Modern society and working time
KUCHAŘOVÁ, Lenka
Last decade of society development brought numerous essential changes, which are reflected in the forming of working time. This work tries to give comprehensive view on the progress of working time forming and development (its division and separation, working hours length variation) with the emphasis on unconventional (flexible) methods of working time planning and their usage in contemporary society, that is now more often and required. In final chapter there is brought closer the development of legislative conception of working time in Czechoslovak and Czech legislation.

The Concept of Baptism by Jan Bechyňka in the Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence (Tractate of Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth) and in the Treatise O křtu zvonu (On baptism of the Bell).
Beranová, Bohumila ; Rejchrtová, Noemi (advisor) ; Halama, Ota (referee)
The thesis deals with conception of baptism by utraquist priest Jan Bechyňka. At first the figure of the peculiar writer and theologian after being introduced is integrated into historical connections of the jagellonian era. The chapters that follow aim at the particular topic. Bechyňka ́s view of pedobaptism drawn from a long passage about commitment of baptism from his Traktát o viděních a pokušeních zbožného mládence [The Tractate on Visions and Temptations of Devout Youth] is compared with pedobaptism in Chelčický ́s Zprávy o svátostech [Reports of Sacraments] and with baptism in general of another Chečický ́s work - Rozpravy [Disccusions] in Parisian manuscript. At first I had intended finding out paralles between mentioned thinkers, however certain differences have appeared as well, not in essential facts. In the case of Bechyňka ́s tractate O křtu zvonu [On Baptism of the Bell] I give an interpretation to it in the concrete. The last chapter deals with utraquist baptismal praxis in the early modern times and in the present day and in general describes baptismal rites of these times. As a apendix I add Bechyňka ́s tractate O křtu zvonu [On Baptism of the Bell] with a commentary and transcriptional notes. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

To Use the Waldorf Pedagogical System in Free-time Activities, or Is It Possible to Use the Waldorf Pedagogical Educational System in Scouting System?
Vondrušková, Josefína ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Růžička, Vít (referee)
The topic of my work: to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in free-time activities, or is it possible to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in scouting system? This is the reason why in my work I am trying to compare the approach of Steinerov's pedogogical system and scouting methods in upbringing children. The goal of my work is to find compatable elements and different disputes of both systems and by this find out if it is possible to apply the Waldorf system in scouting practices. My work, most of all is based on long terms work and experience in scouting groups and the Waldorf systems is based on theoretical information found in professional and available literature. I deal, mainly, with children's current wishes and demands for free-time activities, and hence at the same time I am trying to find a possibility to modernize scouting upbringing and practices in order for the center to be more interesting especially for children. One of the possibilities I see is found especially in this form of educational system. After stating the requirments for free-time activity I try to completely characterize the current methods, individually important of the area in preactice. In a similar way, I describe walsorfskou pedagogicu and antroposophical approach to the upbriniging. In the last...

Ecclesiology in the works of Silvestr Maria Braito OP
Diviš, Patrick ; Mohelník, Tomáš (advisor) ; Brož, Prokop (referee)
Ecclesiology in the works of Silvester Mario Braito OP This bachelor thesis is concerned with the development of ecclesiology in the works of the Catholic priest Silvester Mario Braito OP. The thesis has three parts. In the first part, it describes the events in the life of S. M. Braito, mainly with respect to their importance for his publishing activities. It also offers an outline of the development of Catholic ecclesiological thinking in the time when Braito was active. The second part then offers an analysis of S. M. Braito's ecclesiological articles in the bulletin Na hlubinu (Into the deep). The third part takes into consideration his ecclesiological thoughts in books. The work contains a review of Braito's church doctrine, defines the main concepts of his ecclesiological reflection and shows the sources he uses. At the end of this thesis, we evaluate Braito's contribution to the development of modern ecclesiology and sets the junctions with the church doctrine, as it has been defined by the Second Council of Vatican. Keywords: church * ecclesiology * S. M. Braito * Na hlubinu * mystical body of Christ

Zjednodušení kvantových obvodů pro modulární umocňování
Fišer, Petr ; Ivánek, Jiří (advisor) ; Nentvich, Libor (referee)
This thesis is based on top of the previous thesis "Security of modern encryption protocols" where we introduced a new paradigm for constructing quantum circuits. We have built circuits for modular arithmetic (addition, multiplication and exponentiation) in order to break El-Gamal asymmetric cryptosystem. Current thesis reviews all proposed circuits and discusses possibilities of their further optimization in goal of lowering the number of used qbits at least by an order of magnitude. It also shows that this is not possible due to existence of COPY gates which make the design inherently unoptimizable. Getting rid of COPY gates is, however, not possible without substantial rewrite of the whole paradigm. The overall estimate of number of qbits used in circuits thus remains O(log(m)log^2(N)) where m is a processed number and N is a modulus. The thesis also proposes optimization of the modular multiplication circuit that, if issues with COPY gates are resolved, allows us to lower the number of used qbits by about O(log(m)) at the price of a longer execution time.

