Final thesis analyzes financial sources of operating cost of secondary schools. Theoretical part is paid to competencies of the founder in funding of secondary schools and to competencies of schools head. There are explained technical economic terms from financing of secondary schools. In thesis is described process compilation of budget, summary of cash flow and explained problematic value added tax. Research part of final thesis is based on make survey. In survey I investigated, if schools are using all of the available sources for financing and if they have revenues in the main activity, if they operate an additional activity and in which domain, whether schools are payers of VAT. Survey was based on randomly asked high schools, established by the Region. Practical part of research investigation brings information about problems, which are presented in front of schools problems in financial are. Vliv tepelného namáhání na mechanické vlastnosti FeNiB amorfní slitiny
Zábranský, Karel ; Jirásková, Yvonna
An influence of thermal treatment in the temperature range of 150 - 350 °C on the structural and mechanical properties of an amorphous FeNiB alloy is investigated. The high tensile strength of 2200 MPa in the as-prepared amorphous state slightly decreases with increasing temperature of annealing up to approximately 200 °C in opposite to microhardness where an increase is observed. Above 200 °C a pronounced deterioration of both characteristics reflect the embrittlement of amorphous structure without any indications of crystallization.

Viscometric study of L-Lysine- and 6-aminocaproic acid-hyaluronan systems behavior within the range of low aminoacids concentrations
Šimáčková, Marcela ; Běťák, Jiří (referee) ; Chytil, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis investigates the interaction between high-molecular weight hyaluronic acid (1.75 MDa HA) and amino acids, particularly lysine and 6-aminocaproic acid. The interactions should occur between the carboxyl groups of HA carrying a negative charge and a positive charge located on the nitrogen atom of the protonated amino acids. The presence of these interactions would mean the possibility of establishing bioactive compounds, e.g. drugs, on hyaluronic acid, in which it would act as a targetting carrier. The interactions were examined at low concentrations for both aminoacids, i.e. below 10 mmoldm-3, and for 6-aminocaproic acid also at high aminoacid concentrations, i.e. above 20 mmoldm-3. The presence of interaction was investigated using not only rheology, but also by measuring pH and conductivity. Based on this research, the interactions manifested in terms of a decrease in the system viscosity.

Synthesis of Mineral Oils by Oligomeration of 1-alkenes
Porubský, Tomáš ; Kučera, František (referee) ; Petrůj, Jaroslav (advisor)
The theoretical part presents a summary of existing information and procedures for the oligomerization of 1 alkenes. It also introduces suggestion of the new method for preparing poly(1-hexene) by controlled or living polymerization with nitroxyl radicals. In the experimental part was synthesized oligomer of 1-hexene with DBP or AIBN radical initiators and coordination Ziegler-Natta catalysts, which consisted of TiCl4 and organometallic compounds TIBA or TNHA. GC/MS analysis of the radical polymerization reaction mixture, showed no oligomer formation even after 6 hours. Effect of Ti/Al ratio, temperature and type of organoaluminium compund on conversion and molecular weight were investigated. Reaction products were analyzed by 1H NMR and GC/MS spectrometry. Results showed that the obtained oligomer was a mixture of oligomers with a degree of polymerization 2-9 and average molecular weight of 220-270 g/mol. Monomer conversion reached values of 72 98 %.

Experimental investigation of electromagnetic activity of living cells at millimeter waves
Jelínek, František ; Pokorný, Jiří ; Šaroch, Jaroslav
The direct detection of electric oscillations in biological cells can deliver strong evidence for Fröhlich's theory of coherent excitation in biological systems. A laboratory equipment fot the measurement of mm-waves interaction with yest cells is described.

The musicians in Czech aristocratic courts in the 16th and the beginning of 17th century
Matyášová, Josefína ; Šedivá Koldinská, Marie (advisor) ; Holý, Martin (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to describe a few aspects of aristocratic music groups and professional musician's lives in the 16th and the beginning of 17th century in Czech lands. It deals with their position in a society (which often depended on current employment), criminality and a regime, set by legal rules. Moreover, it focuses on the possibilities of period musical education and on the difference between conception of music as a science and as a pleisure of senses. It seems to be really topical in the Middle Ages and Early Modern Times too and may have influenced activities of patrons. A part of the thesis investigates national and financial situation in musical groups and their role within special organism of aristocratic courts. Finally, it copes with unclear related terminology.

Support for Nurses in Death Cases at Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units
LAYEROVÁ, Helena
At Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units nurses face the issue of dying and death every day. Very often they are in contact with the dying and their immediate family and they are expected to have professional approach and provide comprehensive care. Stress that the nurses experience in these situations results into mental, emotional and physical exhaustion, and can be manifested by psychosomatic problems. Preparation of nurses to these situations and support of their management is therefore a key factor for the management of this demanding profession. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of the current state of the issue, characterizes resuscitation and intensive care, and deals with the issue of death and dying in Resuscitation Units nad Intensive Care Units, managing situations associated with death and the support of nurses in these situations. The work has four goals. The first objective is to determine what method of preparation of nurses is in practice ensured in Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units for the performance of high-quality nursing care for dying patients. Another objective is to determine whether and how the nurses are prepared and trained in the field of management of situations connected with the death of a patient in Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units. The third objective is, whether there is and what is the form of assistance to nurses in RU and ICU provided by the team and the management of the Department in case of deaths of patients, and the fourth objective is to determine what form and manner of support nurses expect and require. Research part of the thesis was carried out by quantitative investigation using an anonymous questionnaire. Respondents were answering 38 questions, 13 questions were closed, 21 half open and 4 were open. The support is most frequently understood as a psychological support, good teamwork, communication, supervision and representation where necessary. Management is expected primarily to provide support through education, ensuring supervision, corresponding financial support and professional psychological assistance where necessary. On the basis of this work?s results a proposal for the course for paramedical professions working in RS and ICU called ?Course of the Strategy of Difficult Situations Management in the Care for the Dying and Their Close Family in Intensive and Urgent Care?, was made.
