The main goal of the bachelor study is to create functional marketing plan for year 2017 that is consistent with the existing long-term marketing strategy. This thesis is created for use in business company MAGICAM HD SOLUTIONS Ltd. The core of the thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The first part laid the foundations basis of the terms used in the marketing planning, it is described the relationship marketing strategy, plan and tactics and role in the functioning of the marketing plan of the company. The second part contains the characteristics of the company, the analysis of external and internal factors affecting the company, SWOT analysis, setting goals and designing procedures by which the company will achieved set go-als. The practical part also contains specific steps in the action programs and timetable. Finally the thesis evaluates individual parts and contribution to the company.

Use of distribution of tasks in construction company

Bachelor thesis deals with distribution of tasks, which have utility in the construction company. The aim is to apply these distribution of tasks to problems with which the construction company often meets, and to reach an acceptable solution that will help to streamline production, save working time or financial recourses. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which presents problems in construction companies in general, as well as the application of different types of distribution of tasks. Furthermore, we face mathematical models of these tasks and with description of optimization software LINGO, which we will use to resolve them. In the practical part the distribution of tasks are applied to concrete problems and real data. The final part contains an overall assessment of the results.

Registered (prescribed) capital of capital companies, its creation and protection

Résumé Authorized Capital of Stock Companies, its Formation and Protection Czech legal regulations related to authorized capital stem from the European concept of the real formation and preservation of the authorized capital that leads particularly to providing minimum guarantee rate of the stock company to its creditors. Authorized capital is an abstract number and it expresses the financial value of assets invested in the stock capital by its partners. The Commercial Code shall expressly stipulate the duty of authorized capital formation for the limited liability company as well as joint-stock company. The duty to form authorized capital at their formation may be indirectly permitted also for limited partnerships. In professional literature, the three basic functions of authorized capital are traditionally listed. Guarantee function, authorized capital as profit and loss measure and authorized capital as a mean to specify partner's share in the company. The concept of real authorized capital formation adopted by most European legal systems is based on achieving correspondence between the authorized capital and real capital and capital preservation through protective rules. Bachelor thesis named Controlling in managing of DHL company is focused on controlling tool and it is focused on assessing of value and practical use of this mentioned tool to ensure an improvement of the company. First part of bachelor thesis will acquaint readers about general theoretical base of controlling and then the following part of introduction gets reader closer to more specific area of this tool and that is financial controlling. Second part of bachelor thesis is focused on practical application and use of financial controlling in the international company, especially acquaint readers about position of controlling department in the company's organization tree, the individual activities including liability and responsibilities comes from the activity concerned.

Elaboration of a marketing strategy for mid-sized company

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing strategy of mid-sized company called TRIPOR Ltd., the business deals with buying and selling porcelain and glass .The business is located in Klášterec nad Ohří. The aim of this work is to analyze the current marketing strategy of the company, its evaluation, suggestion and marketing strategy of the company. The work is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical part, which describes the particular theory of marketing. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the company TRIPOR Ltd. and suggestions on what should be done to improve the company's marketing strategy. Furthermore this thesis describes the suggestion of marketing strategies for both wholesale, and retail. Individual sub-chapters describe the company TRIPOR, Ltd., its history, current marketing strategy and suggestions how to improve its marketing strategy. To improve the marketing strategy, SWOT analysis is used in this thesis and it is primarily focused on improving the distribution strategy, product strategy, pricing strategy and communication strategy. The communication strategy also includes a summary of the costs of measures which should help the company to improve not only their marketing strategy but as well as the market position of the company.

Business Intelligence solutions in a company Topaz

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the business environment of the company Topaz and to design a BI solution prototype based on this analysis and requirements of company. The solution will be used in subsequent support for the managerial decisions of the business owner. The necessary condition for fulfilling the objective of this thesis was the access to the in-formation system of the company and to the data that were used as a basis for the analysis and design of the Business Intelligence solution. Access to the IS and its data has been granted by the owner of the company Topaz. The work is divided into theoretical part, which describes the basic characteristics of BI, or the Self-Service BI respectively, and to the practical part, where the running of the company is described with an emphasis on the support of an established information system. Then, an initial study is conducted, including requirements, with which the dimensional model is made. Finally, samples of the respective reports are presented.

Protection against DDoS attacks in the cloud computing

DDoS Attacks are nowadays huge threat on the internet. Many people and companies are dependent on accessibility of their data, services or applications. And that is what attackers try to abuse. In some cases, site or application that is not working, can make very bad name for the company in public. DDoS attacks are dangerous for people working at home, for corporate networks and mainly for huge clouds. Cloud are often targets of attacks because of how many people are affected by it. This thesis is focused on types of DDoS attacks we know and goal of the thesis is to find best defense solutions, mainly for defending the cloud computing. I will choose and describe the most common methods we know and use. In theoretical part I will describe what is cloud computing and DDoS attacks and what types of DDoS we know. In practical part I will describe the most common and efficient methods of defense.