Community Aproach to the People with Mental Health Problems As Alternative to the Institucional Care
Strnadová, Dagmar ; Klimešová, Anna (advisor) ; Sivek, Vojtěch (referee)
In the history the care of people with a mental health problems was going through a lot of changes. Most of the people were accepted as a part of a society. The family and a local community had been taken care of them. Only a small part of people with a mental health problems had been banished or kept in prison. With the beginning of a modern period the people with a mental illness have devoted and segregated in a large extent. The psychiatri and care for disordered people occured rapid developement in 20th century. In the 50's the psychiatric institution had been closing down in a many advanced countries. Institutional care was replaced with a out-patient and comunity care services. The main target of a community care is to help to the people with a mental illness so they can live in a naturally neighbourhood. The Great Britain has ranked among countries with a along tradition of community care. The broad range of services in the domain of living, employment and a leisure time arised here. The attitude to disordered people was also changed. In the Czech republic the community work set up to apply in 90's. Since the time the big progress was reached. Nevertheless the institutional care is still being preferred. The community care concur at traditional community values and it is established on esteem to...

Marketing strategy of the company 3M in social media
Němec, Tomáš ; Halík, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Luňáčková, Michaela (referee)
Diploma thesis focus on social media as a phenomenon of modern times and their use in a marketing. I will introduce four most frequently used social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube as well as an outline the possibility of their use in marketing. Marketing strategy in social media I decided to introduce through a concrete example - an international company 3M. This company I chose mainly because it operates in the market of industrial products, where online marketing is not as much used and also because it cooperates with University of Economics. After introducing the basic marketing theories and explanations of basic terms I will analyze an existing 3M marketing strategy in social media and on the basis of the analysis and obtained data I will suggest my own possible marketing strategy for the company 3M, which connects all the aforementioned social media.

The influence of caches on the efficiency of sorting
Hrdina, Karol ; Koubková, Alena (advisor) ; Yaghob, Jakub (referee)
Classical algorithms for sorting in internal memory were designed with an assumption, that the memory is homogenous. But modern computers have hierarchically structured memory with various speeds of it's layers. Execution time of algortihm is dependant not only on operation count, but also on count of transfers between memory layers. Therefore internal algorithms are having some characteristics of external algorithms. In this paper we set our goal to summarize some existing approaches to this problem and summarize known optimalizations of internal sorting algorithms. Our main goal however is to impelent chosen algorithms and measure their performance experimentally.

Aesthetics of Arts
Garila, Athina ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Blecha, Zbyněk (referee)
This Bachelor work has no intention to analysis the History of art, either to explain the terminology of philosophy thru time; Great Masters did this before and compare with them will be completely useless. The purpose of this work is to prove that aesthetics there for arts, are extremely important in our days not only because art domesticates the ferocious beast (humans included), but also because aesthetics is ethics. In order of course to understand this association between this triangle aesthetics-art-ethics, a short historical preview is necessary as well as the explanation of main terminology is require; At the end however when we see our course as human kind from the beginning until now a question will be born; did we failure, did the modern time pays the price of our ancestors or our own? And if our time is actually the worst of all times can this failure be reverse? And how can this and the next generations do something to change the course of history since the luck of ethics is more than obvious in every corner of our world? This work will give the facts and at the end will show reality in a cruel and row way; but the answers for all this question is still yours...

3D scanning technology in the hands of the conservator-restorer
Gláser, Petr
3D scanning technology is undoubtedly a modern progressive techniques that, especially in some areas, are increasingly applied. It is no different in the field of care for our cultural heritage. Relatively simple method brings, thanks to the quick development of means of implementation, still new applications and can deliver a wide range of important information. The devices are user friendly and comparatively affordable. These are just additional reasons for the fact that 3D scanning more applied in the fields of restoration. \nA short paper describes the technique of 3D scanning from the conservator-restorer's perspective and is focused primarily on understanding their capabilities, but does not forget those restrictions, which are always crucial. From time to time there is a tendency to uncritical promotion of certain methods or means. Many similar cases we also known in the field of cultural heritage and it seems that the 3D scanning method is well suited to become the next one.\n
