Work is focused on the work attitudes of men towards women, especially in managerial positions. It describes the gender issues. The work focuses on the views of workers in a firm and focused on their attitudes and views on whether today there are still some barriers between managers or not. There is performed qualitatively quantitative research, which consists of interviews with senior staff and the use of a questionnaire survey.

Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball

Title: Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball Objectives: The objective is to examine time characteristics, cardiac strain, movement pattern and the individua! volleyball skills in woman playing beach volleyball. The results will help aid athletes and coaches to improve individua} and team performance in the sport. Methods: Analyses of the thirteen game records were used to compile data for statistical time measurements, movement pattems and individua! volleyball skill. Through the use of sport testers, four individua} athletes in four separate toumaments had their heart rates recorded. These heart rates were further analyzed to collect the appropriate data for cardiac strain characteristics. Results: The average game time was 37 minutes with 5 - 9 seconds exercise loads and 15 seconds recovery time. Beach volleyball is high to middle level intensity game with mixed aerobic- anaerobic energy supply system in use. The average heart rate falls in the interval of 150 and 180. The jumping load is about 41 and more jumps counting serve jump, block and spike. The prevalent movement distance is within 4 meter range. Prevention of HIV / AIDS at the grammer school

This diploma thesis is trying to describe the actual situation of methods concerning the education about HIV/AIDS at the grammar school programs. It is focused rather in finding the teachers' interest to this topic, their cooperation with the experts and with the children. In the theoretical part there are the general information about the HIV/AIDS, characteristic of the illness, way of the transmission, treatment etc. This part also focuses to the description of the prevention activities of the public bodies in the Czech Republic. The practical part introduces the results of the research, which evaluate the present state of the education about the HIV/AIDS in the grammar schools. Subjective answers from the informants in combination with the known facts are forming a good general overview to the actual situation in that domain. The author within the evaluation offers several possibilities which might be a contribution to the future changes conducting to the positive developments of the current situation.

Formal and material aspekt of the notion of a crime

I. Preview The recent adoption of the new Penal code in Czech republic has entailed a range of new approaches, including new conception of the notion of the crime - a crucial institution of the penal law itself, stretching from the fundamental questions of criminal liability via the institution of an attempt to the field of penal procedure. This has give rise to multiple juridical questions, that this work aims to analyse. II. Private limited liability company according to Business Corporations Act compared to private limited liability company in Danish law

Private limited liability company is a type of limited liability company used especially by small and medium-size enterprises. This form of company is very popular in and outside of Czech republic. In the last few years many countries have adopted new laws regulating private limited liability companies. In Czech republic it was Business Corporations Act in 2012 although many provisions were included in other acts. In Denmark this form of company is regulated in Danish Companies Act adopted in 2009. This thesis describes legal regulations on private limited liability companies in both Czech republic and Denmark. Description of Danish regulations is rather thorough since there is limited amount of other sources on this matter in Czech language. The aim of the thesis is to compare these regulations and their positive and negative aspects.

Questions focused on the mechanism of presidential election, the personal profile of suitable presidential candidate, his or her relations to the government and government appointment, on the position of president in the foreign policy and on the problems president should pay attention in his or her office.

Atomistické simulace uspořádávání v niklových slitinách pod vlivem mechanického napětí

Systems containing up to six alloing elements typical of advanced Ni-based superalloys were modelled.their ordering was simulated at atomic level using a Monte Carlo approach with púeriodic boundary conditions and Kawasaki dynamics.molecular dynamics routines were embedded into standard kinetic Ising model to account for relaxing of local atomic positions.Straining computer experiments show that elastic parameters and bulk modulus undergo comparatively large changes at the beginning of ordering process.

Economic assessment of a business plan of a transport company

The main aim of the Dissertation was to create a method enabling evaluation of a business plan of a firm doing business in the field of freight transport. The Dissertation is based on an actual investment project in which the transport company takes part in two tender procedures. The specific nature of the transport sector complicated the possibility to use classical methods for the evaluation of investment efficiency. Application of the net pre-sent value method to an already implemented investment project confirmed that this method cannot be used to assess the business plan of the transport company. For this reason, it was necessary to draw up a price creation method for both the tender procedures able to en-sure positive profitability of the project with regard to specifics in particular tenders. The subject matter of the tender procedures was the request for proposal concerning vehicle sets of various specifications. The NAL (net advantage to leasing) method was used to decide about the manner of funding of the vehicle sets. For the other tender procedure, a calculation was made to optimize the route in terms of costs, whereby usability of the price creation method was verified in practice.

The potential of the development of the biotechnology sector in the Olomouc Region as a factor affecting the competitiveness of the region

Biotechnologies are nowadays considered to be crucial for the transition to a knowledge-based economy and their development has a positive effect on the competitive strength of countries and regions. The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess, in a complex way, the biotechnology sector development potential in a particular region -- in the Olomouc Region. The theoretical part provides a general theoretical framework for the subject matter and a general description of the sector. The complex assessment of the development potential of biotechnologies is based on several partial analyses. The thesis analyzes the general characteristics of the innovation environment in the Olomouc Region, the education and research facilities that are present in this region, the biotechnology business sector and their mutual cooperation. Thesis also maps the current projects in the area of biotechnology and the key personalities in terms of the development of biotechnologies in the Olomouc Region.

Prevention of HIV/AIDS and House of Light in Prague During 2005 - 2008

In meiner Arbeit widme ich mich der Problematik HIV/AIDS. Ich versuche auf Erheblichkeit der Probleme und auf die Hauptfragen der Prävention HIV/AISD in der Tschechischen Republik aufmerksam machen. Der Zielpunkt meiner Arbeit ist die Beschreibung und die Bewertung von Dienst für HIV-positive Menschen und für AIDS-Kranken. Diese Dienste ermöglicht Prager "Dům světla". Ich beschreibe die Entwicklung in den letzten Jahren, Erfolge, Probleme und auch Voraussetzungen für weitere Verbesserung der Prävention in der Tschechischen Republik. Die ersten Kapitel sprechen von den Hauptfragen des Phenomens HIV/AIDS und von der Prävention in der Tschechischen Republik. Nächste Kapitel betreffen die Tätigkeit der "Tschechischen Gemeinschaft AIDA Hilfe", die der Begründer von "Dům světla" ist. Kapitel 6 - 10 sind der Tätigkeit von "Dům světla" gewidmet und zugleich sprechen von Veränderungen, zu denen in der letzten Jahren kommt. In der letzten Kapitel 11. vergleiche ich die Stellungen der Klienten zu der Tätigkeit von "Dům světla" und ich spreche davon, welche Dienste in Jahren 2005 - 2008 möglich waren. In der Beilage sind Daten zum Thema, die ich im Verlauf der Verarbeitung versammelt habe.
