Pechová, Karolina ; Soukup, Václav (advisor) ; Půtová, Barbora (referee)
The aim of this work is to analyze shark as a cultural concept. From cultural point of view, we are able to look at the shark as a pattern, which is always changing in time and environment, in other words, sharks are not only sea species but also creatures holding symbol of meaning. In many world cultures, shark became a symbol of many meanings. Using the system analysis approach, I will attempt to describe the shark from different point of view of Human sciences. First of all I will make a research about shark as a biological part and its importance and indispensableness in perfectly balanced ocean life. Including possible consequences of losing this fascinating creature by exterminating it. From biological and ecological outlook I will move to socio-cultural and symbolical part, which I comprehend as a pivotal point in this research as whole. This chapter is dedicated to the question of overall negative perception of sharks by people. Among other topics, I will also attempt to describe symbolical meaning of sharks in Pacific cultures and compare with its role in western culture. The Value of CSR for Czech Consumers
Faradji, Elise ; Štěrbová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Seror, Patricia (referee)
Nowadays consumers purchasing behavior is influenced by new factors such as the social and environmental implication of companies. This is why Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a growing trend which companies need to look after carefully. However implementing an efficient CSR strategy is a complex process for corporations; especially since the core concept of CSR remain quite blurry. The goal of this study is to analyze the perception of consumers towards CSR to find out about the value creation that CSR produce for consumers and its impact on their purchasing behavior. This paper will ultimately help companies to implement their CSR strategy more efficiently. This study aims to contribute by conducting an in-depth analysis of consumers attitudes and behavior towards CSR. If most of researchers are using a quantitative approach this study means to deal with the issue with a qualitative perspective. Indeed twelve semi-structured interviews will support the findings. On top of those practical and physical interviews some theoretical knowledge will be added to the construction of the argument especially to bring a framework that shows the importance of all types of value creation (functional emotional and social). The findings of the thesis emphasize the facts already proven by other researchers; value creation is fundamental to make consumers care about CSR. However the study will show how much skepticism towards CSR can impact negatively consumers purchasing behavior. The research will help companies implementing more successful CSR strategy and develop new solutions to reach customers and influence their purchasing behavior through the creation of value for them.

Differences and similarities on the approaches of buyers from X and Y generations regarding sustainable procurement
Lacour, Maxime ; Štěrbová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Geniaux, Isabelle (referee)
Responsible procurement has become a real challenge for companies following the current trends of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and more and more ethic-oriented customers. Differing from the concept of green procurement this concept of responsible procurement supports the willingness of companies to have ethic and sustainable supplies. The usual criteria in procurement such as price performances innovation terms and time of payment have increasingly been coupled with more ethic-oriented ones. These criteria related to ethics combine both social and environmental responsibilities of suppliers and stakeholders such as energetic savings and the possession of a particular certification. Currently many call for tenders set ecological requirements for suppliers or subcontractors even in non-strategic procurement activities. The goal of this thesis is about comparing this approach to responsible procurement between buyers from the X and Y generation: do they share the same ideas and priorities concerning responsible procurement? For both of these generations are the advantages and drawbacks of responsible procurement similar?

134 Summary The submitted intensive work consists of an extensively processed subject matter in three chapters and 128-pages of my writing. The contents of which is not only extremely interesting, but also very up-to-date. In the first chapter, I address the subject of companies, essentially detailing the basic questions of lease and transfer of proprietary of cooperative housing. Basic body of laws are "concepts of housing cooperatives" and their types, furthermore "membership" in a housing cooperative and finally concepts of "cooperative housing." In the second chapter, I examine problems that are associated with the "lease of cooperative housing." In the third chapter, I investigate the details concerning the "transfer of proprietary cooperative housing." Special attention is given to the lack of legislation on the subject of "housing unit proprietor associations." In the work I comment primarily on the consequences of the opinions of the judicial court (for example fundamental disagreement with the impact of the assessment of transfer rights and responsibilities of a housing cooperative in relationship to the lease of a cooperative unit.) In the final article III./7.2, I express my reservations to proposed new legislation on proprietary housing. The following list contains reference literature.

Mancelová, Silvia ; Černá, Stanislava (advisor) ; Zahradníčková, Marie (referee)
Résumé Authorized Capital of Stock Companies, its Formation and Protection Czech legal regulations related to authorized capital stem from the European concept of the real formation and preservation of the authorized capital that leads particularly to providing minimum guarantee rate of the stock company to its creditors. Authorized capital is an abstract number and it expresses the financial value of assets invested in the stock capital by its partners. The Commercial Code shall expressly stipulate the duty of authorized capital formation for the limited liability company as well as joint-stock company. The duty to form authorized capital at their formation may be indirectly permitted also for limited partnerships. In professional literature, the three basic functions of authorized capital are traditionally listed. Guarantee function, authorized capital as profit and loss measure and authorized capital as a mean to specify partner's share in the company. The concept of real authorized capital formation adopted by most European legal systems is based on achieving correspondence between the authorized capital and real capital and capital preservation through protective rules. Legislator's protective tools include the ban on return of deposits, ban on acquiring own company shares, compulsory reserve fund...
