Segmentation of the organic food market

The goal of this masters thesis is focused on segmentation of the organic food market in the Czech Republic based on analysis of similarities or differences among consumers in Czech organic food market and also find out who is a typical organic food consumer. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical, the methodological and the practical part. Process of the market segmentation, methods and approaches of the segmentation, the basic concepts and legislation on the matter are described in the theoretical part. Furthermore, mapping the situation of the contemporary state of the Czech organic food market. Marketing research is introduced in methodological part of the thesis. The practical part includes market segmentation by using secondary data MML - TGI (with Data Analyzer software) and primary data from quantitative research (with SPSS software). Variables were reduced to the four factors by using factor analysis. Then consumers were put into five clusters based on cluster analysis. Segments were characterized in detail using a general analysis, contingency tables, MCART analysis and multivariate statistical methods. Finally, there were elaborated appropriate marketing recommendations for the individual segments to effective marketing communication with them.

Thesis on:" Descriptive analysis of selected property transactions with companies ( commercial plant)" is dedicated to understanding the challenges of ownership transakcions and their types . Subsequently, the work deals with thoroughly selected ownership transaction - merger acquisition . In this chapter, the thesis provides detailed information on the merger acquisition and its progress. In the practical part of the thesis analysis of three selected merger acquisition was made, where the analysis focuses mainly on changes in ownership structures and differences from revaluation , if this event occurred. The final chapter then compares the transactions again, especially in terms of ownership structure and difference from revaluation.

Currency Trading Strategies

My bachelor thesis is concerned with algorithmic trading on foreign exchange markets. Motivation is to create practical work which will cover basics for my ongoing work. From my perspective it is very important to describe assumptions which are necessary in order to properly understand functionality of automated trading. The initial theoretical part includes essential description of methods and tools for Technical Analysis and Money Management which are used afterwards. Further my aim is to show optimization process that is used by professional traders to achieve better and consistent trading results. Finally all calculations will be processed by the TradeStation trading platform and written in EasyLanguage. The end of my thesis includes complete algorithm, ready for immediate use.

Analysis of geolocation databases

This thesis is focused on collecting data from commercial geolocation databases and its analysis. The theoretical part discusses techniques of IP geolocation, briefly describes commercial geolocation databases and mechanisms for accessing their geolocation services. The practical part of this thesis involves implementation of scripts for collecting and modification data retrieved from commercial geolocation databases for further analysis. First script collects the data and store them in output files in specified format. Second script modifies gathered data to achieve better accuracy. Detailed analysis is performed afterwards. Analysis is performed at several levels. This includes country, region and city accuracy as well as accuracy on latitude and longitude parameters. Output of this analysis will be conclusive, and will also display accuracy of tested geolocation services. The aim of this thesis is to analyze currently available commercial geolocation services and to prove their accuracy. Used scripts are implemented in Python programming language in version 3 using modules urllib, re and json. Scripts are test on commodity hardware with Linux operating system.

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. Systems for checing electronic texts

The work deals with the possibility of control of electronic texts. Whether it is a source codes or standard text documents. The first chapter is devoted to a brief explanation of the term plagiarism and its characters. Sequentially we describe the methods and metrics used to detect plagiarist. Then we pay attention to detect plagiarism in the free text and source codes. We describe the way of preprocessing of a file and choice of basic units, which represent the document in the comparing. Source codes have a exact syntax. Therefore we attend to the syntax and semantic analysis in the chapter, which describes the check of source codes. The second half of the work is focused on the practical part, particularly on programs intended to control the source codes. The programs are divided to the freely available and the commercial. This is followed by their brief description and if it is a free trial possible we mention the results from this comparing. So we created a corpus of source codes. At the end of the work we focus on design of a program, which compares two source codes on the basis of statistical similarities.

Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs

The final thesis deals with the topic "Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs." It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter covers the business environment in general and evaluates the position of the Czech Republic in various competitiveness rankings or reports. The second chapter describes the Czech business environment -- its state and development from 1989 to the present and evaluates the Czech business environment using the PEST analysis. The last chapter is purely practical and outlines the view of Italian entrepreneurs on the Czech business environment, their opinions and experience gained during doing business in the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is summarized at the end in the SWOT analysis of the Czech business environment.

Comparison of hedging instruments in international trade

The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. In first part hedging instruments, namely the Letter of Credit, Documentary Collection, Bill of Exchange, Factoring, Forfaiting and Bank Guarantee are analyzed. The aim of analysis is to describe the basic characteristics of instruments and course of these instruments. Subsequently, the instruments are compared to each other on the basis of the advantages and disadvatages they bring to participants. The next part is devoted to an analysis of charges associated with the use of particular hedging instruments in selected banks and the comparison of instruments based on selected criteria. The specific use of the hedging instrument is shown in the case study.
