Strategické možnosti ve vinařství v České republice
Šperková, Radka
The topic of this dissertation thesis is the wine sector and its main aim is to define recommendations for enterprises in this sector and for enterprises that are just considering the entrance. Suggested recommendations are results of external environment analysis, assessment of attractiveness of the sector and complex analysis of the competition in the sector. According to the results, a recommendation for two extreme cases of enterprises considering the entrance to the sector has been suggested. In first case -- a micro company, cautious entrance with minimal investments, differentiation of the production and than gradual growth of market share was suggested. For a company of medium size that means need of high investments -- especially into technology and marketing. Recommendations were also suggested for two model examples of current enterprises. Micro companies should be focused on realization of conservative strategies like market penetration, concentric diversification and costs minimization. On the other hand, companies of medium size should be focused on realization of aggressive strategies such as development of new products, diversification, and backward, forward or horizontal integration. Also usability of modification of statistic method of cluster analysis as appropriate tool for competition group analysis has been verified.

Shaft manufacturing using forging technology
Vaško, Michal ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (referee) ; Šlais, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with project of shaft manufacturing using drop forging technology. This technology is manufacturing using cubic forming on vertical forging press. Work includes detail data for working out technical drawings of suggested component. Thanks to modification of parameters and forging a whole we reduce material waste which is compared to turning technology. Production process is adapted to established production process in company Kovarna ZETOR Brno. Further the work includes cost price of one forging from the set of 30 000 products a year. The work also contains background research of drop forging technology, technical drawings, production process list and simulation outcome for drop forging of the suggested komponent by software FormFEM.

Brand marketing strategy, men´s clothing brand Stones by Steilmann
Pařez, David ; Zadražilová, Dana (advisor) ; Khelerová, Vladimíra (referee)
The aim of my bachelor ´s thesis Brand marketing strategy, men ´s clothing brand Stones by Steilmann Praha is to undertake marketing research of brand and its subsequent evaluation and suggest modifications of marketing brand strategy. The first part deals with consumer issues and consumer behavior, describes what is the brand and its history, defines the brand identity, brand image, awareness and the way of increasing brand value. Further I mention particular steps of the process of the strategic brand management. At the beginning of the following section is the analysis of the current situation on the Czech market with the men´s fashion, introduction of the brand Stones and its history, and description of the competitors. In the next part there is SWOT and marketing mix analysis. Another part of my thesis is marketing research of the brand Stones and evaluation of research results. In the final part I suggest modification of the marketing brand strategy with respect to the survey results.

Information System Assessment and Proposal for ICT Modification
Truhlář, Petr ; Hatalová, Martina (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
I have chosen this topic of my paper, because I have been working in Divadlo Husa na provázku as a network administrator. The every day problems I have been contending with should be eliminated by this project as well as it can bring some new pleasant function in whole computer infrastructure. In theoretical part of my paper I will engage in information systems in general and it’s analyse. In a practical part of my paper I will use HOS 8 analyse for evaluation of current IS. After this analyse some variation of improvement will be introduced. In final part of this paper will be the financial calculation of suggested solutions included.

JavaFX 8 and its Application in Education
Kopecký, Jan ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (referee)
The thesis as the name suggests approaches the topic of graphical framework JavaFX 8 and its potential use in education. First off it introduces the JavaFX 8 framework as a whole. It explains the basic principles and comments on various advantages, architecture and important differences in working approach compared to using Swing library. After communicating the basics of the framework JavaFX 8, thesis proceeds to convert the selected applications used in education at VŠE in effort to demonstrate previously ex-plained attributes of the framework. It starts off with a simple Zipper application, continues explaining the attributes on semester assignment Adventura and concludes with Canvas library. Work is finished by summing up all the knowledge gained through the conversion efforts. It also evaluates the level of achieved success, answers whether it is better to convert an application or simply write a new one from scratch, and explains why the programming education at VŠE should develop in this direction.

Assessment of transfer line exchanger
Hradil, Lukáš ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This theses work is concerned with assessment of transfer line exchanger behind pusher furnace. First part is describing technical characteristic and parametres. The most important part of this theses is thermic calculation of the boiler. Last following part is concerned with suggestions of constructional modifications of heating surface for proper functioning of boiler. These modifications are demonstrated by scheme in the enclosure.

Sound interface in application for the blind
Načeradský, Hynek ; Samec, Marek (advisor) ; Vacek, Martin (referee)
This work addresses use of sound interface in application for blind users. Correct application design is achieved by analysis of similar applications and by assesment of problematic areas in creation of applications for blind users. This work suggests rules for solving these problematic areas, which are underlined in practical part. Practical part of this work is mainly focused on design and creation of application, which offers alternative approach to file management. Application is based on speech synthesis and accessibility for blind users, which is achieved by use of open source libraries. The main benefit of this work is suggesting rules, which can serve in creating accessible applications and realization of application, which is based on those rules.

Assessment of service conditions of the screw grips of testing machine MTS 810
Votroubek, Tomáš ; Čermák, Jan (referee) ; Náhlík, Luboš (advisor)
This diploma thesis is aimed to assessment of safety of screw grips of testing machine MTS 810. Some parts of grips are predisposed to damage at low temperature (-180°C), e.g. spacer, isolating ceramics lamellas, etc. To guarantee its perfect function under hard laboratory conditions the finite element analysis was performed and suitable modifications grips parts have been suggested with respect to maximum of application of recent parts. Part of the thesis is devoted to suggestion of suitable tightening torque of experimental sample under different temperatures. For necessary numerical computations FEM system Ansys was used.

Electronically tunable frequency filters
Štěpán, Radim ; Jeřábek, Jan (referee) ; Herencsár, Norbert (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of electronically controllable filters by means of modern active elemental parts such as current conveyors, transconduct amplifiers or programmable current amplifiers. The suggestion of new connection of frequency filters uses graphic chart of active and passive elements. In the introduction there is described the survey of signal flow graphs, modern active elements suitable for proposal frequency elements. The procedure of proposal of controllable frequency filter based on set typical formula of designed circuit is demonstrated as an example. On a basis of different modifications the designed circuit is made with various types of active elements. Simulation results of the program PCspice confirmed the proper working of the proposal circuits.
