Motivation of Employees in Selected Organization

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivational tools, to assess their impact on employee satisfaction. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature about motivation of employees. This section deals with the issue of motivation, defines basic terms, selected motivation theories, sources of motivation, stimulation instruments and motivation programme of the enterprises. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of organization from the history of the present, employees' politics and motivational tools, which are used in this organization. After that the practical part focuses on analysis of data gained by a questionnaire search. In the conclusion of the thesis there is an assessment of overall situation in the company regarding motivation and make up some effective suggestions.

The Relationship of an individual and the state in the Elements of the Philosophy of Right of G. W. F. Hegel

The motive of this diploma thesis The Relationship of an Individual and the State in the Elements of the Philosophy of Right of G. W. F. Hegel is to cope with the one-sided - but in the Czech Republic widespread - liberal critic of Hegel's political philosophy, which accuses this philosopher of etatism and suppressing the freedom of individual. The first part of the thesis briefly deals with the question of the relation between the citizen and the state in the political philosophies of Hegel's most important modern predecessors: Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Immanuel Kant. The second part introduces the main features of Hegel's political philosophy followed by a look at the connection between Hegel's theory of state and his philosophy of history. The main part of the thesis focuses on presenting the Elements of the Philosophy of Right in view of the theme of thesis. Serverless single page application in JavaScript

The goal of this thesis is to design and develop a framework for building modern single- page application in the JavaScript programming language and describe this approach to development. The work also contains the documentation for a more comfortable use and customization. The content is divided into eight chapters. The introduction is followed by the retrieval of information resources, including the specifics of the JavaScript programming language and explanation of the formation of single-page application. The description of the basic principles of their functioning, motivation and justification, when and why this approach is appropriate is also included. The work is primarily focused on the issue of single-page application, for which the use of the JavaScript programming language is crucial. For this reason, this work provides a whole chapter about this programming language, also including a description of its history and role in the context of others. Below are the common characteristics of single-page applications frameworks, built on top of the library ReactJS, whose formation is engaged in the following chapter. The developed framework also contains the user guide. The practical outcome of this work is an open source framework for creating serverless single-page applications, which is due to its architecture and documentation appropriately adaptable.

The impact of South China Sea dispute on trade relations between China and Vietnam

This bachelor thesis investigates the impact of South China Sea dispute on mutual relations between China and Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Thesis lays great emphasis on the analysis of mutual trading relations. The goal of this work is to find out if the dispute over territory has negative influence on mutual relations and to what extent. Therefore, thesis is divided into 3 main chapters. The introductory chapter describes position and development of each country. Second chapter uses findings from the introductory part for the analysis of political and trade relations of both countries. It focuses on the history of mutual relations and mainly it lays emphasis on current mutual relations. Last chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the issues regarding South China Sea. Motives and causes of this dispute are described in this chapter. It provides a view on the course of this territorial dispute, and also impacts on mutual relations are analyzed. The output of all three chapters helps to formulate following conclusion. Dispute over South China Sea has impact on mutual relations. Predominantly, it influences political relations between China and Vietnam, therefore, this dispute is often mentioned in media. However, according to available data this dispute has not had major effect on trading relations. Mutual trading between both countries went off in dispute period without any limitations and barriers.

Current trends on the crude oil market

This thesis assesses and describes two main current trends appearing at the crude oil market, specifically re-entry of Iran back to the crude oil market after termination of economic sanctions and current oil glut. First part of this thesis is devoted to the crude oil as resource, it focuses mainly on the history, formation and mining of crude oil. Second part of this thesis focuses on the international trade with crude oil. It analyses data regarding reserves, production, consumption, export and import of crude oil, as well as it describes the OPEC organization. Third part is devoted to the organization of the market with crude oil and describes three main motives of entering to the crude oil market. There are analyzed current trends on the crude oil market in the last part of this thesis.

Representation of an enterpreneur in business relations

The purpose of submitted thesis is to analyze current regulation of one of the key institutes of law - institute of representation. The institute is common for different branches of law. The core of representation is mutual for all branches, although several differences appear. Regulation of this institute can be found in substantial as well in procedural law. The thesis focuses at representation of an entrepreneur (also referred to as a businessman) in particular. Duplication of regulation in Civil and Commercial Code results in fact, that appropriate provision of both Codes must be applied for proper interpretation. Institute of representation enables that under certain circumstances a legal person (proxy or authorized representative) can act for other legal person and in the name of other person (principal, mandator or donor of the power). Legal consequences - rights and duties - shall arise directly to the principal. Representation has long history, but contrary to other legal institutes, inspiration can not be found in Roman law, because Roman law did not recognize representation in modern understanding. Study of plunger pump with linear motor

The aim of this thesis is an engineering design of plunger pump with linear motor. This type of pump is used especially for blood pumping in heart surgery. The theoretical part is focused on distribution of pumps, description of extracorporeal circuit and booster heart history. There are basic calculations derived, which describe plunger pump performance. Then varied designs of plunger pumps follows, which are differed in size, shape and application. Next part includes design of reverse valves and their CFD computation.

Topography of the Jewish population in Highlands. A case in point Velký Beranov and Malý Beranov

This work deals sith the topography of Jewish population in highlands of Jihlava region, giving an example of the history of Velký Beranov and Malý Beranov villages. Jewish population in those two villages was not so numerous as in towns, nevertheless it comprised a significant demographic part of both of the villages. It also formel an important commercial social vlase. The pupils of the basic school in Velký Beranov took part in a project of the Jewish Museum in Prague, "The Missing Neighbours", which formed the motivation for my thesis. The participants of the project are searching for the life stories of "The Missing Neighbours" from thein own region. Of course the pupils of the Basic School in Velký Beranov chose their region Velký Beranov and Malý Beranov. A short treatise about Jewish Religious Community in Jihlava and its local inhabitants, as well as about the Jewish population in the whole Bohemia and Moravia, make also the cotents of my theses.

Retro brands and their influence on the consumer behavior of juveniles

This thesis is dedicated to the retro style, namely the Czech retro brands and what is their influence on the consumer behavior of juveniles. The theoretical part defines brand and especially the key term retro marketing. Next part focuses on the renewed Czech brands and it selects four specific examples of these brands. These brands are then analyzed in terms of their history and from the viewpoint of their current strategy. In the practical part, a quantitative research method focus group is made. The outputs of this research are then analyzed and the results are interpreted. The aim of the work is to determine whether the retro brands have any influence on the consumer behavior of juveniles. It also aims to reveal their specific motives for purchase, and whether these include aspects such as history, tradition and origin of the product.

The aim of this bachelor's study is to describe and analyze the employee motivation and benefits in the payroll system and human recources field. Theoretical part attends to general terms as the employee motivation, the theory of the motivation,the types of the employee benefits, the influence of benefits to the employee's working performance. The practial part focuses on Elanor company, includes introduction of the company, it's history and the present, the offer of the employee benefits. Next part attends to the results of questionaire survey, the analysis of the results. In last part of this bachelor's study there are written the suggestions for the company.
