with percutaneous transhepatic drainage informed about the care for the drainage? 3. Are the patients informed about their disease? To achieve the objective, qualitative research was used in the form of semi-structured interviews with patients with biliary tract cancer having percutaneous transhepatic drainage, hospitalized at the University Hospital in Pilsen, the Department of Internal Medicine specializing in gastrointestinal diseases. The first research question of the thesis was to find out what the specific needs of patients with biliary tract cancer were. The identified specific needs can help nurses to understand better the problems of this disease and to improve the quality of nursing care provision. The results revealed a number of needs that patients in nursing care miss or that are neglected by the nursing staff The second research question was to find out to what extent patients with percutaneous transhepatic drainage are informed about the care for the drainage. As regards the informedness about the care of the drainage, it was found out that, despite the efforts of the nurses to educate their patients properly, the patients were not interested in such education. That was due, in particular, to the high age of the patients. Most of them cannot cope with the care alone and they rely on assistance from the nursing staff or family members. The third research question was to find out to what extent the patients are informed about their disease. The responses from the interviews concerning this question showed at what level the awareness of the patients about their disease is. The research indicated that the patients have information about their disease obtained from the nursing staff, but they do not understand it in most cases. The patient requests information from the nurses but such information does not fall within their competences but within the competence of the doctor. Based on the findings, a booklet was compiled for patients with biliary tract cancer.

The main aim of this thesis is proposing of acceptable technology with manufacture for a part of chain sprocket of the material 11 500, which is designated for a small light motorcycle with a cubature at most 50 cm. It is the prototype, now. The work is specialized on a technology of precision cutting with a pressure edge, at first. This is use for a technology. The component of this work is needed the literary study, calculating and drawing documentation and technical – economic valuation.
