Bussiness Project – Family Education Center

The main purpose of the Master Thesis is creation of the business plan on the establishment of the new preschool education institution Family Education Center. The center will be specialized in operating a kindergarten as well as in organizing educational and personal development activities for children and adults. The theoretical part of the thesis gives some insights on the importance of the entrepreneur and enterprises in the society, provides description of the basic requirements for a business plan and characteristics of the preschool education system in the Czech Republic. Practical part provides an application of the theoretical findings on the creation of the actual business plan. This part verifies the viability and competitiveness of the business project on the basis of the market analysis, marketing and financial plan.

Hrádek u Nechanic - Local Architecture and Its Source of Inspiration

HRÁDEK U NECHANIC - ARCHITECTURE AND ITS INSPIRATORY SOURCES Chateau Hrádek u Nechanic was built by František Arnošt, the count of Harrach (1799-1884) as a new representative residence of the county family and also as a Harrach's earldom administrative centre. The foundation-stone of the carcass was layed in the year 1839 and the ceremonial laying foundation of the chapel took place two years later. The construction was officially completed in the year 1857 but works in interiors were practically proceeding during the whole second half of the 19th century. Subject of this work is architecture of the chateau Hrádek u Nechanic and its inspiratory sources. We talk about first large aristocratic building in the whole Habsburg Imperium that was in such an integral resemblance influenced by the english Gothic Revival phenomenon - an architecture, an interiors culture and a lifestyle. As an author of building plans is despite many obscurities considered Edward Buckton Lamb (1806-1869). It makes from count František Arnošt of Harrach propably the only one developer in the Habsburg Imperium who gave an order of a project for his chateau directly to an english architect. Movement Activities as a Part of the Life of a Pre-schooler

My diploma work deals with the moving activities, which are the component of the life of the children till 6 years of age. The aim of the work is to find how much time use the pre-school child for spontaneous and controlled movement in the family and in the kindergarten. I was interesting, if there is any difference between the moving activities in the villages, in the suburb of the Prague and in the centre of the Prague. Motherhood - Combining work and family

Ce mémoire "La femme comme une mre - la coordination de la famille et du travail" traite le thme du fusionnement de la vie de famille et celle du travail des femmes - mres. Le mémoire contient cinq chapitres principales. D'abord, il se concentre sur l'explication de termes principaux gender et feminisme et esquisse le problme des inégalités de gender dans la société. Le chapitre suivant "La Famille" est centré non seulement sur le rôle de la famiile; les stéréotypes de gender au sein de la famille, mais aussi sur les changements l'intérieur de la famille qui se sont produitent au passé et qui se produisent actuellement. Il décrit le modle traditionnel de la famille qui fonctionnait pendant des sicles et les changements au sein de la famille qui s'imposent actuellement, surtout la réinvention du rôle des hommes comme des pres actifs qui participent l'éducation et au soin de leurs enfants ou au soin du ménage commun. Pour la réunion du travail et de la famille la femme cherche un point d'appui et de l'aide dans sa famille et surtout de la part de son partenaire.

Family housing decision-making

This thesis is concerned with choosing the best and most real estate mortgage loans for family with children. The family should be chosen property near his residence momentary, then it should be recommended for this property the best mortgage loan. Selecting the property was affected by the demands of all family members and subsequent mortgage loans was selected from the products offered on the Czech market in November 2016. The thesis can be thematically divided into three main parts. The first part includes a literature search, which is divided into two areas. First described methods of multi-criteria decision making, which will be used in the decision making process. Along with these methods includes a literature review and theoretical part of the program area Super Decisions, which will be used in the practical part. Furthermore, theoretically they recognized concepts related to mortgage loans, according to which are then laid down criteria for assessing mortgage loans. The second part contains already a practical perspective on family issues, which therefore includes the selection of the best and most real estate mortgage loan program with the help of Super Decisions. The third part includes a summary of the work and the interpretation of results obtained through the program Super Decisions.

Foster care

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of foster care, respectively of alternative family care. The main goal provides a comprehensive interpretation of the problems and issues associated with the adoption of a child in the Czech Republic. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter defines the general elements concerning to the relations between parents and children and here is also described the social and legal protection of children. The second chapter defines various forms of alternative family care, which replaces the natural family. In the third chapter I describe an adoption, which is considered as a most ideal form of foster care. Last, i.e. the fourth chapter focuses on the practical part of the thesis. It consists of the process of arranging adoption (graphic processing), of the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the total number of applicants for the adoption, adopted children in the Czech Republic and adopted children in international adoption.

Prosocial attitudes of adolescents of socially disadvantageous background

This dissertation is distributed into two parts, a theoretic and an empiric ones. The first part deals with morality and prosociality, in the following text these topics are given in a connection with socialization and a family. The second part is created by my own research of prosocial attitudes of adolescents - both from usual population and from a socially disadvantageous background. Prosocial attitudes and behavior are influenced by many factors. Into the main factors are included cognitive development and empathy which quality is very dependent on environment where a person grows up in. This is the reason why this text is focused on a family of adolescents and a socially disadvantageous background, which means concrete children's homes, a sanctuary home, a centre of an educatinal care and one non-profit-making organization (The Colour World of Children). Except the above mentioned, a measure and a grade of prosociality are established on a particular situation, how much this is threatening for a person, if the other persons are present there and if this causes so called dissipation of a responsibility. Executed research proved an importance of a concrete situation and a relation to a person who calls for help. Problems of Children Pre-School Age in Fragmentary Families

My bachelor thesis deals with the observation of children from single-parent families in the preschool age,studying their behavior in the context of their problems. In the theoretical part, defines a family as a social group, its distribution, function and Discussed is also the view of history, which differs considerably from the present. Congenital Cleft lip and palate in the Czech Republic is one of the most occurring congenital defects. Neural tube defect is a complex disabilities whose treatment requires multudisciplinární approach and guides the individual from birth to adulthood. It represents the life of the victim, especially during childhood , adolescence and young adolescence , a number of complications that manifested in virtually all areas of life affected people and have biological, psychological and socio-economic manifestations and consequences. primarily, the defect negative functional consequences of biting , swallowing, breathing and making the voice and speech. Aesthetically affects facial triangle, which most affects the appearance of the face.
