SOCIAL INPACT OF THE MENTAL ANOREXIA AFFECTING CHILDREN´S PATIENTS ON HE FAMILY In choosing the subject of my degree work I was influenced fundamentally by my experience gained during the department of children´s psychiatry. At thes very interesting work I had opportunity to become acquainted not only with various psychiatric diagnoses but with plenty of human fates in particular. The girls with plenty of human fates in particular. The girls wth mental anorexia were frequent patients of this department. During their long-term and often repeated hospitalization I met both the patients and the whole families. That´s why I could follow the development of the children affected like this and the impact of this illness on the family as well. The mental anorexia is a very grave and lingering illness belonging to the group of disorders in food ingestion. The consequences of this illness for he health can be of an persistent character and it is not exceptional that this illness is even fatal. The therapy is spite of all therapeutical possibilities, the modern psychiatry has at disposal. Therefore, the families of the patients have not only to get over the fear for the life and health of their members, but they have also to overcome longlasting psychological stress connected with the care of the person affected like this. This care can influence the running of the family fundamentally. It often happens that the family has to reduce the professional activities with respect to the exacting care. This can result in aggravation of the economic situation of the family. A considerable lowering of the living standard and the following crisis can take place in families with low incomes. Permanent psychological stress, deterioration of the economic situation and fair for the child can influence also the relations between individual members of the family. It is no exception that this stress has an adverse effect on the marriage of the parents, and that expecially in the case that the marriage was a problematic one as early as before the child fell ill.

Láník, David ; Dočkal, Jan (advisor) ; Klimešová, Anna (referee)
This work is trying to describe a pedagogic model of Teen Challenge organization. The program is focused on helping drug addicted people. In the process after a man becomes addicted his personality could become completely disintegrated. A journey back from this condition of bond is really difficult but not impossible. Teen Challenge declares the necessity of renewing a spiritual aspect of personality and furthermore to keep focused on personal relationship with Jesus Christ. That is a way how to bring change which should be visible in other aspects of life as well. Further more education and pedagogic help is needed, too. Education and pedagogy should form the individual to reach positive results. The target of this work is to find our to what extend Teen Challenge pedagogic model influences an individual in the process of learning skills necessary to be able to live new lifestyle without drugs, alcohol and destruction and other unwanted elements. Since I consider "living the good values" a key factor in the therapy of the drug addicted, the work is focused on estimating a list of values necessary after finishing the program, its manifestations and ways the program contributed to it. Analysis of the determinants of unemployment in the Czech Republic, focusing on the influence of characteristics of the region
Čechová, Gabriela ; Brožová, Dagmar (advisor) ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee)
This thesis deals with the analysis of equilibrium and disequilibrium factors that have impact on the unemployment rates in the regions of the Czech Republic. Panel data from the 1993 to 20012 period were used in the analysis. One of the main factors of the differences in the unemployment rate between the regions is the proportion of people aged from 15 to 29 years in the population. The increase of one percentage point in this ratio causes an increase in the unemployment rate in the respective region of 2.5 %. Another important factor that was revealed in the analysis was the proportion of high school graduates among the population. With the increase of one percentage point in this factor, the unemployment rate falls by 7.3 %. The regions were divided into two groups based on their unemployment rate for the purpose of an extended model. The results suggest that the unemployment rate in the regions with higher unemployment rates is more influenced by the sectoral composition of the economy than in those with lower unemployment rates. In these regions it is the regional amenities that play the key role.

Změna barvy povrchu modifikovaného dubového dřeva působením umělého slunečního záření
Rozboril, Tadeáš
This bachelor thesis conducted as an experiment is concerned by the color change of modified oak wood surface affected by artificial sun light. Part of the thesis is also focused on influence of chosen modification to the color change of oak wood surface. Samples of oak wood for experiment were modified by ammonia and by iron nanoparticles. Both modifications darken the surface of samples. Color change by the artificial sun light was measured on modified oak samples, also on subfossil and natural oak wood. The dry regime caused darkening of untreated oak, and whitening of all other samples. The wet regime caused whitening of all samples, however smallest color change was measured on samples modified by nano-iron.

Possibilities of physical therapy in females with muscular dysbalances of the type of the upper crossed syndrome
Tetřevová, Eva ; Smolíková, Libuše (advisor) ; Smékal, David (referee)
Upper-crossed syndrome is, according to Janda, described as a muscle imbalance in the upper part of the body, which significantly affects function of the cervical spine, the thoracic spine and the shoulder girdle. The non-physiological function and the position in these parts further influence, above all, respiratory stereotype - upper breathing - and body statics. Therapy is based on influencing the deep stabilizing system, followed by a therapy focused on the place of malfunction and the kinesiology count. Therapy of deep stabilization system complex infuences breath and postural function in their mutual coordination and it is program-controlled by CNS. Importance of close connection of breath and postural functions ensues from the fact, that respiratory muscles participate in internal stabilization with deep spinal muscles.
