Business culture in a selected company

The main objective of my Bachelor's thesis titled "Business culture in a selected company" was to characterize business culture by its decisive dimensions and propose certain changes leading to the desired states of business culture in the chosen company. I divided the thesis into two sections. In the first section I focused on theory. After the study of technical literature I described the basic theoretical concepts and relations regarding business culture. At first I defined basic terms such as "culture" and "business culture" which serve as an introduction to the given topic. I then focused on the origin of business culture, its value for organizations, its functions, elements and principles. Through the typology of business culture and signs of strong business culture I worked my way through to its changing. In the practical section I analyzed business culture of the company RATAJ a.s. by using a questionnaire survey. This company is located in Nedabyle. My effort with the survey was to find out how the personnel is satisfied with their occupation, how the communication between employees and employers is working out, if the employees are sufficiently motivated, how occupational schooling works and many other issues. I then proposed a solution to improve the current situation in the company on the basis of the results of my questionnaire survey.

Options for financing the operational costs of secondary schools

Final thesis analyzes financial sources of operating cost of secondary schools. Theoretical part is paid to competencies of the founder in funding of secondary schools and to competencies of schools head. There are explained technical economic terms from financing of secondary schools. In thesis is described process compilation of budget, summary of cash flow and explained problematic value added tax. Research part of final thesis is based on make survey. In survey I investigated, if schools are using all of the available sources for financing and if they have revenues in the main activity, if they operate an additional activity and in which domain, whether schools are payers of VAT. Survey was based on randomly asked high schools, established by the Region. Practical part of research investigation brings information about problems, which are presented in front of schools problems in financial are. Thesis served summary of allocation of funds high schools and explains the choices of raising funds for secondary schools.

Estimate VAT selection after the introduction of electronic evidence of sales in the Czech Republic from 2016

The Bachelors Thesis focuses on the topic of the tax collection and other subjects that are related to the topic like underground economy, tax evasion and other instruments that lead to the efficiency improvement of the tax collection. Electronic evidence of taxes in Czech is the kind of the instrument that aims towards the increase of the tax collection and improvement of the control of the taxpayer. Comparation and analysis was used for its methodological basis. Analysis and comparison serves as the proof that the thesis, of the electronic evidence of taxes beeing an effective instrument, is correct. The merit of the thesis is an overall description of the chosen phenomena affecting the tax collection, description of the models of electronic evidence of taxes from abroad and most importantly description and analysis of the upcoming czech one.

Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball

Title: Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball Objectives: The objective is to examine time characteristics, cardiac strain, movement pattern and the individua! volleyball skills in woman playing beach volleyball. The results will help aid athletes and coaches to improve individua} and team performance in the sport. Methods: Analyses of the thirteen game records were used to compile data for statistical time measurements, movement pattems and individua! volleyball skill. Through the use of sport testers, four individua} athletes in four separate toumaments had their heart rates recorded. These heart rates were further analyzed to collect the appropriate data for cardiac strain characteristics. Results: The average game time was 37 minutes with 5 - 9 seconds exercise loads and 15 seconds recovery time. Beach volleyball is high to middle level intensity game with mixed aerobic- anaerobic energy supply system in use. The average heart rate falls in the interval of 150 and 180. The jumping load is about 41 and more jumps counting serve jump, block and spike. The prevalent movement distance is within 4 meter range. Public awareness of drug problems in České Budějovice district

ABSTRACT Addictive drugs are all around us and they have become a part of our lives. The issue of drug abuse is of critical importance, global, and difficult to solve. Typically, drugs are categorized as tolerated or not tolerated by society, and more or less risky. It is vital, therefore, to know the attitude of public to the issue. Lots of drug abuse causes have already been revealed, just like the reasons why some users develop addiction while others do not. In all probability the abuse of drugs or the addiction development cannot be put down to a single background factor. Everything will depend on personality traits of the individual, on his or her environmental conditions, and on specific effects of the drug. Since I take much interest in these issues, I have chosen for my thesis the subject of Public awareness of drug abuse issues in the District of České Budějovice. I investigated what people knew about drug abuse at the District where I live; their opinions of drug abuse; whether they believed that drug abuse deteriorated social position of an individual; whether they believed it boosted the rate of crime; if people were informed about facilities assisting recovery from drug addiction within the District of České Budějovice; and, last but not least, whether they suspected what drugs could come in their way here. The thesis aimed to examine what people knew about the drug abuse issues in the České Budějovice District. This objective has been met. Fifty three percent of respondents were found well informed on the subject, while the remaining 47% lacked the information. The survey was to prove or disprove hypothesis that the public was unaware of organizations providing help to drug addicts - the hypothesis was not confirmed since 51% of respondents were informed about the relevant organizations and 49% were not. Another hypothesis predicted that the public could not tell the illegal drugs from the legal ones - it was not confirmed as the public was found sufficiently informed. The hypotheses expecting the public to believe that drug abuse drives crime and deteriorates the addict's social position were confirmed by the bulk of respondents living in the District of České Budějovice. Ninety nine percent of the respondents believed the drug abuse pushed up the crime rate and 95% were of the opinion that it affected the addict's social position. As follows from the survey, the public in the České Budějovice District was relatively well informed of the drug abuse issues, though the differences encountered between awareness and unawareness of the subject were just minor. I intend to release the thesis as an information source for the general public(in the form of brochures, internet publications or periodicals); moreover, I want to offer the results to organizations engaged in the drug abuse treatment and to students of the University of South Bohemia to serve as training material. The public will find a wealth of important drug-related information in the paper, while the addiction treating organizations will be prompted to fill the gaps still existing in information available to the general public.

