Tools against tax evasion of value added tax and their effectiveness
Jelínková, Petra ; Čapek, Jan (advisor) ; Zídková, Hana (referee)
This thesis deals with tools against tax evasion of value added tax. The main aim of this work is to analyse tools that either have been implemented in the Czech Republic and the European Union already, or, it is being planned to be introduced in the near future, and then, to evaluate their impact and effectiveness. Theoretical points and analysis of the tools take the first part of this thesis. It is a description of the principle of the functioning of value added tax, definition of tax evasion, legislative regulation of value added tax, and current forms of tax evasion. In the second part, every tool is being analysed, described the basic principles of the functioning, legislative regulation, and analysis of its advantages and disadvantages. It deals with VAT control report, electronic records of sales, reverse charge, concept of liability, comprehensive reporting and VIES.

Design of technology for a mould manufacturing for casting in short run production
Pivoda, Miroslav ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of thesis is to describe the basic methods called Rapid Prototyping in theory and using one of them to create master model. Master model will be used to create silicone mould where a limited series of wax models will be by means of vacuum casting chamber. They will also be used to make ceramic form in which the final pad will be cast from freely accessible materials. After processing it the suitability of the proposed technologies for the production of the part in question will be assessed.

Osvědčení jako schůdný mechanismus zajištění kvality v tranzitivních ekonomikách: důkazy, teorie a otevřené otázky
Ortmann, Andreas ; Svítková, Katarína ; Krnáčová, A.
In this article we discuss a form of enforcement that relies much less, or not at all, on the state, and that relies on the market only indirectly: Certification agencies force their members to reveal their (good) type through costly signals that can be “engineered” to induce a separating equilibrium. We discuss the viability of this system of enforcement in an environment where state and market have failed to deliver a satisfying degree of quality assurance (namely, fundraising), and also discuss related information systems and systems of quality assurance.

Difficulty of blind man in medical institution
Dvořáková, Bohdana ; Kutnohorská, Jana (advisor) ; Machalová, Iva (referee) ; Pečenková, Jaroslava (referee)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of special needs of blind people in medical institutions. It draws attention to the necessity of a greater degree of cooperation of multidisciplinary teams in treating the blind. The thesis deals with various types 85 of architectural barriers that make it practically impossible for the handicapped to orientate themselves and it tries to explain how to eliminate them. It argues that theoretical and practical training of medical staff is necessary in order to avoid cases of blind people being disadvantaged in our mostly sighted society. The basis of the thesis is formed by qualitative research with seven blind respondents. The method of semi-structured interview was used here and the respondents were carefully chosen. The main criterion was the acceptation of the handicap and experience with medical staff in hospitals. An issue was examined, why do these people, who lead normal lives (work, travel on their own in public transport, communicate with authorities, raise children), have problems to visit medical facilities alone, without company.

Analysis of strengthening intellectual property rights on selected economic indicators in selected world countries in years 2013 to 2015
Tománek, Michael ; Zeman, Martin (advisor) ; Maule, Petr (referee)
This paper analyzes the relationship between the protection of intellectual property rights, and selected economic indicators between 2013 and 2015. The topic is the impact of intellectual property protection to economic growth and development. The theoretical part analyzes the different views on the issue of intellectual property, its forms of protection and analysis of international protection. It also defines GDP, GDP per capita, foreign direct investment and research and development expenditure. The practical part analyzes the correlation between these economic indicators and index of intellectual property rights, as an indicator of the strength of protection of intellectual property rights in selected countries. The work focuses on industrial property.

Design of airframe mold for ultra-light aircraft manufacturing
Zatočilová, Aneta ; Dočkal, Aleš (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with digital data processing during the design of a mould of ultralight airplane airframe. The final digital model meets the demands on manufacturability by using CNC machining. The realization, in compliance with the reverse engineering approach, was conceived in four phases, which had to be solved step by step in order to preserve the continuity of the process. The phases correspond to the main chapters of the practical part of the thesis. The first part is focused on 3D digitalization of airplane fuselage by using an optic scanner ATOS and photogrammetric system Tritop. The result of this part is digital data of fuselage geometry in form of polygon grid. Next part deals with software reconstruction of collected data – by optimizing polygon grid in order to provide suitable base for surface modeling. The third part, the most time demanding, handles the creation of airplane fuselage surface model. Geometry has to satisfy requirements for smoothness and tangential or curvative connection of surfaces, including other requirements resulting from model usage. The final part of the thesis documents the procedure of deriving a mould from the aircraft fuselage geometry.

Crisis Intervention as a Form How to Help the Students SPŠ Tachov
Klimeš, Milan ; Sivek, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Černá Lammelová, Alexandra (referee)
This work describes and values the possibility of using the crisis intervention at school. The teacher is also a worker of helping profession. We solve the social dilemma of students with the help of the crisis intervention. The social dilemma is about students ́ matters at school, home and their private life. In the theoretic part there is a term "crises", there are reasons, types of crises and style of dealing with the crises. There is also the way how to solve the crises and there are also some basic forms of the skilled crisis intervention. In the part called crisis intervention there is the term "crisis intervention" and there are its important principles. Than the work is focused on process of the crisis intervention, it describes the worker of the crisis intervention and specification of the work at schools. In the practical part there is a classification of the students ́ behaving and there is one example of the solving the crisis intervention. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The Possibilities in the Efectivity of the Primary Prevention
Hermanová, Lenka ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Roth, Martin (referee)
Knowledges from different researchers showed necessity to begin with primary prevention activities from childhood. This function has primarily family and home - folks, then preJschool education and schools. This thesis is about possibilities how to make the primary prevention for children and young people more effective. Particular attention is paid on the primary prevention programs in schools. But there are other factors very important beyond these activities. And it is homeJfolks, primarily family and peers but also terms in the society. There are very important protective and risk factors, which prevention tends to enhance or tries to minimise. There are a lot of methods and criterias which are very important in these programs to be consider effective. And it is very important to adapt methods and forms of these programs to the age of individual. There are mentioned information about specificity in class of age, various types of programs and methods in this essay. Further information are about the possibilities and approaches, which are indispensable to achive success in the field of primary prevention school programs. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
