Project metods utilization /disposal waste from selected machine works
Šíma, Kamil ; Nekvasil, Richard (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
The topic of my master’s thesis is waste management issue in selected engineering company with focus on industrial wastes. With use of information gained from selected engineering operation there is mentioned its brief characteristics, details about individual operations and products, impact of company activities on environment, facts about quantity of produced wastes and summary of current ways of waste management. On the basis of review of gained information there are suggested measures in the master’s thesis which realization would mean not only increase of material and energy utilization of produced waste, increase of degree fulfilment of waste economy and decrease of quantity of wastes placed in dump, but, in the long term, betterment of economical situation of company and its image.

Car cabin passive cooling system performance study
Viščor, Petr ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Fišer, Jan (advisor)
The work is focused on issue of passive cooling in a cabin of a car. The basic principles and mechanisms of heat transfer are described in the theoretical part and the quality of cabin environment in terms of thermal comfort and air quality is discussed as well. Next part of the work describing the principles of ventilation and air conditioning of cabins and possible methods of passive cooling are discussed. Passive cooling means decrease of temperature of cars interior, without need of energy supply from car battery, or fuel. The last part of the work includes numerical simulation of selected methods of passive cooling using the THESEUS-FE 3.0 software. Simulations were performed on model of Volkswagen Polo car and primarily were focused on testing of functionality of various methods of passive cooling.

Reversed discrimination in the Community contexts
Macháčková, Gabriela ; Zemánek, Jiří (advisor) ; Král, Richard (referee)
Reverse Discrimination in the Community Law Context Gabriela Machačkova The final thesis discusses the issue of reverse discrimination, which arises when nationals/products of a Member State are disadvantaged because they are subject to a national regulatory measure, while foreign (EU) nationals/products are protected from that national measure by virtue of European Community (EC) law. It examines the question of scope of EC Law, specifically focusing on the extent to which nationals of a Member State who have never exercised their Community rights can claim their rights by applying the Treaty establishing the European Community. It addresses the question of extension of the scope of EC law to cover purely internal situations in which no inter-State element is present, and to which the fundamental freedoms (free movement of goods, services, persons and capital) do not apply. First, it reviews the development of European Court of Justice case-law on reverse discrimination and situations which can be regarded as purely internal. The time frame discussed in the thesis ranges from the late 1970s until the present. Reverse discrimination and purely internal situations are analysed in terms of the examples of the Court's jurisprudence. Secondly, as Union Citizenship has been introduced by the Maastricht Treaty,...

Production and trade with crude oil in Russia
Ulybina, Olga ; Kuna, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Rysová, Hana (referee)
Oil industry is one of the basic parts of Russian economy. Russian federation is currently the third biggest producer of oil in the world. The current situation, relating to decreasing prices of oil is unfortunately, not favorable for this country. Dependency on oil prices is stopping Russian economy from growth and this influence has bad impact not only on Russia but other countries as well. Therefore western countries are still supporting sanctions that are used against Russia because of the Ukrainian conflict. This work will focus on the topic of oil stocks, bearings and production of oil in the world and in Russia. In the thesis there is outlined history of oil extraction, oil stocks, the development and contemporary situation of oil industry. The reader will find out, how long will last verified resources of oil and will learn about the biggest oil producers. The main part of this bachelor thesis, however, belongs to the issues of costs. There it will explain the reason of oil costs decrease and its influence on the current economical situation of Russian federation and overall evaluation of given issue.

Examination of a witness in civil proceedings
Vobořilová, Tereza ; Smolík, Petr (advisor) ; Zoulík, František (referee)
62 The Examination of a Witness in Civil Proceeding RESUMÉ The theme of my paper is an examination of a witness in civil proceedings. This institute is quite common in trial by court, during the process of evidence. During the process of evidence past events are being reconstructed and means of evidence, which number isn't definite, are used. One of the means of evidence, quite a frequent one, is the mentioned examination of a witness. I chose this theme because of the branch of law which it refers to and also because this institute appears to be multispecial, as it is applied not only in civil law, but also in other fields such as psychology or sociology. Study of this issue therefore enabled me to look into these branches and so in my paper I tried to partly cover other fields as well. At the beginning of my paper I deal with development of this means of evidence, as its' usage was common long time ago. This institute was highly regarded in the old Roman law because of its' verbality. Subsequently, the written form predominated and therefore the testimony of a witness was not of such significance as documents. Over time when verbal testimony was more often used, it was again brought to the fore and by gradual historical development it gained its' current form. The witness person itself is the focal issue...

Numeric simulation of the turbine rotor surfacing
Durajová, Věra ; Slováček, Marek (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies, solves the problem of restoration of the damaged hinge groove blades, and the surfacing of cylindrical faces of the SAW method, using additional material TOPCORE 838 B. The turbine rotor is made from steel with high resistance temperature 30CrMoNiV5-11. Based on literature studies and issues surfacing calculation, it was established that will preheat the material. The issue was solved by using simulation program SYSWELD.

TITLE: The issue of ornisational learning in the conditions of a one room kindergarten, its specifics and potentials AUTHOR: Kamila Randová DEPARTMENT: School management centre SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Voda Jan, Ph.D ABSTRACT: Bachelor thesis focuses on the concept of a learning organisation and various forms of organisational learning, which is carried out in the conditions of a kindegarten. In the theoretical part it deals mainly with outer and inner conditions of management of a one- room kindergarten. The goal of this work is to list specifics that influence the process of organisational learning and to set principles of a one-room kindergarten as a learning organisation. In the research part the conditions of a kindergarten are validated with the help of a quastionnaire research and the conclusion evaluates if the inner and outer conditions according to the given principles influence the organisational learning in other one room kndergartens. Kidney Transplantation in Theological-Ethical Reflexion
Zárubová, Jaroslava ; Milfait, René (advisor) ; Vlková, Eva (referee)
In my diploma work i tried to valued transplant in a christiant (religious) point of view. My essay (diploma work) is consisit of (devided to) two parts - medical part, in which I have written about individual steps made before the exact transplant and I also explained what are the benefits and negatives of transplant. In the first part I also included law issues of transplant in Czech legislation, about the difficulty to donate the organ, perhaps the risk of the individual donors. I described the criteria of death from medical and ethical point of view. In a second part(teological) I have written about the value of the transplant from the ethical point of view, the religious side (reflexion) it means till when the human being is still considered as a person whose dignity has to be (needs to be) respected and whether the human autonomia is the ethical password. From the religious point of view (side) does not exist objection against volunteery transplant donors. Donor transplant is morally accepted with agreement of the donors themself and without excessive (enourmous) risks included. The purpose of th death of the individual is diagnosed (found out) first before the transplant can be donated. The possibility of the donation (transplant) abuse is the organs selling market. In the christian way the life is...