Cryotherapy as the oppurtunity for the regeneration of sportsmen

Ifthere is a regulary and properly train information of cold effect for body and prove to provide. On the basis ofthis is determination the quality of information giving to clients and experience ofsportsmen clients at information about influence of cold and this procedure. To find out how the method is used and whether are conditions an fulfiled. Metb.ods :For research I use an exploratory method.The collection of dates was executed by public inguiry and guestionnaires PO:tv1S. The getting dates of particular items was evaluated by qualitative method. Results : This reseach charted cryotherapy centres in the Czech Republic. There was established professional skill specialists served in each of all questionnairy cryotherapy centres. However safety ofthe clients is provided in part only. The clients should have to udergo medical examinations. But these ones are not realised in some of them. The results of this rescach ís cryotherapy centres and sportsmen are deficienty ínformation. Mapping the Possibilities of Dílny Tvořivosti Development

My bachelor's dissertation is mainly focused on mapping the possibilities of implementing activities in the field of employment support for handicapped people in the small region of Opočensko, which is situated in the Královéhradecký region. I analyze current needs of handicapped people expressed through other social and educational service providers and also the state of the local social service market. I map the state of community and strategic planning of the towns Dobruška, Nové Město nad Metují, Opočno and the Královéhradecký region. The summary of its present progress and outputs concerning mainly the state and planned development of social services is further used for more specific definition of the activity of Dílny Tvořivosti nonprofit organization branch in the small region and for framing a draft of a proposed project directly addressing the local situation. In this way I have reached, as I firmly believe, a qualified decision that Dílny tvořivosti can offer its present experience in the field of supporting integration of people threatened with social exclusion and contribute to the solution of current issues of the region in this field. Výběr a implementace open source nástroje pro řízení portfolia projektů

Methods and ways of implementation of changes and innovations in companies through project management are in today's society very well established. There exists methodologies, techniques and tools for the management of individual projects. However in a role of project manager, I very often faced the fact that companies are performing the project portfolio management in very intuitive way. This in itself leads to failed and prematurely terminated projects, initiation of the wrong projects or realisation of correct projects, but at the wrong time. Very often I have also recognized, that there is lack of awareness of fact, that there are also Open Source applications that can help with the organization's portfolio. This thesis deals with the definition of requirements, search and selection of proper OSS application and subsequent implementation. In the first part of this thesis I prepare a theoretical framework about PPM, and on that basis then identify and verify a set of requirements for selection of right OSS PPM application. The next section of thesis describes searching for suitable applications from a variety of sources, assessment against the requirements and the final selection. In the last part the implementation project is drafted, which aims to serve other colleagues in project management as one of the possible implementation paths. The outputs are then continuously confronted with experts in matter of projects and project management in the field of IT in order to maximize symbiosis between theory and real life experiences. Virtually every project management methodology defines the collection of already-proven techniques, best practices or lessons learned from the previous similar implementations. The main contribution of this thesis I see in fact that it contains not only the design of the project implementation, but also describes a logical path, what leads to the result. Therefore this thesis could be used as a base or discussed best practice, when a project of implementation of PPM application in place.

Vliv probiotických krmných aditiv na funkční stav bachoru

In my study I was examining the influence of the probiotic Bifidobacterium sp. on the functional status of the cattle´s rumen. Two adult cows Aberdeen-angus were used in this experiment. They were treated with a permanent cannula, which served for daily dosing of probiotics Bifidobacterium sp.. Samples of rumen fluid were analyzed for the amount of volatile fatty acids, protozoans, pH and the quantity of ammonia. When we tested the effect of the probiotics on each variable, the fixed effect of the influence of an individual has not been proved. When we tested the data without the effect of the individual in a linear model, the variables best describing my data were the butyric and acetic acids. The amount of protozoans increased as there levels grew. There is a strong effect of the individual as only two individuals were used. My results indicate that the influence of the probiotics Bifidobacterium sp., on the functional status of the rumen is low. These results could be affected by the low number of experiment-replication as well as by small quantity of tested animals.

Current Approaches to teaching Dance in selected Prague Institutions

In my thesis I compare three institutions focused on teaching dance. I gained information about these institutions through the research conducted in the form of an interview with representatives of each of them. I also made direct observation.
The aim of this thesis was to find current approaches to teaching dance, long -term goals of each institution and priorities of their wards presentation.
Total number of pupils, division of classes and specific number of pupils in each class serves for clarity and total conception of each institution. Results then bring concrete idea of the institution.
