Práce je rozdělena na část teoreticko-metodologickou a část analytickou. Vrámci teoreticko-metodologické části jsou analyzovány základní platební zajišťovací instrumenty, konkrétně dokumentární akreditiv, dokumentární inkaso, směnka, faktoring, forfaiting a bankovní záruka. Předmětem analýz je přiblížení hlavních znaků jednotlivých nástrojů a průběhu jejich poskytování z obecného hlediska. Následně jsou instrumenty porovnávány mezi sebou, a to pomocí výhod a nevýhod, které účastníkům přinášejí. Další část práce tvoří analýza poplatků spojených s využitím jednotlivých zajišťovacích instrumentů ve vybraných bankách a komparace nástrojů na základě zvolených kritérií. Analýza poplatků je provedena nejprve obecně, následně na modelových příkladech. Na základě syntézy výsledků provedené analýzy a ostatních zjištění, zejména výhod a nevýhod, které jednotlivé nástroje přinášejí, je provedena komparace těchto instrumentů dle zvolených kritérií. Konkrétní využití platebního zajišťovacího instrumentu je uvedeno v případové studii. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. In first part hedging instruments, namely the Letter of Credit, Documentary Collection, Bill of Exchange, Factoring, Forfaiting and Bank Guarantee are analyzed. The aim of analysis is to describe the basic characteristics of instruments and course of these instruments. Subsequently, the instruments are compared to each other on the basis of the advantages and disadvatages they bring to participants. The next part is devoted to an analysis of charges associated with the use of particular hedging instruments in selected banks and the comparison of instruments based on selected criteria. The specific use of the hedging instrument is shown in the case study.
