Basic information serving to developed qualitatively new codes corresponding to probabilistic assessment exposed to dynamic loaded structures
Pirner, Miroš ; Fischer, Ondřej ; Marek, Pavel ; Urushadze, Shota
The first condition for a reliable structure is a well-judged design, correctly and carefully calculated, and based on authentic input values. So fare we were used to take these values from the Codes and in the case that they can very accidentally, this variability can be respected by means of a coefficient. A more realistic approach is to take into account directly the random nature of the property in question, and to describe it in probabilistic terms (by a histogram). This can be done with the use of SBRA (Simulation Based Reliability Assessment) method. Here some considerations are shown, how the actual Czech Codes should be reorganized for probabilistic design, in the case of dynamic civil engineering problems. In this paper the problems of loading are treated; the problems of structural response and some special examples are shown in the full text on CD.

Porting of Prawn Library from Ruby to Python 3
Molhanec, Michal ; Pícka, Marek (advisor) ; Mikoláš, Mikoláš (referee)
This work focuses on automatic translation of code written in Ruby programming language into Python 3. First part investigates principles of computer programming languages translation as is described in the literature. Second part compares elements of these two programming languages and suggests ways how these elements can be translated. Based on this theory I developed Ruby-to-Python translator. Its working is demonstrated on the translation of the Prawn library for generating PDF files.

Mythology and ideology of "children's" semantic codes in the magazine Sluníčko before and after year 1989
Smrčková, Andrea ; Švec, Luboš (referee) ; Šoltys, Otakar (advisor)
Diploma thesis "Mythology and ideology of "children's" semantic codes in the magazine Sluníčko before and after year 1989" deals with a specific way of construction of reality. We worked with two volumes, No. 20 and 40. Theoretic part deals with the description of main method - semiotic analysis, but also with psychological development of a child, genres intended for a child reader and with the transformation of mythology. We tried to detect myths connected with some topics (family, festival, education, work and differences among people). We carried out semiotic analysis based on the Barthes' theory of mythology and ideology. We studied what happens with the parts of sign in the prime system, if they move into to the secondary system. Barthes called this system metalanguage or also a mythological system. Another chapter deals with advertising that appeared in volume 40. According to the primary hypotheses there aren't changes in mythology and ideology. After we had analysed texts and also some pictures, we recognized that our inquests aren't definite. The myth has not been transformed only in the event of some subjects (e.g. family); changes in mythology are connected with an ideological transformation (e.g. subjects work and festival). Guesthouse
Dufek, Tomáš ; Žižka, Lukáš (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The master´s thesis is focused on the design of a pension in the city of Jevišovice. The plot is actually flat. Part of the building is suited for accommodation, there are going to be 24 beds in the rooms, Restaurant is going to be available for 36 persons. The other past of the building object is for the owners personal use. Entrance is for persons with limited mobility. The structure of peripheral walls is from KVH lumber with 160/60mm cross-sectional dimensions. Internal walls are planned from KVH profiles with 100/60mm ceiling roof are from BSH profiles. The distance between the profile is 625mm. Most of the structure is designed as a diffusely-open structure, where as at places where is was required they are diffusely-close. The building is founded on strips. Roof is flat, one-layer, with gravel as stabilization. Thermal properties do all the requirements of CSN codes.

Optimization of large technology compound design
Krňávek, Ondřej ; Kršík, Jakub (referee) ; Nevařil, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the optimization of the structural design of large technology compounds. The main emphasis is placed on the participation of available optimization instruments in the design of supporting structures of these constructions. The introductory part is primarily focused on the optimization itself. In this part are further specified also used optimization methods, computational finite element method, implemented code checks and calculation of cost of construction. The main part is dedicated to application of optimization procedure for the design of steel supporting structure of the auxiliary technological object of thermal power plant. The objective criterium shall then constitute the total cost of construction works along with operating costs. For the solution is used Scia Engineer software together with optimization module Scia Engineer Optimization Toolbox. The whole analysis is presented comprehensively from the description of computational model to results evaluation. The attention is paid to the optimization task settings, technical solution of optimization, optimization methods deployment and during the calculation process (especially to the development of objective function values and desing constraints during the optimization solution).

Kašpar, Petr ; Frýza, Tomáš (referee) ; Jakubová, Ivana (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create adaptor with microcontroller for data acgusition system. Function of the device is to receive serial asynchronous string of ASCII characters which was send from ultrasonic thickness gauge. Baud rate of transmittion is 2400Bd. Transmittion is realized according to RS-232 standard. Part of the string contains numeric information about value which was measured by thickness gauge. This numeric information is in microcontroller multiplied with corrective constant and decimal point in result is placed to right position. Corrective constant is stored in EEPROM memory. After that adaptor transsmits data to superior system in format of serial asynchronous string of ASCII with baud rate 9600Bd. Thesis describes service code for microcontroller in Assembler language and hardware construction of device.

The crime of habitual drunkenness under s. 360 of the Criminal Code
Přívara, Mojmír ; Říha, Jiří (advisor) ; Herczeg, Jiří (referee)
The crime of habitual drunkenness under s. 360 of the Criminal Code SUMMARY The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the crime of drunkenness under valid and effective law. The offense of drunkenness is regulated in the sec. 360 of the Criminal Code (40/2009 Coll.). In the introduction to my thesis I put forward current issues, which I wish to research in my work and mention several particular questions, which I wish to answer of all things. My thesis consists of eight chapters: In the first chapter, the basic issues, I generally introduce the matter of the offense of drunkenness, then I zoom on several theoretical ways of treatments of the culpable insanity and finally, I try to place the offense in a context of the Czech criminal law and its relations to whole legal system. The second chapter is dedicated to the development of the offense of drunkenness in this country. Most interesting point to see is, how much theoretical modifications and their variants followed during the time and how they interacted and influenced each other. In the third chapter, which is the most comprehensive part of my thesis, I analyze the facts of the crime of drunkenness. I define its key terms and details related to the features, which characterize the offense. This chapter describes close quasidelict to a greater details and...
