The system and the financing system of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic in the period 2010-2016
Křížová, Natálie ; Lukášová, Tereza (advisor) ; Bartůsková, Lucia (referee)
The bachelor thesis focuses on mental health, which is becoming a socio-economic problem these days. Since there is a constant prevalence of patients with mental illnesses and thus an increase of a burden in the economic system, this work explains the system of psychiatric care, which is crucial for the future development of mental health of Czech population. Based on the analysis of the issue it is evident that the effort to manage the care system to community care will do not contribute to the reduction of treatment costs, but on the other hand, will facilitate the accessibility to psychiatric facilities for patients. The funding of psychiatric care is not based on the national health system, which influences the direction of a large part of the funds for treatment in psychiatric hospitals.

The status of women on the labour market in Czech Republic
Skopalíková, Anna ; Chytil, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Čermáková, Klára (referee)
The bachelor thesis addresses discrimination of women on the labour market in Czech Republic. Its aim is to verify hypothesises about the existence of lower mean wages of women and about the existence of discrimination of women on the labour market in Czech Republic. Oaxaca wage differential decomposition which is introduced in the theoretical part of the thesis confirmed the existence of wage differentials between the wages of men and women on the Czech labour market, in selected regions and in selected occupational fields. This confirms the hypothesis about lower mean wages of women. Oaxaca wage differentials decomposition also confirms that the wage gap can be explained in most cases up to 18 %. The second hypothesis is confirmed only partially. The discrimination of women probably exists on the labour market but it is not possible to confirm the size of it. The unexplained component of the wage gap (based on the Oaxaca decomposition) includes besides other things the discrimination coefficient. The size of this coefficient is not possible to determine. The secondary aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the impact of individual variables on the observed wage gaps. Factors which most often influence the wage gaps are education and age.

Analysis of the Economic Development of BRICS Countries in 2007–2015
Berka, Kryštof ; Procházka, Pavel (advisor) ; Dyba, Karel (referee)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is economic development assessment among and within BRICs countries in the context of developed world during 2007-2015. Based on yearly panel data, an analysis for following macroeconomic indicators was carried out: gross domestic product, inflation rate, unemployment rate, current account on the balance of payments, exchange rate. The profound analysis of selected indicators is instrumental in the comparison of member states and is supplemented by the comparison of BRICs and G6. Based on its evidence, I come to a conclusion that the BRICs as a whole succeeded in establishing as a strong global actor. That has been achieved with the help of global financial crisis, but also with regard to the economic policy implemented in 2007-2015. As a result, GDP of BRICs in terms of GDP of G6 achieved stable growth rate leading to its increase by 52 %. Besides providing main findings, outcomes of this thesis enable to identify main weaknesses and strengths of BRICs economies affecting the prospects for continuance of stable economic growth.

Development of POS system application with support of EET for retail trade
Nguyen Manh, Tho ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to design and develop an application software for the POS system. The main criterion of the developed system is to support online registration of sales, which meets the requirements stated by the Act no. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales. In this thesis the POS system is designated to support processes of retail trade. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the POS system and its components. To solve the issue of online registration of sales, an analysis of the legislation and the market with the POS systems was made. The thesis also presents an analysis of the processes and requirements, a solution design and the implementation of applications based on Java. To test the functionality of the developed application a test case was used. The final chapter summarizes the content of the thesis and outlines possible future developments. The output of this paper is a functional POS application, which will be available for download under open-source license. This paper could also serve as a business guide to understand the topic of POS systems and online registration of sales.

Comparison of Old Norse and Proto-Norse Noun Declension
Šimeček, David ; Starý, Jiří (advisor) ; Štajnerová, Petra (referee)
Comparison of Old Norse and Proto-Norse Noun Declension The purpose of this thesis is to follow the development of noun declensions from Proto-Norse to the Old Norse (Old Icelandic) language. The first of the three chapters seeks to give a comprehensive overview of Proto-Norse noun declensions. This overview is based on the evidence of the older runic inscriptions and on reconstruction using relevant linguistic literature. Each of the declensions is presented in the form of a paradigm accompanied by commentary and quotations of preserved grammatical forms. The second and largest chapter presents a survey of Old Norse (Old Icelandic) noun declensions. The survey has two aims. The first aim is to provide a synchronic description of the Old Norse noun declension system which would not be encumbered by an excess of diachronic approach as is often the case in the traditional grammars of Old Norse. At the same time, however, it should show how Old Norse inflectional exponents and classes continue the Proto-Norse declensions as presented in the first chapter. There is also a discussion of some of the systemic causes leading to morphological changes in inflection. The third chapter sums up the previous diachronic analysis and questions the validity of the traditional designations of declension classes based on...

Complexes of Cationic Porphyrins with Nucleic Acids Studied by Surface Enhanced Resonance Raman Spectroscopy
Lásková, Barbora ; Mojzeš, Peter (advisor) ; Michl, Martin (referee)
Complexes of cationic porphyrins with nucleic acids are interesting from the point of view of delivery of therapeutic oligonucleotides into cells as well as for photodynamic therapy of cancer. Diploma thesis deals with study of the complexes of cationic metalloporphyrin CuTMPyP4 with poly(dG-dC)2, where intercalation of porphyrin within polynucleotide's base pairs is supposed and with poly(dA-dT)2, poly(dA)·poly(dT), in which external groove-binding of CuTMPyP4 on the helix is assumed. The measurements were made by SERRS, RRS and absorption spectroscopies. From the time evolution of the SERRS spectra for each complex it was found, that intensity of SERRS spectra and rate of SERRS kinetics for complexes fall short of intuitive supposition about low SERRS signal and its slow increasing in the case of intercalation of porphyrin, because for complex of CuTMPyP4 with poly(dG-dC)2, the SERRS kinetic are very fast and final SERRS signal is more intense than for poly(dA-dT)2, poly(dA)·poly(dT). Comparing the SERRS and RRS spectra of the complexes it was found that SERRS spectra correspond to the porphyrin molecules released from the complexes rather that to the entire complexes. Study of various colloidal systems used for SERRS measurements revealed that SERRS signal evolves with time of exposition, namely for...

Dance education of preschool hyperactive children
Lacková, Ivana ; LÖSSL, Jiří (advisor) ; FRIČOVÁ, Marie (referee)
The topic of this diploma thesis is Dance education of preschool hyperactive children. Goal of research is to describe teaching of hyperactive children especially dance lessons. Second part is focused on practical dance lesson of ADHD children. There is described example dance lesson based on theory and practical experience of experts. The result of research is that supply of special lessons is very limited and it is big pity. In the diploma thesis was recognized that the education with special program should help to children with ADHD and it can be good supplement to standard medical therapy.

Possibilities of physical therapy in females with muscular dysbalances of the type of the upper crossed syndrome
Tetřevová, Eva ; Smolíková, Libuše (advisor) ; Smékal, David (referee)
Upper-crossed syndrome is, according to Janda, described as a muscle imbalance in the upper part of the body, which significantly affects function of the cervical spine, the thoracic spine and the shoulder girdle. The non-physiological function and the position in these parts further influence, above all, respiratory stereotype - upper breathing - and body statics. Therapy is based on influencing the deep stabilizing system, followed by a therapy focused on the place of malfunction and the kinesiology count. Therapy of deep stabilization system complex infuences breath and postural function in their mutual coordination and it is program-controlled by CNS. Importance of close connection of breath and postural functions ensues from the fact, that respiratory muscles participate in internal stabilization with deep spinal muscles. Determination of content substances for selected species and varieties of roses.
Slavíková, Eva ; Sus, Josef (advisor) ; Súkeníková, Tereza (referee)
This bachelor's work is focused on comparing the most significant content substance, vitamin C, in fruits of chosen rose kinds species and varieties. Herbal products are often seen by people as products of "second choice", when failure of allopathic treatment occurs, which is focused especially on suppressing symptoms of illness, but it ignores health of the human body as whole. That's why are herbal products often alternative for therapy of chronic diseases. The base of this work is extensive literary research and results of laboratory measurings. Literary part of this work includes description of botanical classification of rose plants. There is stated basic characteristic of individual rose species and their morphological features. In following chapters is composed overview of effective substances in rose fruits and their effect on human health. In practical part of this work are included results of laboratory tests for determining ascorbic acid content for chosen samples of rose species and it also includes results of weighing and measuring of fruit samples of chosen rose species. There are also stated chosen rose species and shortly their origin and description, in the beginning of practical part. For practical part were chosen samples of species. Results of practical part are compiled into statistic tables and graphs and it confirms high content of ascorbic acid in rose fruits. This content is in range of cca 300 - 900 mg.100 g-1. Due to growing interest in alternative treatment options and "clean" natural product, it can be assumed, that many plants of Rosaceae family will keep its place in treatment practice. Those plants will be used not only for treatment of acute and chronic diseases, but also for cosmetic products production, thanks to its large effects and process options.
